I don't eat donuts, but my kids do. They like their donuts. I like the "Hot" sign and the free donuts they give out when it's lit up. The employees have always been friendly and courteous when I've stopped in and gotten free donuts. I'm not gonna lie I've never actually bought a doughnut here, only have gotten them for free. While I think their everyday prices for donuts is a little high, they do put out coupons which makes them a better deal. As a personal preference, donuts just aren't my bag, but I do have five little kids who like them and this mom does like free donuts. read more

Didn't even know if he was taking our order or a drive through order until he finally spoke up and said I can't order an Apple fritter in a dozen donuts. While ordering in drive-thru I confirmed whether the hot light was on. The employee replied "does it look like it's on?" To which I asked where to look because I couldn't see it from the drive-thru. The light was in fact on and the woman rudely stated she would grab fresh doughnuts. Once I received my doughnuts they were cold. I inquired about the doughnuts and the same employee stated "what did you want me to do, pull them out of the fryer?" I was shocked by the unkindness and lack of customer service. I have been buying Krispy Kreme for over 15 years and every time the hot light is on I've received warm doughnuts. This was a first. The 14 mile location is much better! read more

Doughnuts are great, but the service isn't. I think they just have too many teens working in there at the same time. I waited almost 5 minutes while three people were just joking around with each other. And then finally one of them came over to help me. They also keep their Hot light on even when there aren't hot doughnuts. I've gone in twice and had to wait almost 10 minutes to get hot donuts even though the light was on. Nothing Homer would write home about. Taste the same like it did when i had them 20 years ago. Don't know what the fuss is over, they are tiny and just okay at best. My mom who is an immigrant and fluent at English but has a thick accent was made fun of by the workers in the drive through and they ended up telling her that they don't have anything. I've been here twice. Both times my order was wrong. The first time I ordered an iced latte and they gave me a hot. No big deal I just asked them to switch it. It was the worst coffee I've ever had. It tasted like iced old milk. Didn't have any coffee flavor to it. And we waited forever! 2nd time paid for two donuts and only got one. And the young girls that work there aren't friendly. Customer service was annoyed with us because we had no clue what to order. Recommendations, if you are going to use tech make sure it is working. 3 years later and this store is still closed. Every single time I want to take my kids here the store is closed and they are drive though only. This is completely unacceptable. Don't bother coming to this Krispy Kreme location. It's ran by children that will do the bare minimum to get by. We placed an online order yesterday and we had showed up to pick up our donuts just before closing time. When we got to the drive thru window the employees were gesturing for us to go away and wouldn't give us our online pick up order, despite the fact that they were still open. They didn't even have the courage to open the window and talk with us directly. Needless to say, we did not get our donuts and we called corporate to complain about our experience. The staff here is very disrespectful and they do not care about their customers at all. The employees here are not trained on how to properly deal with customers. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on 14 mile instead, that location is actually ran properly. read more

If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. I placed a pickup order at 4 pm and received notice it would be ready for pickup at 4:30. I arrived at 5 just in case it took a little longer and i proceeded to wait in line for a whole hour. Now leaving at 6, 2 hours after I placed my order and was told it would be ready. Customer service has been going down hill for quite some time, and really has nothing to do with COVID. Today was my final straw. I purchased a dozen donuts thru the Drive Thru and didn't notice until I got home that they weren't the dozen I ordered. I tried calling them for a 1/2 hour before someone finally picked up the phone. She proceeded to tell me I had to bring the incorrect dozen back that they gave me and I could get my correct dozen or a refund. I said that I wasted so much time trying to get thru on the phone, that they should deliver me my correct dozen and I'd leave the wrong dozen they gave me on my front porch. She said this location didn't do that....? So I have to waste my time and gas to correct THEIR mistake!?!? I'm addicted to their regular yeast donuts. I eat one almost everyday. Extra special when they are warm and fresh. All the donuts are great and the quality is absolutely consistent. But the green donuts for St Patrick's day put me off. They tasted great, but I couldn't look at them. I think they should have just put green frosting on regular donuts instead of coloring the dough. I eat donuts maybe twice a year and totally not a sweet eater. IMO, krispy k is way too sweet and just taste like sugar. Its in a great location and always busy, so yes they have a huge fan base. Worst experience I've ever had in a drive through. Waited 45 minutes in line, people doing the drive through ignore you and act like they can't hear you. I literally just waited 15 minutes where you order to have someone finally decide they want to take my order after yelling hello into the intercom a million times. Don't understand why they ignore one line and only take orders from one. Girl working had so much attitude and was rude as hell.
