I give Krystal 5 stars just like Chicago White Castle hamburgers. Fifty-one years ago I ate at White Castle (was 12 cents for each burger) Boy am I aging, Krystal burgers are still small but they are .60 cents each. Try their breakfast specials with eggs bacon & toast made to order . I think they are great, my wife hates to go there. Oh well everyone has an opinion. As we walked in we noticed the drive through was empty and the dining area had one couple.We thought maybe we hit it just right for fast service....nope,stood at counter almost 5 minutes before one of the employees came from the back wreaking of marijuana.As we gave him the order he couldn't concentrate as he kept asking us to repeat our order 3 times.We went to sit and wait on our food and the couple that were eating told us "Good luck getting our food" that they had to wait 20 mins on theirs.We got ours in around 15 mins and it was not even close to being correct.Also the place was VERY nasty as in tables,restroom had water standing in the floor and trash was so full,it was on the floor.With 6 employees you'd think they could run a better business.This place needs a management overhaul as well as a sanitizing.Now I know why I don't go to Krystal read more

Absolutely terrible service! The cook was on his phone and the cashier was very pushy. My burger was undercooked and he gave me no utensils for my chili fries. I asked for no cheese and they put cheese on all 5 of my burgers. read more

As I write this review, my family and I are sitting outside the restaurant waiting on a mobile order we placed over a half an hour ago. When we pulled into the parking lot, the lobby doors were open (we saw people enter); we ordered on the mobile app for pick up inside and waited the fifteen minutes the app said. When it said our order was ready and my husband went to get it, the doors were locked and two employees were sitting at the booth next to the window, watching over their shoulders as he and others tried to enter. We pulled into the drive-through line with about four cars in front of us then sat in line for at least twenty minutes, only to get to the window and be told to pull forward and wait again...still sitting here waiting and have been for at least ten minutes...worst experience I've had at a restaurant I think ever. I have to say these little burgers were really good as were the fries. The inside of the restaurant looked find although it looks like its seen its better days. I haven't had Krystal's in a while since the one near my house closed so I was excited to have it again. Pulled up and ordered four regular Krystal's, three Krystal Chicks easy on the mayo, and a small fry. Order was made timely and the employees were friendly, however it seems their food has changed. The Krystal chicks weren't nice white breast meat but instead were fatty preformed patties of some kind, the Krystal burgers buns were wet on the bottom, and they left the condiments off of all my burgers and chicks (no mayo, no mustard, no pickles, no onions...nothing). The fries have been changed to be "crunchy " and I didn't like the new recipe. All in all I threw away more than half of my order and probably won't be back to this location again. read more

This was a new experience for me. I've heard good things, so I had to go. The burgers were quite different but very good. The buns were light and fluffy and tasty on their small buns. I suggest getting at least 3. If you're hungry you could probably eat 12. I had the sampler meal that came with one burger, one chicken sandwich, one corn "pup", and one chili cheese pup. The chicken sandwich was the same size as the burger and was also very good. It was on the same bun as the burger. The corn "pup" was very good. It wasn't your regular corn dog. It was also mini sized just like the burgers but the batter was very good and almost had a smoky flavor to it that I really liked. The chili cheese pup was also very good, and very small. It was your regular chili cheese dog and I liked it. I will definitely go back and try the rest of the menu. The only thing I was not happy with was the fact that the dining room had plenty of empty tables but they were all dirty. I had to wipe one off myself when I sat down. read more

It is conveniently located around all major shopping centers and many nice neighborhoods. The one person I would like to personally thank her for customer service would be the lady that help me with my order this morning she was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to making my order. Gave Krystal's another try the other day. Same old cold burgers, cheese wasn't melted. Buns tasted like they came right out of the bag. Nonchalant customer service.
