Let me say I LOVE KK Doughnuts!! This store is lacking the enthusiastic employees that other stores have, and boy was I bummed. I went in to grab a dozen of their "Valentine" heart shaped doughnuts and the woman refused to sell me the ones on "display," even though they were sold out for the day. She insisted that they had to stay in the case. I asked if they were plastic, or foam? She didn't respond, I said "you don't sell the display product when you're all out of them?" nothing. Ugh. It wasn't until I got out of there that I noticed the "Valentine" choices SHE made were almost all "DM ME" so, I DM'd Krispy Kreme on Instagram and never heard back from them. As I was leaving I noticed people from the drive-thru pulling around to park and going in with their purchases. Maybe it was just an off day, but even the product was not as good as other locations. Move over Dunkin. On a serious note... I love the convenience of the drive through window. Everyone is always nice and polite when I roll through and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. If I can give them a zero I would. I went to the Rohnert Park store and ordered two regular doughnuts and a coffee. The coffee was cold and the doughnuts were obviously from the day or night before because they were cold and the icing was wet. They clearly took old doughnuts from the day before and put them out to sell. My mistake was I didn't check them until I was halfway down the freeway. I ended up giving them to a homeless man in Novato and went to my car first thought was Rustic Bakery and got a delicious croissant. I love Krispy Cream but guys seriously get your act together that was disgusting and for $8 yeah the coffee and croissant was cheaper and way better step up Krispy Cream or you'll have another store closing in Sonoma County AGAIN!! read more

Large sign outside states the Krispy Kreme in Rohnert Park has hot donuts so I drove through the drive thru early afternoon, and ordered hot glazed donuts. I paid for them, and was handed the donuts at the next window. I asked if they were hot? The server stated they only have hot donuts early morning or late afternoon. So I reminded her I requested hot donuts when I placed my order, and handed the donuts back to her. She apologized and wouldn't take them back because I had touched the box. After a few minutes of discussion I requested a refund for those donuts. She seemed really confused about how to complete the transaction since I had already paid. The manager came over and seemed as confused about how to refund me for those donuts. I never received a receipt so I don't know how correct my change was. At that point I was just ready to go. They ended up giving me the donuts anyway which was nice. Overall I think they did their best given the situation but they should (and I believe they did subsequently) remove the signage. read more

So today I came to get a coffee and some doughnuts at this location, it was going great until they started making my coffee, the gentleman that was making it over filled it and then he grabbed a dirty rag that they sanitize the counters and he used to clean my cup. When I saw that I told the girl yasmine are you serious did he really clean my cup with that dirty rag, She replied that's the way we are taught! So I told her I wanted my refund. It took them about 5 minutes to get a manager over, they still charged me for the doughnuts. The kid that made my drink got mad when I told him I didn't want the drink any more but honestly who would want that drink if you saw some one clean it with a dirty rag. I'll post the picture of the rag they used Why couldn't he get a paper towel, how did he pass his food handling permit before getting hired. Honestly they need better training. This Krispy Kreme says that they open at 6am, but when I arrived at 7:30am (2/19) we went inside and there were no donuts available. They said to only use the drive thru. When I went through the drive thru like they told me to, there were only glazed donuts available, so I ordered only 6 even though I went to originally get an assorted dozen. When I got the 6 glazed donuts, they're stale. These donuts aren't cheap, they're $13.18. I hope they don't do this to all of their customers, it's not fair. read more

I'm still trying to justify how 3 donuts and some donut holes came to $10 ?.?.? Normally, that would run $4.75 at my local donut shop. All the more reason to support local business. Maybe they are so expensive because they have a HUGE building ? Maybe it's the fancy drive through with the extra large menu board ? I used the drive through services that ran very quickly and smoothly. A big plus there. When I got my precious cargo home, I looked at everything and was like, "That was $10 ?" The high cost made high expectations. The cookies and creme donut was filled with the god awful filling. It reminded me of cheap Safeway cupcake frosting. Honestly..... it was a waste ! The Myth of the Hot Light. Every time we go to this location and the hot light is on (which is why we pull in in the first place) we are given stone cold donuts. Every. Flinging. Flanging. Time... It is ridiculous. Why even have a Hot Light? I shouldn't have to feel like a heel for saying "hey, your Hot Light is on, can we please have hot donuts?".... I'd rather just not go anymore. I've always loved Krispy Kreme. My ex and I used to go to the one in GARDENA when we lived in Southern California. It was open 24 hours and was near the Goodyear Blimp Base. When I moved back to Northern California, I ended up on the other side of The Bridge , in Sonoma County. I was bummed out that there was no Chick-Fil-A or Krispy Kreme here. Now we have both, right next door to each other! And In N Out Burger is right across the street! It's like Junk Food Heaven! And a couple of doors down across the street, is Junk Food Heaven for vegetarians, Amy's Drive Thru. But I digress...we were talking about donuts , weren't we? Anyhow, it's a little challenging coming here due to the dual drive thrus of Chick-Fil-A and Krispy Kreme, but you'll get used to it. They have done pretty well with the signage considering the limited space between the two restaurants. I like that Krispy Kreme offers a couple of special parking spots for Clean Air Vehicles. I just spent a lot of money on car repair and repaint (see my upcoming G&C review), so I don't like anyone parking next to me! There are two Clean Air parking spots all by themselves, so it's perfect! The design of the building is nice, lots of neon and cool, vintage-style signage (see my photos). There is a lobby and an NY PIE is currently being built there. I can't wait ! Donuts AND Pizza ! There is a nice little merchandise area inside the Krispy Kreme, there is also a little donut factory conveyor belt, flavored milk (banana, orange, and... Strawberry ?, I think... and all of the usual donuts. There are places to sit inside and outside, plus the drive thru. It's like Daly City and GARDENA Krispy Kreme, just a smaller version. The donuts are great, the flavored milk is awesome, the place is clean, and the service is good: I just can't wait for the pizza! read more

