Krispy Kreme is a BIG DEAL. Back in the day, one could buy Krispy Kreme donuts at Albertson's/Lucky supermarkets&bring them to work. Now, Krispy Kreme has made a comeback. I was even offered a free iced mocha, since Krispy Kreme has Southern hospitality (in RP, they're paired with the Southern hospitality of Chick Fil-A, since Krispy Kreme is apparently based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina?) The cake batter filled donut looked intriguing. While the line was somewhat long, it was managed well, and the service was top notch. They kept the line moving. On the other hand, some of the donuts in the display had been battered&the restroom was a mess. The parking lot is its own mass of confusion. About 6-8 parking spots have been scrapped for the sake of the Chick Fil-A drive thru, Krispy Kreme has its own, as well as a nearby drive thru oil change. Somehow I managed to snag a parking spot. Somehow. Three drive thru lines in one small lot is chaotic at best. Soon, Krispy Kreme will be sharing its building with a pizzeria. Pros- Great sweet donuts. Friendly service, fairly fast considering the crowds. Cons-A filthy bathroom. The parking lot nightmare. For a chain, Krispy Kreme is pretty good. Sweet! read more

Krispy Kreme new to Rohnert Park I loved being able to treat my grandchildren to a donut of there choice. There was a long line but the staff was so friendly Logan & Kylie each got a hat and to pick out of a donut. Great Donuts but WAY over priced!!! I got a dozen for $16. I have a few excellent donut spots and $10 a dozen. So I will be doing my donut buying mainly at my other spots. Don't get me wrong, Krispy Kreme Donuts are tasty but $16 for a dozen is ridiculously to high!!! read more

I understand this is a new place and that lines are out the door and employees may be super busy. One thing I will ask is that you take care of your fly problem. It's not appealing to see flies around the donuts on display and those cooking. In addition, please don't spray dough with water from the floor as you are cleaning, not sanitary in my opinion. read more

I'm giving this one 5 stars because the staff is extremely nice. I've been to other Krispy Kreme's and they aren't very nice at all, so I love this location. The problem is that they NEVER have the advertised donuts. It never seems to fail in that regard. I'm vegan and rarely come here for a treat when they get something new in, and it's never there. I've been here two days in a row now and they haven't had the advertised donut twice now. I don't live in this town and drive pretty far. I guess I'll call and make sure next time. read more

Krispy Kreme's donuts are low quality and visiting this establishment has been extremely disappointing. While leaving, I slipped on an oil slick in the parking lot, broke my phone, and bruised the hell out of my knee. If Krispy Kreme focuses at all on clean up and or maintenance, I might consider visiting again. Terrible experience here. read more

I went through the drive through and the lady taking my order was EXTREMELY RUDE. It upset me a lot. I have half the mind to call the store and tell the manager. So today, You can get chocolate donuts for two dollars a dozen when you buy a dozen at regular price. I got there at 7:30 in the morning and they said that they were out. They open at seven. I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered online to avoid having to wait in line and I ended up waiting in the line for 15 minutes. I had to wait while they packed my donuts, and I was 40 minutes past my picking up time by the time I got to the front of the line. No point ordering online because you'll wait in the regular line anyway. Not going back during COVID. They need an online order line. Or a number to call to say you're there for pick-up. read more

I've driven by this Krispy Kreme several times since they opened, but surprisingly never stopped in. We don't have a Krispy Kreme anywhere near where I live, so it's nice to have this one open up in an area that I am frequently travelling to. On Sunday, I walked iinto a very well lit and very clean store. The girl at the counter greated me with a welcoming smile and was super nice. I asked her if she had any hot doughnuts and she told me that there were blueberry cake ones and sour cream ones that were coming out and if I didn't mind waiting a bit, she could get me some. I ended up picking up a variety dozen which included the hot blueberry cake and sour cream doughnuts. They smelled soooooooio good. I mentioned to the girl at the counter how I hoped I wouldn't put my hands into the box before I drove back to American Canyon to share with everyone else this morning. And this sweet, young lady went and got one of each right off the conveyer and put them in a bag with some napkins and told me to enjoy them on my drive back home! How sweet is that!! I then ordered a coffee to go and left with a huge grin! I certainly will be back! The warmth and kindness I received so early in the morning from this place makes me only want to purchase my doughnuts here whenever I am in town! Decided to come after the "hype" of the opening. Came in wanting to get a 1/2 dozen of original glaze. First thing I noticed was there was a fly inside the display case (on a donut) which I can tell the employee saw but ignored. After I made my order, I expected the employee to load fresh donuts to be glazed on the conveyer belt. Unfortunately, I did not receive this service. My donuts were actually cold once I finally bit into one. Also when it came to pay, many Krispy Kreme chains that I have been to has a 1/2 dozen box price. When I asked why it was being rung up for 6 singles instead of a 1/2 dozen, they responded with "never heard of it" or "I don't know if we do that". My total ended up being $3 short of a full dozen. I really enjoy the franchise and their donuts but the quality service that they are known for is lacking at this location. The hype, the lines, the advertisement--I thought I was witnessing the release of Apple's newest, useless breakthrough. Although to be fair, when Krispy Kreme comes to town everyone seems to show the same level of excitement. Without exaggerating, the line of cars for the first couple of days spilled out into the surface streets and the crowd of eager-beavers snaked its way out the door. Fearing death by boredom I decided to delay my visit to a time when the number of patrons were much more manageable. Thankfully I did because there was no creamy goodness during this visit. I had tasted Krispy in the South before, so I was wondering if it would translate well here. I don't know if the recipes vary ever-slightly but I couldn't stand what I had bought. I opted for several of their specialty donuts which were sweet--just that and nothing but. I wanted to taste varying flavors, texture, whatever, instead all I got was sweet dough. Okay, fine that's literally what most donuts are but Dunkin's offerings are very distinct when it comes to their flavors. The doughnuts are way over priced at Krispy Kreme. I bought a jelly doughnut and a chocolate glazed one plus a cafe mocha it cost me $8.77. The doughnuts are $1.89 each and the mocha was $4.99. This is pretty ridiculous, for doughnuts that really aren't any better than a mom and pop shop. The only thing bringing me back would be the coffee which was excellent. The staff did alright, they are probably tired because of the constant stream of customers; so I have to take that into consideration. Yes the Donuts are pretty good but the price for a dozen donuts is way to high considering the average price per dozen is $7 to $9. This krispy kreme is a big krispy kreme. They make donuts in front of you and then sell it,though they have a specific time when they make them live. One of the biggest problems was flies. The staff was really ignorant of the fact that there were flies on the donuts they were selling. After seeing the amount of flies it was questionable if buying donuts was necessary from this krispy kreme. They just have to solve the fly problem and their rating will go up. read more

Im sorry. Your blocking lanes with your drove they should have been my red flag. I went inside and the line wrapped all over the place. I don't know who the guy was instructing the line go out the door(manager or security) on Friday when the fire in paradise started. So we had to sit in the smoke for a bit. Great customer service. the flies made me want to go to my mom and pop donut shop. Way better than kk I must say. And your employees had an attitude. At 9am? It was crazy. On the conveyor line was full of flies. And the recycled icing had black spots in it. I had to assume more flies. I'll have to stick to chick fil a or in and out. Way faster service and clean.
