There was NOT a seam running vertically up the front where the cap piece is mounted, I received a cap that did not match our department's cap AND had a vertical seam running up the front. So, due to their blatant misrepresentations, I was stuck paying to ship the cap back to them. I even offered to split the return shipping costs with them, but I just heard crickets. Yes, they offered to pay shipping for a replacement cap (which may, or may not be, the correct cap), but the fact of the matter is I lost money (return shipping) due to their misrepresentation.
