The deli area is almost like a Central Market.

The Yelp title of this business says "Kroger", but it's actually a Kroger marketplace, and the coolest dang Kroger I've ever been to. i don't think of Kroger as the bargain grocery. But, it's hard to argue with the vastness of this store and the breadth of its product selection. At first impression, I put it in a grey space between Whole Foods, Central Market, and a regular Kroger. having the size of a Walmart. The prepared food section is big. The beer section is enormous for a grocery store. I found some craft beer I don't normally see in a grocery. Oddly they were short some Ritz cracker flavors we were looking for. But, so much cheese... For some reason, this Kroger is the only place I can find my preferred zero carb caffeine drink, Sparkling Ice +Caffeine. Even then, it's a little hit and miss. Check out has always been quick. They even have a clothing section!

There is roof leaks every time it rains at this location. I saw a couple wet floor signs but nothing where the actual places of water were. Every aisle is a lake. Very dangerous!!!!! They have 100 buckets and trash cans all over the place as well to try to catch some of the water. Why are they open if it's this bad? Asian owners I see.

    Pure awesome sauce!

This review is mainly about the sushi kiosk (for lack of a better word) and Starbucks located within this Kroger location. I was quite surprised to learn that Kroger offers sushi that is freshly made, as well as packaged for sale on the same day. Considering that I almost went to Southlake looking for a Tom Thumb or sushi venue, I probably saved a ton of time, and a bit of money as well when I discovered that Kroger now offers this service. The sushi kiosk is located on the side of Kroger that also has a Starbucks, as well as a small location that provides sandwiches, salads, etc. The sushi kiosk also has soup selections available as well. Very friendly service from both the sushi kiosk (three employees), as well as from that of Starbucks. Starbucks also has quite a bit of seating as well as plenty of charging stations located on the wall by the tables. Ultimately, a pretty good experience while in Alliance Town Center.

I walked about 1.5 miles each way to get to Tom thumb after struggling to find a supermarket near my hotel. I'm glad I took the walk. The Primo Taglio Carver turkey is really good, the employees super friendly and the outdoor seating is a pleasant place to sit and send LOTR memes to my friends on Instagram. I enjoyed the turkey so much that even when it froze later in my unreasonably cold hotel mini fridge, I still made a sandwich and ate with relish (the sensation, not the condiment). I guess what I'm really trying to say here is that in the bleak, anxious days leading up to a grappling tournament, when you are worried about your weight and life stresses seem amplified, Tom thumb makes a great hotel turkey that takes the edge off.

Half of them were dropped previously and being sold at a discount and the other half looked just as bad. The cakes looked the same. The cakes not with the regular cakes and cupcakes looked sooooo much better. So I chose the 12 cupcakes+2inch round option as it looked great. We got to the restaurant and pulled them out and ate them and good to the lord they were SOOOOOOOOO sweet. On a level of 1 to 10 with 10 being straight up sugar cubes this was a 15. None of us could even eat a whole one. So needless to say this was a disappointment. I will stick to my usual grocery store chain to get my cupcakes from now on. This one was a bust.

On my way to work I stopped in quickly to stock our community fridge with Seagram Ginger Ale, division of Coca Cola. Publix weekly ad listed Coca Cola products 2 for 2, 6 pack bottles, mini cans and 8 packs of 16oz. I have been purchasing this special almost weekly and it always shows up on my 'just for you' list when offered, as it did this morning when I checked the new weekly ad. I went into the store, rather hurried, went to the customer service register and as approaching mentioning how happy I was with Publix always having Seagrams Ginger ale in some kind of special. As the associate rings my purchase, she said 'you must be mistaken, Ginger ale is never on 2 for 2' I said, well it is marked and advertised as 2 for 2 ALL Coca Cola products. She said, 'Never on Ginger ale' and walked with me to the aisle, where the sale was clearly marked ALL Coca Cola products. I had just purchased this exact sale, 2 weeks ago. I left extremely angry, returned to the parking lot and googled Seagrams. They were purchased by Coca Cola in 2002. I went back into the store to witness the associate relaying our interaction to her manager, as she saw my reentering, approaching the manager, she picked up the Ginger Ale and walked it back to the soda aisle. The manager did confirm that I was correct and that Seagrams was indeed a division of Coca Cola and part of the advertised sale. The associate in question, still within ear shot of this interaction, continued to replace the items to the shelf, ignoring me and her manager. I know this is just about soda on sale, but the attitude and refusal to even refer to a manager or fellow associate, all within a few feet of this interaction, it the issue. The manager was extremely apologetic and offered to review the situation with the associate as a training opportunity, however, for me, the damage was done.
