Love this DQ. I seldom go to a Dairy Queen but I've been a couple times since moving. The place isn't very active and it looks closed sometimes but it is open and serving. DQ does ice cream right. They are probably the best in the area. I definitely recommend trying one of the ice cream cones, special treats, sundaes or shakes. read more

I ordered a 2 for 5 meal and a cheeseburger and I asked for fries. They over did the mustard and just heated up my cheeseburgers and the pickle juice seeped through the bun making it saugy and unenjoyable. I am beyond disappointed with my service after paying for this crappy meal that didn't come with fries. And, not to mention the soda had to much ice making it make my teeth cold. The buns are also in terrible condition and are squeezable and mushy. My meal was honestly just terrible and id recommend going to any other dairy queen. And they didn't give me my receipt so I can't return this saugy, greacy, musturdy cheeseburger meal. It brings shame to all cheeseburgers and I feel bad for the cow that had to die just to be turned into a horrible and disgusting cheeseburger. Do NOT recommend. read more

My daughter requested Dairy Queen this afternoon, so we proceeded to this location. We utilized the drive thru as usual. It was mid-day after lunch time so drive thru traffic was light. A person at the drive thru menu promptly took our order and we pulled forward. As soon as we stopped a very pleasant female transacted our payment and assured us our order would be right out. I must say the time waiting for our order to be processed and presented was much reduced from other visits to this location and no employee drama appeared to be evident to the public. I used the drive thru because it was takeout only. I ordered the super deluxe hamburger that comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. I said no catsup, no pickles, and easy on the sauce. Received the order and pull into a parking spot to eat. I took it out of the sack and discovered no lettuce, no tomato, no onion. It was a cold bun with a quarter size spot of catsup and one pickle slice in the catsup. The meat was just warm and looked like it had been cooked the day before. The fries were also cold. I took it back into the store to get my order straightened out. I confronted a young lady that stood there arguing with me that it's the way I ordered it. Why would I order the super hamburger with nothing on it? The young lady was very rude and not interested in me being a return customer. The worst! The restaurant is clean... but the service is BAD! There was a new girl and she was having a bit of trouble which was fine. The manager on duty was so mean to her AND the customers. I usually avoid leaving reviews for fast food. I think it's silly and I don't usually eat fast food let alone complain about it (I have a soft spot for orange Julius) This is more of a tip for management. Your drive through procedures are horrendous. I have no idea how long it took us to order, it was quite a while and the drive through wasn't full. After we pulled forward we waited 16 minutes and the cars hadn't moved an inch. I'm assuming there was an issue with someone's order. In situations like that you really need to ask the customer to pull forward and bring them their food. We ended up pulling out of the line and going without ice cream. Cars behind us were honking. Everyone was annoyed. The line was wrapped around the building by this point and there were 3 people standing at the window looking dumbfounded. Train your employees. It might be fast food but you're training young adults. This is how they start their path in the world. Give them better tools and everyone wins. read more

Stopped by for ice cream as I was going through town. Encountered the blonde COVID enforcer. Was scolded 3 times prior to ordering. Interrogated prior to using the restroom. A grandmother came in with 2 small grandchildren. She made a 3-4 year old little boy stand outside to keep her customer limit under 3. Her solution was to send me outside. Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to screwed up more than one of my orders and one burger had rotten lettuce they just don't care and on one occasion we where turned away 10 min before closing after sitting in the drive through for 15 min when we asked what the deal was the twit running the drive through laughed and said"not sorry" and closed the window never eating here again! read more

Went there tonight about 7. There was a line at the drive up so we went inside. After a few minutes the one person in the front looked over and said " Someone will with you shortly. I'm just busy". With that comment and only one other worker in the back that showed no interest to anything other than what they were doing. I left and went to the DQ where service was prompt. read more

Good service, and good food. They mess up orders sometimes but they are only human. I love that they offer orange julius, I was sad when our local one had closed, so this makes up for it. The workers are very polite and always make sure they get everything right if you call them when they mess up orders. read more

First off it was 21.00 for 2 meals and 2 mini blizzards which is a bit ridiculous. We waited 28 minutes before they came out to tell us they forgot to make our food, then as a consolation they gave us 2 coupons for .50 cents off their new snsck wrap. When the outside temperature is anywhere between 80's to 100's degrees how long should a business be without air conditioning? one (1) week max!! Not for the Dairy Queen Located in Winston, Oregon. We went there two times in a two (2) week span and the air conditioning was not working. When I asked an employee again on our second visit I was informed that the employees have been working for over a month in these conditions. On my first visit, I asked for someone in a leadership position to find out why it was so hot in the eating area, that's when I found out initially the air conditioning unit was not working. I was informed that the Owner was so cheap that he was trying to fix a unit that should be replaced. If he does not care about the employees working in these conditions, he obviously he cares even less about the customers!! How to determine when the conditions are unbearable, it's when you have sweat dripping down your face. My best recommendation is to go to Johnny's across the street. read more

Racist workers. Me and my girlfriend were the only colored people there I'm Tongan she's Hispanic. There was probably about 5 white families in there they all got there food served and they didn't serve our food. They just called our order number and left it next to the cashier. When I got my food it the burger bun was soggy and my fries didn't have any flavor. The portion of pickles was wrong. Despite the fact the service was slow and our order was incorrect I was still okay with our visit. It wasn't until the little girl in a booth next to us started screaming there was a bug on her that I got scared. The girl about six, stood up on the booth in terror as her grandfather throws a quarter sized roach on the floor.
