Sushi, my labradoodle, loves it here. Every time she is going to stay here, I always tell her she's going to see her "friends" and she goes CRAZY! The staff here are all wonderful and always accommodating. They have been absolutely amazing!!!! We travel a lot and I have to board her often. Because we only have her, she loves all the other dogs and loves to socialize. I never worry about her when I'm gone and she's always happy to go back. We are moving away in a month and I'm so sad to leave. Sushi will miss her friends greatly!

Like I said- you have rescheduled with me in the past and I was more than happy to work with you- when I needed the same courtesy I was charged for it... why you're deviating from that and going to a contract is wild- Shows that you have no empathy will argue with your customers and then mock them because you lack professionalism!
