I enjoy shopping in this Kroger. I like their mark down produce, mark down breads, bakery items too. They offer a wide variety of different types of greek yogurts. The cashiers at the self checkouts are very friendly. The store is a little cluttered with stuff. A couple of bad things are the bathroom is DIRTY. The Kroger staff who do the curbside shopping will run you over and not even blink an eye. Otherwise I like the savings card and the coupons that they mail. read more

Service is me checking out my own groceries. Selection is now me WATCHING BEST BY DATES. In my learning curve of now watching dates, which are often hard to find or a micro sized date. Ooops, I missed a few in January 2024 that should have been off the shelves in freaking October 2023. This more often found to be an issue in deli, but today is the freezer section. Why not rotate stock, don't want that to be part of my experience. Not my job and about to not be my store! Value add, is we all work for them for free. Make sure you use your card to get deals, the digital is now being pushed on us. read more

I used to enjoy shopping here. But lately there's been pallets blocking aisles. Multiple frozen and dairy pallets sitting out blocking paths. I asked for help to find an item and they went to the back and never came back. read more

The customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. Pharmacist Pam & staff are rude and brusque with you. Understaffed, unreliable, unorganized. Never answer the phones, never filled scripts in a timely manner, and have the drive thru closed during operating hours 9/10 times. Switching and never looking back. I would suggest current customers do the same and potential new customers, give your business somewhere else that deserves it. read more

This feedback is for the Kroger Pharmacy. This pharmacy has went downhill the last couple months. They don't have enough employees to serve the customers. You'll wait for 30mins minimum everytime. That's even to just pick up a prescription you dropped off the previous day. They really should consider hiring more help. Until then I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's sad too because it is so convenient to get your prescription and get some things from the grocery. read more

When using Clicklist. The last three times we've walked in to get what we need that they say they don't have. So today I called them when they said they didn't have dairy items and confirmed with dairy they do. Clicklist said rudely we pulled the order at 4 am and it's too late now. Since we aren't picking up till 10! Then tell me why you close it out at 4am. Never again. read more

My husband and I shop at the Brandenburg Kroger's at least once a week. We use the self check out and the ladies who work there are always kind and so helpful. The manager is very helpful whenever we have a question about out of stock items. The flowers are always fresh, beautiful and reasonably priced. We live in Irvington and are grateful to have such a good store with fair prices so close to our home. Thanks to all of you at our Brandenburg Krogers! ps. i called the store and the guy in the meat dept said the saw was fixed. i asked if i could bring the reciept and meat back and have it cut and was told no! he said because of covid theycouldn't cut meat after it leaves the store. so my uncut slab is still in the original wrapping in the kroger bag not even in my house yet, but i can't get them to do their job. why is there no sign stating this? i am stuck with trying to cut the roast myself somehow. bad service kroger. i will drive into the next town to shop fromnow on. you won't get another penny. read more

I specifically made a Yelp account so I could leave a review about my Kroger Pharmacy experience. I took my paper prescription directly from the doctor office to them this afternoon. My husband is working all weekend so it's just me and my two kids....and a bad case of the flu. I was told 30 minutes, maybe less and I could pick up and she reminded the close at 6 (it was 345). So I got a couple of things for the evening. Fast forward 40 minutes, I arrive at drive thru, ring the bell, no one comes but I figure they're busy so I wait. After 5 minutes I rang again. No one came. 5 more minutes went by and I had to call the pharmacy to inform them I'd been sitting there 10 minutes, no one even greeted me. When the technician did arrive, I gave my info and she says "we don't have anything for that name" I saw the girl I dropped it with earlier and pointed her out and explained what she told me. She checked on it and came back to say "it's just been laying over there, it's not even been entered or typed in yet" when I asked "why not" and explained again she said "well she was on break and there's only two of us" I took my prescription from her and went to rite aid, explained what happened and how much I ached and just wanted to go home. She filled in less than 5 minutes at rite aid. I'm extremely disappointed. If you've ever had the flu,then you know waiting for a script on regular pharmacy time with kids is hard enough, let alone when they abandon your script altogether and approach the issue with an "oh well sorry" attitude. read more

Kroger shopper come to this place thing are change alot after 06/12/17 the store was grand reopening . Now we have Sushi bar and Chinese Hot food inside Kroger deli line. Tasty and affordable prices for lunch and dinner. For sushi lover in summer come taste our fresh and cold sushi . read more
