You're in the right place. The kitchen throws a nice spread of 'Blue Ribbon' Pies! An old school diner that dangles some Blueberry and fresh Banana Creme in your face! Fresh Raspberries can't get any better! 'Wacha gonna do'? Start with the Hot Roast Beef, Mashed Potato's and plenty of Gravy...

Back in Fulton and first place I wanted to go to was Krumpets. I had eyed their breakfast menu last time I was here and had been itching to try their grilled french toast. My mom ordered tea and it came in the cutest personal sized tea pot. I ordered an iced coffee with half & half and sugar free caramel. It was so good! Their Caesar salad from the last time I was there was also stuck in my brain, so being the weird person I am, I had to order that as well. it was just as good as I remembered. When my breakfast came out, I was not disappointed. The french toast was so delicious and the warm applesauce complimented it well. I'm definitely ordering this again next time I visit. To add to my weirdness I ordered 1 to go cookie (chocolate crinkle) at the table, then another (molasses) when we got at the register to pay. This was the day I was supposed to fly back so I kept both cookies in my carry on, and didn't eat try either till I actually got back to Austin the next day since my flight had been cancelled. I've been nibbling off them for the past week and a half and they still taste good.

In other words, it may not be a great place for a date. If you are looking for a good meal though, don't let it's appearance turn you off. I had the Cuatlatl skillet. The sausage was decently spicy. The rest of the dish was not spicy. The result of that mix was that the spiciness accented the other flavors of the dish without overpowering them. It was a solid breakfast skillet. My wife had a an omelette (I don't remember if it was the Greek or Garden). She liked it and made the specific comment that the spinach seemed like it was cooked inside the omelette rather than just being laid on top of it. She liked this about it. My kid had plain pancakes. There was nothing special about these, but they were done well. Prices were decent. Our waitress was good. The restaurant was busy, but she stayed on top of things. Overall, this is a hidden gem. The food is pretty good, even if the place doesn't look the part. I would eat here again.

First time eating here, it was lunch time so we ordered lunch. It just didn't do it for us. I gave…read moretwo stars and that's for the very good service and friendly staff. Certainly not for the food. First thing we found quite different was no dinner rolls or even wafer crackers to eat with your salads. I don't ever remember a diner over all the years that didn't serve one or the other....or both. Nope, you just get a salad and dressing, that's it. No shredded cheese for the top of your salad nor was it offered. My wife had the Chicken Parmesan. To her it tasted like store bought tomato sauce from a can. No taste to the rest of it at all. For bread, two pieces of toast. She ate not quite half of the meal. It wasn't as good to her as from other diners over the years, not at all. I had the Broiled Steak Sirloin with cooked onions. No flavor, no taste, I couldn't taste any seasoning. I was quite disappointed. Normally these are made with a good quality fresh hamburger or even mixed with some ground sirloin and with some seasoning. I would say this wasn't made from fresh, not in my opinion. I only ate about half because I was hungry. Sorry to say but the food was sub-par compared to many other diners we've eaten at over the years yet they charge right up there with the prices for it today. We haven't been to a diner in years where if we have half of it left, it goes home for diner the next day. Not this time, we left it all behind. We'll give them one more try and that will be for breakfast. We won't be trying it for again for lunch. Sorry, but this all really missed the mark for us.

This place needs a huge lesson in customer service. I'm…read morevisiting from out of town and had heard decent things about this place, so I decided to give it a try. We walked in around 11:30 a.m. There was only one other customer (a dad and his son) and the person who walked in just before us, who appeared to either be a friend or a regular, based on how all three employees greeted her. While they were extremely friendly to her, we weren't acknowledged at all--not even a simple "We'll be right with you." Instead, the employees stood there for more than five minutes talking about how business was, how they slept, what they did over the weekend, melatonin, and other personal topics. During that time, no one took our order or made any effort to help us. After waiting, I finally said, "If you guys are going to keep having a conversation, can we at least order our coffee and get that started?" They looked at me like I had said something unreasonable. One employee, who was sitting at a table near the counter coloring, muttered something under her breath, and they still didn't take our order. Instead, they continued their conversation. At that point, we left. This experience was completely unacceptable. Great customer service starts with acknowledging people when they walk through the door, especially when your shop is nearly empty. Unfortunately, this first impression ensured we won't be back, and I can't recommend this business to others.
