I tried the Bahama mama and Acai bowl for the first time from this place. The fruit was fresh, naturally sweet and Acai was simple delicious. Looking at the price, I was initially disappointed to see the quantity but by the time I finished eating, it was not only delicious and healthy, it was filling. Pretty good, I liked Acai better due to personal favorite perhaps but I would come and visit this place again. I got the beach bum and it filled me up as well as I finished it quick. I got ten quesadillas which were outstanding.

I ordered ahead at 7:05 so that it would be ready exactly 7:30 so I could get back to my mom who is recovering from surgery. I get there at exactly 7:30 and my order is not out and there is no one in the kitchen. A few minutes pass and an employee comes out and starts making something food. I think it is for me but it ends up being for a couple dining in. Ten minutes after I get there he starts making my smoothie. I get it at 7:45. I ordered my favorite the bahamas mama which I always get and when I get home to drink it, it tastes completely differen. I've had good experiences in the past but this was just terrible. read more

Update 8/21/21 I was fortunate enough to be one of the first 50 customers in line for their Grand Re-Opening last year. As a result, I won a free smoothie every week for an entire year. I have thus been visiting this store on a weekly basis to get a smoothie and wrap, flatbread, quesadilla or sandwich. The service is typically pretty good, but today was ridiculous. There was only one employee up front taking orders, making smoothies and preparing food. There were 8 people standing around waiting for their smoothies and food. This single employee kept calling out for help, but the employees in the back did not come quickly enough. As a result, I waited over 5 minutes for her to take my order. I then waited over 15 minutes for my smoothie and wrap. One thing that is fairly consistent about this store is that it is typically dirty. It doesn't matter whether you visit first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon, the interior and exterior trash cans are consistently full and sometimes overflowing. The counters are always sticky to the touch, and sometimes you can see dried, spilled smoothie residue. The floors are also dirty with straws, strap wrappers, napkins and receipt papers. After additional employees finally materialized, they informed me that they were out of the kale slaw side. So, I had to select a bag of chips or a piece of fruit. In the recent past, they have also run out of chicken, which makes it very difficult to order most of their wraps or flatbreads. In addition, one time they were completely out of lids. They were literally making smoothies and giving them to customers without a lid. I decided to come back another time, because I didn't want the smoothie to tip over in my car and cause a real mess without a lid being on the cup. Being that I have the free smoothie card, I will continue to visit the store on a weekly basis, but I do hope that the operations improve going forward. read more

Stopped in here for a quick bite and a smoothie. This location was very clean and kind of quiet. The food menu was larger than I expected. They offer sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, quesadillas and bowls. Today I ordered the Cuban sandwich with pulled pork, ham, pickles, cheese and mayo/ mustard. It was tasty and warm. There was a good amount of pulled pork and the cheese was melted perfectly. All sandwiches come with a side and I was excited to try the kale and apple slaw. However, while the dressing had good flavor, the kale needed to be chopped up a little smaller to make it easier to eat. The apples were a nice sweet addition but one of the apple pieces included the apple core and a seed... bummer! Of course I also ordered the peaches 'n silk smoothie. It is made with peaches, strawberries, bananas and too much ice. It was bland. I was pretty disappointed with the smoothie. I'd probably come back for the sandwich again but I'll have to try a different smoothie next time. read more

I stood in line for 10 minutes, mind you I was the ONLY person in the place, there were 2 workers and I could see 3 orders on the screen they were working on for online/uber eats orders. Neither of them said hello or we will be right with you or anything. So I finally just left. Worst customer service ever. Has happened numerous times at this location. read more

I drove out of my way to get a shake at the Roswell Location. It says on the door they close at 8pm. I got there around 7:30ish and the door was shut. I knocked and told the girl it's not 8 yet and she tells me "we are understaffed and started cleaning early" and even had an attitude with me. She could have easily made a shake and keep a customer . First the positive, their smoothies are really good. I just got a Green Detox smoothie, something like 150 calories as advertised, but then the employee started pumping cloudy liquid in it. I asked what that was, and she said "water" (because you pump your water out of a dispenser.) After I left, I looked it up, and of course, it's sugar water. We actually really like the food and the smoothies, when the order is done correctly. The problem however is that every time we have ordered (8-10 times), there is at least one mistake in the order. Missing chips, wrong sandwich, wrong smoothie, always something, and while the owner has made multiple attempts to make things right, the staff just doesn't care. As a small business owner myself, I feel sorry for the owner of this establishment! We probably won't go back. read more

A typical visit to get a smoothie during my lunch break. I ask for the bahama mama (which comes with strawberry, pineapple, coconut, and white chocolate.) Girl in front says they are out of strawberries. I saw ok can I sun mango. "We are out of mango." Now they were out of mangos last week when I went (or that's what I was told) and so I settle for kiwi. But not even 2 minutes later her coworker comes in with bins of strawberries AND mangos from the back. Girl in front didn't even look!!! My friend also got a smoothie with bananas in it. The next customer asked for a smoothie with bananas and she says they are out of bananas. And AGAIN, not even 2 seconds later her coworker comes from the back with a literal banana. I've been to this location twice. Both times it's smelled so bad like burnt bad food. I stayed the first time and left and had that smell on my clothes and hair all day. The second time I had to walk out it smelled nasty. I don't know how anyone can eat at this location. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. This place is filthy. 1. When I walked in the girl making the food didn't have gloves on and she was touching the food plus the oven, including the chicken with her bare hands. Then she turned around and looked at me and decided to put on gloves when she Noticed me looking at her. Then she was so sloppy that my tortilla rubbed against her tshirt. Gross. The entire place was so dirty. When I got my two smoothies cups they were dirty from where some of the smoothie had spilled over on the side and the girl didn't bother to clean it. I LOVE this place just don't really love this location. I ordered a sandwich and asked for no kale but she put "add kale" on the receipt. The smoothies were dripping which kind of sucked because I had 3 to carry. The girl that took my order was so caught up with her friends walking in the door I guess she forgot to tell me they couldn't do minus the kale. My love for this place is endless! I have never been into smoothies but my cravings for a smoothie are ridiculous. And I can't leave with just a smoothie, the food is really good. I've had several of the flat bread sandwiches and they're really good. I tried the jerk chicken bowl, thinking I'd try something different and it was good but go lite on the sauce cause it's so hot. During the school year I was there basically everyday. This place is like a second home to me. The staff is mostly high schoolers but they usually impress me with the quality of their work. The food is delicious and there is a wide selection of smoothies from chocolaty to fruity. I usually go for chocolaty. As far as affordability I'd say the flatbreads and quesadillas are a reasonable price for the high quality of the food. It usually takes less than five minutes to get your food and even less for smoothies. Overall this restaurant has a great atmosphere, a friendly staff, good food, interesting smoothies and is very clean. 5 stars read more

Avoid this location. Both times I've been, they messed up my order. The second time, my food was sloppily put together (a wrap) and literally fell apart as soon as I took it out the wrapper.
