Why can you never come here and have a good experience. So I'm a Starbucks drinker but this place is convenient to my home, the service here: HORRID. I had no idea that the whip cream did not come on the drinks, i noticed I had none, so I asked for it and the older lady got irritated with me. She Told me I need to ask in advance so she can charge me for it. WOWZERS. I didnt know. Then I sat in the driver forever while she walked slow to get it and talk to her co worker... Oh Krispy Kreme, you gorgeous, charismatic, EVIL thing you! Ever since we first met, there's been no other donut for me...none of them even come close to your light as air, blood spikingly sweet, oh so warm, literally melt-in-your-mouth bliss! I stand by the belief that either 1) the makers add a dash of crack into the glaze or 2) God sends His angels in the dead of night to cry beautiful tears into every batch. There's NO other explanation. lol Now that I've gotten that out of my system, I am SO stoked about one being close to me! The store is clean, the staff is friendly and miracously not obese (I say that cause, c'mon let's be honest...if any of us worked at KK, our breakfast/lunch/dinner would consist of the Original Glaze! No? Well, I know mine would...). To top things off, there is ALWAYS some kind of great deal/discount going on and even where there isn't, the prices are fair for what you get. Apparently this location doesn't read their orders. I just ordered a dozen key lime filled doughnuts during the promotion for the key lime doughnuts. When the order arrived it was a dozen of just key lime glazed doughnuts no filling. You have to pay $2 more for the filled doughnuts and they don't give you the difference back or call you if they are out. I realize they might be short on staff during this lockdown but that doesn't excuse a lack of common sense or customer service. I don't need nor usually eat doughnuts but I wanted to give the filled key lime a try because I love key lime anything. I won't be ordering from here ever again. read more

Always nice people working there and the doughnuts are always delish ! I did however put in a 'change of Info' through Apple Maps to reflect the correct hours of operation ... it said 24 hours before. Two days after I submitted the info, it appears to have been corrected. Hoping that will help future cravings. Unfortunately, we drove from Baker County to find out the hard way :( So happy they reopened several years ago. I grew up right across the street back before they closed originally! read more

What's not to love about doughnuts and coffee? I have long waited the reopening of this location and I am so glad they reopened. The service is friendly the wait can get a little backed up at times but its worth it. The only reason I am giving them 4stars and not 5 is because they did away with the styrofoam cups in favor of those paper ones. read more

This isn't just a Krispy Kreme Shop, this is a Crispy Kreme ship topped with a load of amazing customer service and people who truly u defat and how to make a foodie, and her kids, super happy. We are a military family, so every weekend when daddy is gone, we make sure to go out for a donut fix on Saturday mornings, each time trying a new donut shop... well this is the one my kids only want to visit now. The employees are positive and look like they are enjoying their jobs, the man whom helped my family plucked my son's donut off the belt and put it straight into the box, then handed it to him to hold... I wish I had got his name, because my son thinks that he is magic. It's rare to go to a corporate chain restaurant and be left with a mom and pop shop customer service experience, this Crispy Kreme is delivering just that type of experience. Couldn't resist ending my evening without stopping to get some hot delicousness! The hot now sign seems to always be on, which is a good thing. The employees are always friendly, but why wouldn't they be when they are working in that wonderful aroma atmosphere!?! They managed to upsale me tonight, which I think was not too terribly difficult. And they are fast! Even when there is a line wrapped around the building, they get you in and out in no time. Krispy Kreme sell the best donuts in town and don't get them when they are warm talking about eating about four back to back so if you live on the west side there is a Krispy Kreme near by look for the sign on that say's warm then get them and go for it. read more

Hot Now signs are hard to ignore. The service is surprisingly nice! The only down side is the drive thru wait, I have kids and am not making that mistake of going inside! It is nice that they clarify your order so by the time you make it to pay you're good to go. read more

Stopped by to get a couple of Pumpkin Spice donuts tonight, asked if they had them, got told the latte machine was down...no clue why. When I finally got to the front of the drive-thru line, found one man actually filling orders and running the drive-thru by himself, two female employees were dancing around, eating donuts on the line with their bare hands, laughing and chatting away. This location is very clean and smells awesome. There's no way you could say no to one of their donuts after experiencing the mouth watering aroma. The variety makes it difficult for someone on a diet to get just one beautiful pastry. It's well worth the long drive thru full of people going to work and starting their day with a lovely biscuit of happiness. Let's not forget the most friendly staff on the Westside. read more

Though I love the company's treats, the customer service here is piss poor. When I entered I was the only customer in the lobby and was greeted immediately by a nice lady. She took my order quickly, bagged it and took it to the register. I stood at the register for about five minutes before I ask if i needed to self check out. I was told a guy was going to check me out and they didn't know what he was doing in the back. They called his name twice as he ignored them and finally they alerted him that I was waiting to be checked out. The cashier glanced at me and went back to whatever it was he was doing without notifying me that he would assist me soon. I WALKED OUT! I hate bad customer service. read more

