I've known about Old Caz thanks to beer industry friends that recommended it as a great place to hang out. It certainly is! It's located out in a commercial park area, which was surprisingly beautiful and serene. They have a large parking lot, and share restrooms with the offices inside. Outside is a big beer garden area, perfect seating for any weather or mood. The interior is high ceilings with a metal/cement industrial vibe but still comfortable with wood tables and lots of happy customers. They only do full or half pours, no flights here, but they have lots of beers to choose from. They also have a great selection of 4-packs for takeout. A water stand is next to the bar. I had a great visit here; we arrived in an afternoon and it was still busy. Both beers I ordered were delicious, and I wanted to try more (next time I will at the new Petaluma location). Prices were also reasonable for the quality. Huge shout out to social manager CT for immediately coming out to say hello, and for the drink tokens for next time! Ended up going to Old Caz with some co workers to celebrate the end of the school year. We had a group of 6 and sat outside on the patio. It was during a time that was before the food truck for the day showed up. I was pleasantly surprised to see they serve food themselves. A range of salads, sandwiches and flatbreads, along with some chip choices. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Sandwich which was around $17 and came with my choice of chips. There was bacon, bbq sauce along with other items and the most tender chicken. I also indulged in some Lavender Lemonade. Everyone was kind and helpful. I only come to Old Caz when someone invites me, it's never my choice but somehow it always ends up being such a good time! I'm not a beer person, but there's plenty of light cider options that keep me happy. Like most Sonoma County breweries, they rotate food trucks so there's always something new to eat while I pretend I'm there for the craft beer scene. The vibes are fun, it's family friendly and huge with lots of seating although it can get a bit crammed. Perfect summer hangout spot. Overall 9/10. Is the only cider they have on tap delicious ? Yes Is their customer service terrible ? Also yes. The brewery closes at 10pm, however, stools are being stacked at 9pm literally on top of the tables. Very rude, and feels unwelcoming. I witnessed people having to leave their table they're currently at because the empty chairs next to them are being stacked by employees. Old Caz is one of my favorite places to go! The food is always really good and the drinks never disappoint. Everything I've tried has been great, and it's just a fun place to hang out. One of the employees, I believe her name is Hanna is seriously the best too! She's always so welcoming and friendly, and she actually takes the time to talk to you instead of just taking your order. Great spot! I've been here multiple times, and on every visit, I love the wide selection of drinks they offer. The selection is not always consistent. Each time I've come, they've been out of some drinks and added some new ones, which definitely keeps it interesting. The space is nice and large, with lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. They have rotating food trucks daily, so you can pick a perfect day to enjoy your favorite food with your favorite drink! It is also pet-friendly, which is a great bonus. Every Tuesday they have trivia night, and it gets super packed, so be prepared for a line. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Met up some friends that live in Rohnert Park and they recommended this new brewery location! They have expanded from a smaller spot to this nice space for the family in this newer residential area not too far from Sonoma State. We came here on a Wednesday night around 7 and it was packed with families and people! They also had a food truck serving food on the premises. I heared Old Caz beer is known for their lighter beers, there was nothing dark no stouts. We started off with the seltzer and lighter beers and even the non alcoholic fermented version. Then we tried some of their sours, the chismosa, I really enjoyed the grapefruit one that I got, it was super light and their juice box seltzer was nice and easy to drink too. They have board games available for families and groups, there are TVs inside showing the games and both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were very friendly and hard working! Parking was very easy as it's located in its own area next to a working space, there is also bike and EV parking! read more

Old Caz is a great spot in Rohnert Park and I love their new location! It's a large place and they have garage doors that role up making it a nice space for indoor and outdoor use! They have lots of seating indoors as well as outdoors on their patio. They have rotating food trucks on a daily basis. Sonoma County has no shortage of high-quality breweries and whenever I am in the area, I try to check out at least one on top of my favorite place and the best brewery in the world in Santa Rosa. Hearing good things about Old Caz, we rolled into the new business park in Ronhert Park in the early afternoon on a cold Sunday. As expected, the setup is a spacious taproom with tables of variable sizes, designed to accommodate multiple parties. Judging by the clientele, Old Caz seems to attract mostly younger crowd and families with smaller kids. The parking lot is fairly large, but it gets busy...assuming Old Caz is sharing it with other businesses and perhaps even residential. Unfortunately (and this is a case with a lot of breweries), there are no tasting flighs being offered. For regulars, this is probably not a big deal. But for visitors like myself, who don't get to experience the brewery on a regular basis, it would definitely be a big plus. This way, due to responsible driving, I only got to try their Mexican Lager (Chismosa) and One Way IPA, which I both liked, but wouldn't go out of my way to purchase in cans. Olz Caz seems like a decent option, primarly geared towards local to hang out, catch some sports on TV, and have a good, cold beer. While I probaly won't be back in a couple months, I will surely keep it in mind for summer days when their outside patio opens up. read more

