    M&M chocolate chip cookies

With a sweet tooth I decided to stop at this Kroger to grab some cookies. These cookies definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. 5.99 for 30 count of mini m&m chocolate chip cookies wasn't bad.

I love a good grocery store but this location left me a little underwhelmed for adonde reason. I really like that they have a separate oversized fuel center. Going in everything looked about the same, but I was having this off the Holland Rd marketplace. The layout was off, after several tries couldn't find the natural food aisles. The clothing was mixed between the food which was the oddest concept. They did have quite a bit of sales on items and it was great that several products had the add an e*coupon for more added savings. That was good and finding it online wasn't too bad. But I wouldn't recommend the WiFi bc that only slowed my phone down. That made things worse. The cashier as self check out wasn't particularly friendly on her greeting but she was helpful by acknowledging that I needed a receipt reprinted. She resigned the receipt paper. All in all several shelves I went down aisles in were pummeled over by customers and left astray. It was a fair experience. The parking lot was littered and had quite a bit of abandoned carts.

5 stars for a grocery store? Yep this store deserves it! Finally made it in after the grand opening and the store had some great sales and clearances. This is a one stop shop because they sale clothes, makeup, plants, housewares utensils and pots-n-pans, etc. They also have made-to-order pizza, sushi, sandwiches, chicken, salad bar AND a sit down beer and wine bar with a bartender!! Best of all they have Starbucks!! Whoop-whoop!! The store is clean, spacious and there's friendly staff that was helpful in helping me to find a few things. There's plenty of gluten free and speciality items that you will find in speciality stores. Yep this is my new place for my weekly groceries.

I love everything about this Kroger. The parking is convenient for people. They have parking for expected mothers and close up parking for handy cap. I have a nine month son and they have regular close up parking and that really helps because I have to carry him, his diaper bag, and my purse to the store. You have everything you need in one place. You need socks? ok they have them? Baby clothes? They have them. Makeup? got it. Kroger has a great deli area, they serve fresh pizza, subs, lunch and dinner. They also have a sushi area, a bar area, coffee area, and a salad bar. When it comes to prices, they have awesome affordable prices. The Kroger brand is up to par and the private selection is even better than average.

I rarely frequent Kroger but I'm just getting into couponing so I decided to check them out. I remember when the Marketplace opened but I didn't understand the hype nor knew anyone that visited this location. I was in Awe. A clothes section right there on the left entrance. I was floored. Everything from under wear, shoes, kids and baby clothes. The clearance section was neat and had an additional 50% off the lowest marked price tag. The store has a beautiful layout with tons of square footage which makes for large isles and a ridiculous selection of grocery items and more! The most impressive thing of course is the bar! It's a wine and Beer bar! I checked out the menu and calendar and thought "Imagine eyeing a handsome guy while shopping, inviting you to some of their delicious fresh sushi all over a glass of wine!" In the same day with no reservations. It's pretty legit. I wasn't able to drink then but I will be back for the nights when the wine and beer flights are offered.

I love me some Kroger, even though they can be a little pricey. This one has it ALL! Clothes, jewelry, wine bar, Starbucks, sushi, pharmacy, lots of hot prepared foods on different bars, salad bar, fresh baked pizza in the brick oven, prepared salads, pastas and desserts. We use this Kroger for catering work events. The last time we used them, I decided to get ribs. When I tell you those were the best ribs that I've had east of the Mississippi! This is a convenient location right off Battlefield, not far from Greenbriar. Plenty of parking and lots of other stores nearby, like TJX Homegoods :D I just love this location!

It's official I love my Kroger. Everything you need and the Kroger card makes a difference. Sushi, beer, steaks as thick as your head, clothes, Starbucks, it's all there. Sit at the bar and sample eight taps. Wine by the glass. I think I will move in and see how long i can live in Kroger without leaving!

The brisket pizza. Bland crust. Tough, dry brisket. Unevenly cooked. Not good.

This review is for the pizza station only. When I saw that Kroger had a wood fired pizza oven, I had high expectations for a decent, inexpensive pizza. I was sorely disappointed. The crust was fairly bland. The meat toppings did not taste very fresh, although the vegetables were good. One thing that irked me in particular was that the pizzas were so unevenly cooked. I think this was due to the guy not providing the proper attention required to operate a pizza oven. He was busy helping other customers at different areas of the deli while half of my pizza was overcooked. Then, he barely rotated them, so the other side was severely undercooked. If you're going to have a pizza station, please train your staff to pay attention to the pizzas while they cook. I would not order from her

I've been waiting to go to this Kroger since it opened last week. Employees were very friendly. Our check out cashier was very welcoming when I told him we were first timers there at that location. The very one thing I was impressed with was the preordering for the deli department. You order what you want on the touch screen, and it'll be ready in minutes, so no waiting at the line! #2. There's a bar in the middle of the store. Yes. A bar. Whaaat? I wish they had more of an organic selection of produce. I like their pet selection. I am officially now a regular shopper of Kroger Marketplace!

