First off I worked with Angel in coordinating it. She answered a million questions. Coordinated everything, and gave me a GREAT deal compared to all of the other bus/limo companies with buses that couldn't even compare to Aria's luxury rides. She was friendly and fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond, and responded via text. Which I love and found extremely convenient. The bus had great seating that wrapped around and made it convenient for people to talk to one another. I managed to get 3 huge coolers on the bus, stocked with beverages and goodies. There was an iPod connection for music, and ice stations conveniently placed throughout the bus. Lee filled them with ice before we arrived. Which brings me to my next point. Lee and Jay were our AWESOME drivers. They BY FAR surpassed any of my expectations. They arrived EARLY, made extra stops, were so cool and friendly. I honestly want them to JOIN us on the bus next time, instead of drive because they seemed like instant friends!!!! Lee stopped at my house, at a gas station to use the restroom on the way to New Braunfels, Buckees for snacks, and quickly for an intoxicated rider on the way home. Oooops :) not once did he complain, he just went with the flow. We also had a person come to the bus late, and make us run over a bit on our time. He didn't make a fuss about it. Also being a small business owner, Josh let me know about Clean Air Limo, his limo/ride company. In England, we call it a hire car. This was perfect timing for me since we had a trip out of Austin for a long weekend and needed a ride back and forth from ABA. I reached out to his company via the Clean Air Limo website. I was able to request a trip as well as pricing. Presently surprised it really wasn't that significantly more expensive than an Uber. I know this for sure since we were deplaned and eventually our flight was cancelled, thank you United. We ended up having to get an Uber back home the same day or by then night. Eric arrived a few minutes before our time to depart and let me know by text he was here when we were ready. Eric was helpful with our luggage, opened doors etc. The SUV was clean, there was water and some gum I believe, hand wipes. Our conversation was pleasant and not forced. Great balance of being a chauffer or engaging with us. Very nice young man. Arrived at our gate and made our way to our flight. I asked about tip and he reminded us that we would be billed after our return trip. And that tip is included in the price I was originally quoted. Sanfu with the plane ensued and we opted for an uber home and what to do with tomorrow. It would be an early pickup to return 6am on a Friday. I reached out via email to Clean Air, and Josh replied pretty quickly and let me know in an hour if he could arrange another ride and he wouldn't charge me for the first trip. Now that was redonkulous and I insisted on paying for the earlier trip and would hit up United to be reimbursed. It certainly wasn't his fault. He confirmed he would have a driver there for pick up in the morning. Next morning, we again got a text a few minutes before our pick up time. Our driver was another gentlemen named Eric. He was equally as helpful as the younger version Eric, and Eric 2.0 helped with luggage and the likes and off we went for our trip. When we arrived back to ABA, Eric 1.0 texted us to let us know where he was to pick us up. Our luggage took a bit of time, but we all patiently waited at the carousel. He helped with our luggage and was parked right in front of our terminal, so it was easy access to the SUV and off we went. Top notch service, definitely will be hitting them up for a quick jaunt down to Fredericksburg.

While our driver Trey was fantastic, the bus itself had issues. Some of the cup holders or bucket holders had nothing in place so if someone thought there was a bucket their belongings went down underneath. And there was a bit of garbage down there. Most importantly the AC was bad. Water was hitting us on the way out and we asked Trey to check it. There was nothing he could do. On our way back there was minimal AC on the bus which made it VERY uncomfortable. Not even high heat summer yet... There was no way to fit 15 people on the bus as initially thought so we had to have another car follow us which defeated the "togetherness" I was looking for. Not to mention had we had everyone on the bus we would have been miserable due to the AC issue. We were "sweating" in the back.
