The manager at this Wendy's named Taryn was the most despicable that I've ever seen. they messed up my order and they said that they would replace it but when I came to pick it up the next day, they only replaced the burgers and not the whole meal. That is the worst customer service. They are so petty she does not need to be a manager, and that whole restaurant needs to beretrained and have new management. It has not been more than "1 month" yet I have returned to my new and favorite Wendy's restaurant in our city. Although, this was to hydrate only, the selections for cold brews were fantastic (I guess you can call them that). No waiting in long lines because this time was through my Wendy's app. Entering through drive-thru entrance and retrieving your own order without waiting now gives off a better sense of fast food at this fine location. The Worst Wendy's restaurant I have ever found. Usually, my experience with Wendy's has been always excellent. Not today and previously at this location. Twice I have been here and fries tasted and looked like that had sat there for hours. I actually went back to give them a second chance and the fries were terrible again. Extremely rude customer service and basically no one seems to care. The counter clerk became argumentative over nothing worth arguing about. The manager or the district manager never called back and when contacted didn't really seem to care either way. This particular Wendy's has a big problem. I'm usually happy with a quick Wendy's burger if I'm on the go, but not from this location. On two different occasions, I tried to order a in the drive-thru. On neither occasion could I communicate to the window person what kind of burger I wanted. Once, I couldn't even understand a word that was being said. It was just mumbling. They still had their breakfast menu up and it was lunch time, and all I was trying to ask was "What time do you start serving lunch?" I asked the guy 3 times to repeat his answer before just driving away to hit the DQ instead. Yesterday I gave it one more shot because it's so close to where I live. Instead of going through the drive-thru, I went inside instead. The server was very polite, but the burger I got was very stale. Went here on Halloween. Line was super slow. We were in line for 20+ minutes. Assumed they were under staffed because of the holiday so I wasn't too upset. However when we got to the window all the staff was gathered in the front hanging out chatting and doing nothing. While one person was running the window. So disappointed. Ordered 3 small chilis and 3 plain potatoes. They forgot to give us the bag of chilis and had to go in for them. One potato was half the size of the other two and was clearly leftover from the lunch rush. The chili had barely anything other than liquid in it. I've given up on this store. Something is wrong every time I stop in. No point in upgrading to a medium drink if the drink isn't even what you wanted. ha I asked for Hi-C Fruit Punch... I am not sure what came in the cup, but it was almost a mixture of coke and fruit punch. It was gross. Lazy! I've been to this location a couple of times. For the last two days I've been going here for lunch and my service has been awful. I was going a avocado Sandwich on the last 2 days and ended up with a different meal instead, no big deal the first time but the second time I was disappointed. On my last drive in I ended up getting a free coupon for a frosty for giving a dollar and I was happy for the treat. After I was done with my lunch I decided to redeem my frosty. I love Wendy's but this location is awful. Been here multiple times after 11 and was told they were closed however hours posted online and on THE DOOR say they are open till 12. I waited at the drive thru screen for 5 minutes, tried to say hello to be acknowledged and I got ignored. When I finally decided to leave, there was someone in the drive thru window on their phone as well as someone in the dining area. This tells me that I wAs blatantly ignored, which is rude. I get food from this location about twice a month. More often than not something is wrong with the order. This time was no different. I ordered drive through. I ordered a number 11 which at the moment is chicken tenders, fries and a drink. It showed correctly on the screen. There was only one vehicle in front of me and none behind me. I pay for my food. I was given no receipt. Do I just trust I'm being charged correctly? I'm asked which sauce I'd like and given the food and drink. I get to my destination and somehow I have a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, small fry and a 4 piece nuggets. I couldn't have gotten someone else's order because the person in front of me was gone and still no one was behind me. Needless to say I am unhappy with the result of my receiving the wrong items. I went to this Wendy's and the first issue I had is that they could not give me a receipt. This was an inconvenience, but I overlooked it to start. Next, after they had charged my card, they said that they did not have the dressing that went with my salad due to it containing peanuts. I was not told that prior to my order, so I had to settle with dressing that did not go particularly well with my salad. Once we left, my girlfriend found that there was blue cheese on her salad when she specifically asked for no blue cheese. And, we found that we were not given utensils (salads can be difficult to eat without utensils). I called customer service and spoke about my issues. I received a call a few hours later from the general manager. He had a poor excuse for every issue that I had and told me that I could come back later today or tomorrow to replace my order, but that I could not come back after that due to them renovating the restaurant. He was completely apathetic towards my complaints. If you care about getting what you paid for and being treated with respect, stay away from this Wendy's. read more
