Took my 2016 jku for steering issues and discovered my shocks and coils were bad. I'm super stoked about my new JEEP bumper and winch! Krusher Offroad is the best. We bought 2 bumpers and 3 winches on Amazon and brought them in to be installed onto all of our JEEPs, but upon opening the box, one of the boxes had side rails in it by accident. It wasn't a huge issue because Krusher had a great selection of bumpers that were in my price range and fit onto my JL. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about accessorizing with lighting - and overall, kitting it out. Also, I had inquired about wheel spacers to make my tires extend beyond my fenders and they advised against it based on my vehicle usage and off-roading plans. I'm grateful for their expertise and feel really great about their integrity since they didn't allow me to add a feature that would compromise the integrity and safety of my vehicle. In the end, I think they went above and beyond. We actually could have just bought all of the equipment there as it was comparable to online pricing. Also, with regards to customer service, this place is TOP NOTCH. They were so helpful and honest, it was incredible. We felt like family from first entry until we left - 3 JEEPs later. As an added measure of great service, Gary and Arman offered to ship my big package back to Amazon for me so that I wouldn't have to lug it to a UPS dropoff location. AND, they surprised me by setting up my auxiliary lighting so that I could control my orange fog lights separately for our treks up the foggy mountain. So thankful I found Gary and Krusher Offroad!! Recently a rock hit the windshield on my '05 Jeep Wrangler so I needed to replace the glass. I originally took it to a Safelite where they told me I would need to replace the windshield frame as it had completely rusted through in multiple areas.(Damn Michigan winters). I went to several body shops around LA to receive quotes. The quotes either came back crazy expensive or I could tell the mechanic just did not have a lot of experience dealing with Jeeps. I found Krusher Offroad here on Yelp and decided to check them out as they specialize in Jeeps. Gary was straight forward with me from the start and gave me a fair quote. I actually met Gary back in February after I had placed a order the month before for a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon about installing a winch, lights and step rock sliders. I had the winch and lights but Gary said to wait on steps to make sure we had the right height for our needs. Fast forward 6 months later I showed up with our jeep a day after taking delivery. Gary gave me a very fair price on installing everything and beat the Amazon price on the rock rail steps we agreed would work. So I get my jeep and now its time to add things to make it the way I like it, obviously within my means. So I look on Craigslist and find some things that I like which ultimately lead me to Krusher Offroad. When I got there I was a little intimidated cause all of their jeeps are beautifully fixed up and in amazing condition and here I come in with my beaten up jeep lol. Regardless, they greeted me right away and I told them what I'm there for and they got it for me. I wanted to put sidesteps on my jeep so its easier to get in and out, especially for the passenger. I've already had two people who said they wont be able to get in my car cause its too high, lol! And the pricing was awesome, apparently people dont like chrome on their jeeps anymore...? Not sure, but I dont mind a little chrome on mine. They were seriously so helpful!! They literally showed me how to mount the sidestep on the jeep. I'm new to jeeps and how things work on a jeep (I swear its a whole different animal than a regular car lol) so I feel like an idiot when people are like - 'you know thats not the proper way to do it, its supposed to be like this'. I also had a torn back window skin and they looked to see if they had one and they called out their pro to see if the window skin fits or not and thankfully it did. He gave me tips on how to use the window skins and stuff. It was a great experience at great pricing! They are really helpful people and dont make you feel a moron when you dont know something. EDIT: I have left my original review as follows, but included a second edit after as an update. I have mixed feelings. I actually would rate them at 3.5 stars. Arman was easy to work with and we got down to exactly what I needed done for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. As for the actual work, they did great and installed parts that I brought to them: an air compressor with under-seat installation, warn winch, and winch-capable bumper. Initial tests of these installed components are good, and I trust their quality of work in this regard. Where I deduct 1.5 stars is that when I was about to drive off, my check engine light was on, keep in mind my Jeep was just serviced at the dealer and no check engine light was on when I dropped it off. I inform Arman and he checks it for me, but his reader isn't picking up the error code, so he recommends I bring it to a dealer since my Jeep is still new under warranty, and that perhaps it's because during install the battery was briefly disconnected and may have triggered an error code, which might fix itself while I drive home. However, after driving off for a little bit, I pulled over to check the fuel cap, and found it was not fully seated. Reseating the cap, the check engine light goes away. Long story I know, but bottom line is, none of the parts I brought to get installed required any sort of work on the fuel system, and I've never experienced a vehicle where the fuel cap jiggles loose on it's own. Am I saying someone in the shop stole a little bit of gas from my Jeep? I'm not sure, I don't have conclusive evidence. But while I am satisfied with the work they completed, I couldn't shake my uneasy feeling I had with Krusher. EDIT: Gary the owner personally followed up the day after I posted this review, and spoke with me regarding my concerns. I fully appreciate a company with integrity like this that engages with their customers in such an open manner. I say with no hesitation now that Krusher is the place to go to get work done for your own vehicle. They are fast, professional, and above all else listened to my concerns. Thanks Krusher! read more
