Foley's Krispy Kreme was only my second time trying these delectable donuts. We had been craving the sweet treats ever since we passed the restaurant going to our vacation. We decided to try them one evening. Myself and two friends went in bearing multiple coupons. We each had a free donut for joining the rewards program, and it was my birthday, so I received a free dozen donuts. The workers did not bat an eye at our coupons and patiently awaited while we choice our donuts. The flavors are all so amazing, but my go to is the icing filled chocolate glazed. The donuts were fine but we opted for the online ordering, and stood at the "pick up door" for 10 minutes beyond my stated arrival time. No one paid any attention to me (and another customer) standing there, so I gave up and got in the drive-thru line. The staff person I spoke to simply told me they'd have my order at the window. When I tried to use a "buy a dozen, get a dozen" coupon (that can't be used online), she told me that because my order was done online and already paid for, I can't use the coupon. No explanation of what went wrong with the "door pick-up" process or apology for anything, just handed me my order and said to have a good night. I know this is a minor thing, but I was really surprised by the complete lack of any indication that their process doesn't seem to work. I went on Black Friday at about 8 pm, it too about 9 minuets from when I placed my drive through order and got my 2 dozen donuts. The hot donut sign was on but my dozen glazed was at best a barely warmer than room temp.
