My baby is crying. There's literally a box and tape right next to her. She's wanting me to buy a box but it's 4x the size of what I need plus I'd have to buy packing materials to do that. A kind vendor that overheard what happened offered me packing materials. There's not even a way to change the store to somewhere else so I have to ship here. I Walk to a store down the street who also doesn't sell the right size box. The worker at the other store very kindly offered me an inventory box and I got packaging from the kind vendor. ... would've taken the Walgreens employee 30 seconds to help me and no cost to the company to help me out. She also had no intent of contacting anyone to help resolve the issue for future customers. Will stay away from this Walgreens in the future.

They have one pharmacist say one thing then the other pharmacist comes on shit and says another. They are constantly out of stock for medicine. They claim it's due to shortages but funny how all other pharmacies have it in stock. Last month they wouldn't fill my anxiety meds because "it hasn't been 30 days" I had to remind them that I only have a 30 day supply and there had been 31 days in the previous month. They filled it thankfully. As a patient, I trust a pharmacy to give me my medications that my physician prescribes to me, for good reasons . They try to act like doctors!! I switched back to CVS this week. I'm done with this. I hate when pharmacists make me feel like crap for taking medications! And if you're out of stock, warn your patients.

After waiting out the standard pharmacy closure until 2:15 PM, we pulled up to the window. We were completely ignored for approximately 10 minutes before an employee finally acknowledged us. The female staff member on duty was immediately hostile. When I provided my mother's name, she rudely told me the prescription was not ready. When I explained that we received a text notification, she explicitly called me a liar, stating that my claim was untrue. She aggressively told me to come back in 10 minutes or tomorrow. When I asked if I could wait, she snapped, "What do you want to do?" forcing me to drive back around the building and wait in the queue all over again.This behavior is entirely unacceptable. Being called a liar by a staff member while trying to collect necessary medication, especially in front of my daughter, violates basic customer service standards and professional ethics.I request that a District Manager or Store Manager investigate this specific employee's conduct during the 2:15 PM shift today. I expect a formal response detailing how this matter is being handled, as well as an explanation for why the automated notification system is out of sync with store readiness.

I have only been almost squished about 3 times in the last 10 years. Not bad for Reno. CONVENIENCE: They are no longer open 24 Hours. The Pharmacy window is only open 9:00am to 8pm with a half hour closure for lunch. The rest of the store still cares a huge collection of stuff. Items that apparently are "shoplifting magnets" ie most beauty products are now in locked shelves. ATMOSPHERE There seem to be fewer "dodgy" patrons than in the past. Shelves are better displayed and don't seem as cramed. It is clean and well lit. SERVICE: Still pretty slow, and staff has been drastically reduced. I have had no problems with either the pharmacy or the front checkout, it just takes a while. On the plus side, staff are friendly and professional. My insurance no longer covers prescriptions from Walgreens. I just learned that Walgreens is not affiliated with the large third-party Pharmacy Benefit Manager. So the convenience and location have been major factors in me continuing to shop here.

Waited half an hour and when the line was diminished I went to the counter to see how much longer since I had other errands to get to. I was told another 15 minutes and the gal rang up my vaccine. Insurance paid for it so I didn't owe anything. Since I'm asthmatic this vaccine is important for me and worth a wait which was actually less than ten minutes more. I was called to a private room and given my shot with little discomfort by a friendly, I'm assuming pharmacist or tech. Easy peasy except for the wait!
