So I call and tell them this and that I don't have an ID because it was stolen, and they say that my name is not on the registration yet. To test how evil this business was I didn't say but implied that maybe one the meds in the vehicle was for HIV - it's not, it's an SNRI psych med with excruciating withdrawal synptoms, but they didn't budge.