They had ant 7 to 8 workers standt with there back to us and ignore the older lady who looked like she was one doing anything in there she was ringing and picking up orders to cleaning up then making drinks and all this the 7 other people was just talking. This franchise is knowingly overcharging customers. At the drive-thru I ordered 3 seperate donuts, one original glazed ($1.09), one cinnamon and sugar ($1.29), and one sour cream ($1.29) and was charged for a "3 pack" ($3.79.), the price of the assorted 3 pack. The difference if I was charged for my 3 donuts separately was 12 cents less. I went inside and spoke to a staff member about it. He said it depends on how you order it. I told him I ordered three seperate donuts. I never once said anything about a three pack in my original order. The man I was speaking to about this said something close to, "oh the difference is only about 4 cents," before he confirmed by actually ringing up the difference on the register which showed a 12 cent less difference. He already knew they were charging more than if they just rang up the donuts separately. If I had ordered two glazed and one other "assorted" donut, the price difference would have been 32 cents. If I had ordered one specialty donut ($1.49), and two glazed donuts the whole price of a 3 pack increases to the "specialty" pack price ($4.39 I think) and the price difference from the 3 pack price to the price of ringing up three separate donuts increases to 72 cents. It might only be 12 cents but it is my 12 cents and Krispy Kreme had no right to purposefully cheat me out of it. I get to decide what I do with my 12 cents, not anyone else. I called the corporate office and made a complaint there. They also told me that this business is a franchise so the owner can make up some of their own rules and I need to call the business directly. I called this store location and spoke with the manager. She said something about how I had just been in there speaking to a staff member and that staff member had told me to call 1-800-4-krispy to lodge a complaint. The man I spoke with never said that so maybe another person was also making a complaint to the store today. I told her I already spoke with the corporate office and they said their store was a franchise and I needed to speak with the franchisee. She said that the general manager would be in tomorrow and I should call back then. read more

Went there tonight because my wife wanted some donut holes. Donut machine was broken, so no glazed donuts of any kind. My wife decided she didn't want anything. I ordered " two Chocolate covered custard filled donuts, and a medium coffee." When I got to the window we waited several minutes, (no other customers, two employees). I was charged for and given one donut, and a small coffee. Only one customer, and limited inventory, and you can't get it right!!!!! read more

I would like to start by saying I love Krispy Kreme donuts! Last night we saw the HOT sign on so decided to stop and get a snack on the way to our Halloween events. We walked in and order a variety pack of a dozen donuts. For some strange reason they rang our order on the drive thru register (not sure why because I saw them using the front registers while there) and wasn't asked about drinks. They boxed up our donuts and immediately closed out our ticket (at the drive thru register) and when we wanted to order drinks to go with our donuts we were given an unbelievable amount of attitude by the girl working the drive thru. I was determined not to allow the HORRIBLE attitude and disrespect to spoil our evening. I paid for the donuts and then as we tried to order our drinks the attitude and disrespect just continued and got considerably worse! We ordered a reg coffee, latte, 2 hot chocolates, and an iced latte. We were told that they had no ice (not even for fountain drinks - I found this quite odd, but continued to be positive). Once again the incredibly RUDE and disrespectful girl working the drive thru rang and charged my card before even asking. We were told by a different employee (that was a very nice young man) that there was no ice but was charged anyway. The girl asked us to yell our drink orders across the store (to the drive thru area) instead of writing it down and walking over there (VERY unprofessional). Once we FINALLY got our drinks ordered and the swapping out the iced latte for a water (required a manager, for some reason), the extreme disrespect began! We got our coffees and water and waited for well over 15 mins for 2 hot chocolates (the last of our drink orders). When the 2 hot chocolates were done the RUDE girl proceeded with attitude and yell out "Excuse me (imagine a ghetto attitude) here's your hot chocolate". Here tone was complete disrespect as we were glared at with stank eye the whole time. I have NEVER had such an incredibly HORRIBLE experience with Krispy Kreme before and I can not let someone else be berated as we were without speaking out!! When the HOT sign is lit, you can count on some awesome deliciousness inside. I only give them a 3 star rating because as donuts go, I find these are only good hot or at least warm. Once they cool off, they are not that good at all. In fact, I feel guilty eating the hot ones due to the high calories, but am willing to put aside rational thinking and devour them when hot. Eating a cold Krispy Kreme always make me think to myself, "What are you doing? This is just empty calories.". Like I said, while HOT, I lose my mind on these delicioius treats, which is why I am sure they like to advertise when they are "Fresh! HOT! Now" by that red light out front which guides even the most dilligent dieter off course and into line with the other that are all gawking at the donuts as they come sliding down the racks after having previously been swimming in the hot oil and topped off with a heavy topping of that rich, delicious, sinful goo that they call "glaze". read more

The donuts were good, of course, but the service was not. The guy who helped me was rushing me despite only one customer behind me, who was quickly helped by another worker. He proceeded to put 6 plan glazed donuts into 2 of my 3 boxes of dozen donuts when I had asked for variety-dozens. The lady ringing me up asked him about it because there is a price difference and she saw him putting regulars in. He was short with her and insisted that I had the variety-dozen boxes and that I should be charged as such. I was in my military uniform and he looked at me and said "you can afford it." I was disappointed not only in how he treated me but also the negative way he interacted with his coworker. I'd love to go back and get more of their delicious donuts but will probably not be returning to this store. read more
