It is a flat rate based off the number of bedrooms, and then you can add specific items that you would like done which are not included in their flat rate, so there are no hidden fees. I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used! Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions. I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean...but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush. Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles. I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing! I am sure everyone Melinda hires is screened by her high standards, but her crew members Brae and Michael were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.

Of course I was being nice when I told Michael I was happy with the clean. It was fine. Not outstanding. But satisfactory. I even told his wife the things they missed. And they were never addressed. Which is fine. I am pretty laid back person until you accuse me of being a liar and threaten me. A service was provided for me and I am required to pay for that service. Which I did. And the first check I sent to Regal Maids was cashed. I even tried to schedule another clean after first hearing from Michael's wife that my check hadn't been received. I was going to continue to use their service. I never had the intention of not paying for the service I received. I sent them a check. The check was cashed. But not by them? Even if it was mailed to them? Ok, who was it cashed by? Can you wait to let my bank do an investigation to see? No. They would not wait they asked for another check. I could not get to my bank in time, so they threatened to put a lien on my house. So I went and paid in cash and had to cancel the second check my bank was sending them. So my experience was terrible. Especially since I found a company that did a better deep clean for half the price and in half the amount of time. I read the reviews on yelp before I used Regal Maids service. All of them were fantastic. However, my experience was not. Which is why I wrote a review. If other people disagree, they are more than allowed to. People form their own opinions about everything. And like Michael said "The reviews can speak for themselves." However, my experience was terrible and I found a different cleaning company who did a better job in half the amount of time and for half the price. QUICK, cleaning was as expected. i supplied carpet cleaner and chemicals and a Dyson vacuum. They…read moresaid they would remove small finishing nails, fill in the holes, and remove the three double sided tape we used to hang pictures. They did not do this as a result, i was charged over $60.00 dollars by the painter, of the complex, to remove the three 1"x 4" strips of tape. i mentioned to the staff that it was vital they removed those items & i was ensured it would be done but shame on me for not walking through the apartment until final walk through of the move out. I was happy with the cleaning of the empty apartment and empty appliances, but i removed one star for not doing the three items I specifically requested and they said they would do. in addition i supplied the carpet cleaner, chemicals, and the heavy duty vacuum. i wish them well!
