Just wow...Thursday around 5:00PM we stopped for dinner. Perfect example of not giving a rats a$$ about your customers. While waiting on our food, one of the two only employees was insisting on closing the dining room because the other employee was leaving. Rather loud as we could hear every word. Not a very pleasant person. We were sitting at a table ... we were given our food and asked to leave. If I wanted to eat outside or to go, I would have ordered to go. We Heard the door lock behind us as we walked out. Very welcoming Krystal! Top it off they shorted the order... and also when does a Chili Cheese Dog not come with any cheese? Found it humorous initially being verbally offered free drink refills... only to throw you out. Yea ... won't be back. I'll stick with the Krystal in my hometown... they're good people. read more

Just drove by to order some food. An employee with long braids was watching a guy get pulled over by a cop. She saw me pull up and ran back inside. I was assuming to take my order since she was wearing a headset. But no one came to the intercom. So I waited and waited, then drove around. No one inside. Then I drove around and saw her sitting outside on her phone. No 'I'm sorry we're closed' (which they weren't), just riding the clock I guess. Never again. read more

I don't go to Krystal's very often and it's been a long time since my last visit. Up until a few days ago, this has been the best Krystal's within a 40 mile radius of my home. I went through the drive-thru and saw "Pick 5" for $8.97 on the menu. I ordered 5 cheese Krystals and the employee told me to pull to the window for my total. I did that, and when she came to the window I asked how much it was to which she replied, "$10.44." I asked, "I thought it was $8.97?" to which she replied, "Yes! For the 5 cheese Krystals," and walked off. I thought to myself that's an awful lot of tax, and so I did a quick calculation and thought this shouldn't be more than $0.54 tax. So when she came back to the window I told her that I'd been overcharged, which is what I'd asked her about the first time. She then said, "Five cheese Krystals is $9.51," and stared at me blankly. Then she said, "So what do you want me to do? Do you want me to refund you and charge you the correct amount?" And she was gesturing with her hands as she spoke in a way that implied me to hurry up with my answer. I was floored. I just said, "Yes, please." Apparently she didn't know how to do a refund. So I can only assume it was her manager that came over to assist, and when she handed my card back I politely asked if I'd placed the order incorrectly, or something, to cause the employee to behave so rudely to me. She said I did order it wrong because I should have said that I wanted the "Pick 5" for $8.97. Otherwise, they are going to charge me $1.97 for five cheeseburgers each. Hmm. I just said, "Okay. Thanks." So either she didn't want to say that the employee made a simple mistake by forgetting about the special, or this is another dishonest franchise that is looking to rip you off if you don't mention "the special" when you in fact order, the special. smh McDonald's double cheeseburgers are $4.19 each. If they run a special of 2 for $2, which includes double cheeseburgers, I don't have to ask for the 2 for $2 when I order two double cheeseburgers. I am automatically charged the amount of the special, which is $2. Anyway, the person who I assumed is the manager told me that she refunded my card for $10.44 and completed a new charge for $9.51. She gave me two receipts, each reflected a charge, and nowhere on either did it show a refund had been issued. Of course I check today and there are two pending charges, one for $10.44 and another for $9.51. Hopefully, one of the pending charges won't complete, but if it does I'm afraid that giving them a second opportunity to correct the issue will probably just result in another charge. And lastly, the food was absolutely awful. Burgers were hard and burned. The bread was so small it didn't fit the patty, as small as it already is. read more

Absolutely the best Krystal location we have been to in a long time! We had just about given up on finding a Krystal that was worth going to. I'm so glad we decided to try this one tonight. The food was made fresh, quickly and the restaurant was clean! The manager was so friendly! We will definitely be back! read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered 5 cheese burgers and two orders of large fries. The girl said it would take 20 minutes to cook more hamburgers. I was shocked it would take that long to cook a burger that is so small. I had not eaten there in about a year. I waited and finally got my food. There were about 3 or 4 other cars behind me and there were 3 cars in front of me. I live about 10 miles away from the Krystal and ate the minute I got in the door. The large order of fries where what you would think a small fry order would be and they were $3.49 for the large. The fries had a good flavor but were very hard! The hamburgers were thinner and smaller than the Krystal's use to be, if you can believe it. For a man it would be a two bites and your done burger! I really could not taste the meat because it was so small and the onions were all I could taste. After I finished eating I had a greasy film after taste in my mouth. This is not the Krystal I remember eating at a year ago and growing up eating . The hamburgers were always steamy hot and never left a greasy film in my mouth! It's really disappointing. My local Krystal has closed, so I tried this one on Barrett Pkwy, driving a long 4 miles to get there. I always order 10 Krystals, no mustard and extra onions, so I placed my order wondering if I'd get my preferences. They were short-staffed, with "now hiring" signs everywhere. After a wait, longer than you'd expect for fast-food, but not horrible, we experienced a culinary delight. The fountain cokes were perfectly mixed, the fries were crispy, hot and not too salty, but best of all: my Krystals were perfect with no mustard and lots of extra onions. We got the "two can dine for $9.99" special and were so satisfied! Their coupons never expire and they have lots of specialties (chili, loaded fries, breakfast specials, etc). I tried the new fish slider and it was yummy good. We ate in, and the dining room was sparkling clean. If they were faster, I'd give them 5 stars. Service and restrooms were decent. The dinning area was clean except for this area where a customer was holed up and had his shit all over the place from food to personal belongings. I saw how they make the lemon pie shake (which is gross btw). It's nothing but some shake mix mixed with minute maid lemonade smh the burgers I ordered were fresh but my fries sucked! I came in here for a dinner meal with the family. Everyone's was good. Until the lady tried to give food she gave to me to another person after I touched it. She seemed confused when she asked to have it back and I told her she's got to throw it away anyways. Like she didn't know she had to throw it away. My wife was going out and asked if she wanted to bring me back breakfast. I saw Krystal has sausage and gravy on their website and asked for it. Horrible. Nothing like McDonalds which is surprisingly very good. The gravy was yellow with the consistency of snot. The taste was grease. I took two bites and tossed it. Now I'm hoping I don't throw up. McDonald's is nearby, go there for fast food sausage and gravy. read more