Staff is always so friendly and attentive whether they're asking to take some empty hangers out of your hands, or asking if you'd like for them to place all of your terrific finds behind the cash wrap to free up your hands to continue shopping. I always enjoy how clean and well organized the store is kept. The aisles are spacious. The clothing racks are clearly marked by size and the different sections are arranged according to styles with attention to colors. This retail team truly takes time to keep their selections appealing to their customers. This evening's event featured 90% off clearance, 20% off storewide, and 10% off designer ($250 or less). I have to admit that the additional discounts are music to my ears...and my wallet, too! Thank you, Style Encore for such a nice shopping event!

When I approached the counter to have my items scanned, the cashier looked at them and immediately said, "Those won't sell." When I politely asked why, she looked at another cashier to explain instead of giving me a direct answer herself. She then suggested that I take my items to Plato's Closet. The reason I came to Style Encore in the first place is because the website specifically says they accept high-ticket items, and my item is well over $150. If you're going to deny someone a service, you should at least be able to clearly explain why in a respectful and professional manner. The overall experience felt discouraging and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. A simple greeting and better customer service would have made a huge difference.

I've seen a lot of reviews bashing PC for its buying regulations but I will say that PC in all…read moreareas and states is pretty bad when it comes to buying items. The company is ran very loosely in this regard, and they don't ever do more than a glance at most items. I've both sold with them and bought from them for many years in different parts of the USA, but always struggled to get may of my items approved despite quality branding and usage... this is just expected ‍ One time awhile back in a different state I put a bunch of earrings I didn't want anymore on various earring packaging that I had kept from stores despite them being from all different brands and places, didn't even clean them, but every single one was accepted, so who knows what happens behind that counter... However, while I have consistently seen SHEIN and other fast fashion brands overrun thrift stores, I'm happy to say that I typically only see, at most, Walmart branded clothing here. But this is usually very cheap and even the SHEIN clothing they do have is priced low accordingly, so I'm glad they recognize the actual worth of what they accept of those items! I went in today and found a lot of really nice items which is rare for me, I seldom buy clothes in big quantities because it's hard for me to find stuff that works but I'm always trying to pinch my penny's where I can as well! The only sad thing is that the nicer clothing was a bit more on the expensive side, but their selection was pretty good in my opinion for both adults and the youth. A mother in the changing stall next to me was raving to her daughter about how happy she was to find so many jeans that fit her, so I wouldn't discredit her experience! The only complaint I do have is that the employees, as many other reviews have mentioned, are very cold shouldered. I did see a lot of them rushing around to keep the store clean and stay on top of go backs so I respect the hustle! However, both times I interacted with an employee, (I believe it was the same girl both times but I can't remember) at the fitting rooms and at the register, I was spoken to very coldly and curt throughout the interactions. When I checked out I had about $200 worth of items I had found, I usually always look forward to talking to the employees at the register, but the woman who checked me out seemed very annoyed by my presence and being there in general. I tried my best to remove as many hangers as possible before placing my items on the counter, but when a few on the bottom of my basket still had them on and I placed them on the top of my pile that she was going through, she audibly sighed. No conversation was made throughout the entirety of the interaction, despite it being longer due to my purchases. While I thanked her twice for taking the time to fold my clothes and help me with my large purchase, she dismissed me pretty quickly these times as well. As someone who has worked in retail for over 5 years now, I'm very mindful of my presence as a customer and the exhaustion working such a job can have on you. But this should not be an issue when interacting with customers, as that is a core part of working in a retail setting, barely acknowledging customers, is not acceptable. If the employees in a store cannot get behind the fact of providing good service in a service oriented industry, then they are simply not cut out for the job. I'm not saying employees should bend over backwards for customers, because there's only so much we should expect in society regarding quality of work when paying our workers a barely livable wage... but making small talk like, "how has your day been?" Or "did you find everything okay?" Is the bare minimum. If you can't be bothered to look another human in the eyes when speaking to you, even when they're kind and respectful, then you should consider working elsewhere. If you're looking for a quality experience in regard to customer service, don't expect that from this location, as many employees are under-experienced and uninterested in the company. But their selection of items has always been one of my favorite aspects of the location, even if prices can be high sometimes... I attached photos of all my items and prices below for anyone interested, overall I felt that almost everything was very reasonably priced except for a holister jacket priced at $40, in my opinion the jacket is worth no more than $30 but I really loved the fit so I invested in it ‍