They always advertise the Krispy Kreme Rewards loyalty program but every time I try to get my app scanned, or phone number entry, their systems aren't working. So I attempt to add my purchases by entering the receipt info into the app, but it says transaction not found. It's like this location's computers aren't connected to the internet or something. Now I've got a free birthday dozen and they couldn't even redeem that. The doughnuts are good and the location is nice and large and clean, but without the loyalty program working, why should I be loyal? read more

Welcome back, Krispy Kreme! Day 2 of new opening so the lines are very long. Took one hour to get our donuts due to the amount of people in line. There is plenty of parking and they have a 24 hour drive thru. Donuts were fresh and melt in your mouth delicious. I'll definitely be back! read more

Yesterday morning , 11/9/21, I went through the drive thru at this store and only ordered six doughnuts... not a complicated or large order. It consisted of 2 cream filled, 2custard filled, a jelly filled, and a maple glazed. And this is what I got instead... didn't open the box til I got home, because, why would such a simple order be so wrong?? I've been to this place maybe three times since it's been here... never will again, total waste of time and money. Every time I've gone there the order has been wrong. She's extremely sweet and professional, while dealing with a difficult customer at the time I was in the drive thru, she showed so much professionalism and respect even though the lady was very rude and yelling to the point I could hear her in my car. The last couple of times we went to this franchise we received stale donuts. This is inexcusable given the price charged. Another great drop by, to-go experience at this KK. Very large parking area. No line inside, most people do drive-thru. Picked 1 dozen classic glazed, the other dozen with 6 mixed varieties. Chocolate iced kreme filled, Oreo cookies and kreme, New York cheesecake, All 3 of the very new cherry pie, chocolate kreme pie, Dutch apple pie! Of course the classic glazed is unbeatable. But the mixed varieties were all amazing. The 3 new pie flavors were such a close tie. The cherry pie was not filled but rather had the filling on top of the donut base. It had the same nice crumble sprinkles as the crumble on the New York cheesecake, yummy. The chocolate pie was filled with chocolate pie pudding but a very light chocolate whipped cream. It's hard to pick a favorite but I have to say the Dutch Apple pie donut really nailed it! It tastes like a piece of apple pie. Hits all the notes with the streusel, apple chunks, hint of cinnamon, donut as a crust. I hope this one stays around beyond the holidays! Krispy Kreme has done it again! read more

Each visit, a portion of my order is incorrect. Today I ordered 4 glazed, 2 choc ice, 2 raspberry, 2 Oreo and 2 custard. Stopped in here on a whim for some unhealthy breakfast. What a ripoff! $2.10 for a cream-filled that was the smallest doughnut I have ever had. Almost $5.00 for a latte that tasted like it was from one of those premixed machines from the gas station. I will never be back. Go to Tan's or Johnny's for better value and better doughnuts. How this corporate chain, or that of crappy Dunkin', has been able to spread across the US, I will never know. Only been 3 times, and each time they are out of some of their standard items. Today, I had to settle on my 4th choice, because they were out of the 1st three I asked for. These are really small, always, and way overpriced for what you get. Go to a local, small business donut shop, where you will be able to get twice as much for half the price. Krispy Kreme WITH a drive through that's open pretty late. Hard to argue with that... though admittedly, i'm a dunkin doughnuts gal, I like the novelty of krispy kreme and I was shocked at how much their menu boasts these days. I think the last time I had gone to a Krispy Kreme they only had one or two flavors. Now? They've got flavors on flavors. I was astonished. My friend and I took more time than we'd expected deciding and... then we saw the calories posted next to the doughnuts and thought... yeah we can prob scale back our order. I got a cup of doughnut holes in mixed flavors... the cup idea is cut for car eating bc it can go right in the holder and be poppable, but the doughnut holes themselves were a little to hard and solid for my tastes. The guy working the drive-through so late was very nice and patient with the speaker issues and inclement weather. I couldn't imagine being his age and working that late at such a huge place with so few staff, so I gotta give it up for them. read more

We show up and one lady says it's off but we have hot donuts! Yay!!!!! Come to find out they already went through the cooling process. Such a bummer! I came to this location on a Sunday morning at 9am. 2 cars in the lot & 2 cars in the drive thru. I opted to go through the drive thru since I had just worked all night. I ordered 2 glazed, 2 chocolate, and 2 maple donuts in their smallest box. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window, the cashier didn't know which order was mine. When that was clarified, I paid, got my donuts approx 2 minutes later, and drove to my next location (late at this point, not thinking that such a simple order would take so long). When we opened the box, they got 2 of the donuts wrong. I didn't have time to go back and have the problem rectified (as the 1st trip there took so long).