Personally, i love this new location. Lots of parking & the building utself gas a ton of seating, both inside and out. The day we went there happened to be a food truck arriving so we had beers & some tacos and it made our summer morning that much better! Plenty of bathrooms located down a long hallway, possibly shared with other companies but its nice that you dont need a code or weird key to use it. The outdoor seating area fills up quick so if you're like me and enjoy a nice hot day on a patio, try to get there early. Theres no table service so you'll have to get up and go to the bar whenever you're ready for your next one. Great place! read more

Hands down my favorite brewery in Sonoma County. The service here is awesome. Bartenders are very friendly and helpful with any questions. The beer here is some of the best ive had around the states. There are rotating food trucks throughout the week so come hungry. I know it sounds funny but favorite part of this brewery is their bathroom availability. There is a hallway you need to walk down to get to them but there are a decent amount of stalls and urinals as well as sinks. Parking is easy once it faces a large parking lot. Garage style front wall rolls up to be indoor outdoor. I'm not a big fan of backless stool and barrel tables. Nor of dogs underfoot in an eating establishment. But I know I'm now in the minority. The beer is good. I just wish they would make a uniform full pint pour. Old Caz hosted my 40th birthday on Sunday July 6th at the 5625 State Farm Dr location, as a private party. I had about 50 guests in total. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and on the patio. Beertenders Rachel and Casey were phenomenal hosts and were very attentive with service. They were very accommodating in allowing me to bring outside food in for the event. I was given six beers to choose from on tap, which was plenty of options for everyone. I finally got to the new location and it did not disappoint. Coming from a person who doesn't necessarily like beer they have options for all, beer and seltzer. I got the Shirley Temple and it tasted just like the drink. What I like most about this place is the rotation of food trucks they have. The aesthetic inside is super cute, perfect for a date or hanging out with friends and family. It's is also pet friendly which is a major plus in my books, since I have a pup myself. Service was great and staff come by regularly to take the empty glasses from the table. I do hope they get some heaters outside especially since fall and winter are approaching. Surprised they don't have 5 stars overall rating! I was there yesterday for the first time and enjoyed their Green Light Pale. Delicious as I am partial to pales! Followed it up with a flight of their Mexican Lager, Pils, and the two West Coast IPA s on tap. Nice beers. I enjoyed one of their hot dog and chips specials for $10.00. Giants were playing on one of their big screens, roll up doors were open and the patio area and other open seating areas and bar were beginning to file in with patrons on this warm noon drop-by. Their location is nicely located in the outskirts of a Rohnert Park neighborhood, industrial, yet open to the farmland areas with a great view of the mountains. Trivia nights, Kid friendly, basic pub food service and food trucks available, TV s all around inside the main seating area, and most importantly...great service from a friendly staff. Love Old Caz and especially the employees. Top notch customer service. The beer is good and food from their kitchen is really good. But note, kitchen closes early in afternoon to allow a food truck to take over. Some of those trucks are hit and miss as far as quality of food. The kitchen should remain open all day and night since the food from them is delicious and consistent. But they won't do it cause they want to support the food trucks, the good and the bad ones. New location is spacious and comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs allowed. The unfortunate part about this is there does seem to be a lot of poorly behaved dogs that are there regularly. But this is the dog owners faults for not having their dogs properly trained for the public environment. Overall I wish they stayed in previous location, primarily because they had a nicer selection of beers. This new location is seriously lacking on consistently having IPAs and seltzers on tap. Since they opened there's usually only 2 IPAs on tap and 0-2 seltzers on tap. Seems way too low for such a large location that is now usually packed with customers. I've brought it up to them and have gotten responses that cover the entire range of excuses, "We got wiped from an event" is the most popular one. Thus, in the end, the reason for only 3 stars. Similar breweries in the area usually have 4-5 different IPAs on tap, at the very least 3. Not sure why they consistently have such an empty looking draft board. But it's in my neighborhood and they're friendly. I just cross my fingers before going each time that they'll be at least 3 IPAs on tap and unfortunately they usually don't. read more
