I've complained on their survey about this, but it remains that way currently. I wish they would follow McDonald's system on this, it's so much better & more secure for customers.

Octavia helped me and was so nice! I think the other person behind the counter who was also very nice and helpful was a manager but I didn't get his name. I had coupons in the mail and I so appreciated that they helped me determine which was the best deal. The food is very good and it's a great value for the money. I am happy that the Subway closest to me is a good one! I definitely recommend and will be back soon!
