Truth be told, I was picking out flowers nearby and made a last minute decision to get my toes done. I called to see if they could fit me in (it's a Saturday and it's finally sandal weather, so I figured it might be tough). They were very friendly and told me to come in. No appointment needed, I just gave ten minutes notice. All of the employees were welcoming and took the time to acknowledge me. There are lots of pedicure options and plenty of ways to spoil yourself. My pedicure specialist, while not talkative, was very thorough and patiently worked through my design ask. There are eight pedicure chairs, plenty of staff, and a great massage chair. I would definitely go back.

She went onto to say, it's a powder not overlay and lift up my hand repeatedly saying "look, you don't know what you received, what you paid for. How don't you know? This powder not overlay" I said ma'am I don't know what it is, I'd like an overlay not a fill to which she continued to repeat herself again. After pointing out that she's said this numerous times and she could stop now, It's very unprofessional. She began speaking in her native tounge to her coworkers. Clearly she continued her rhetoric to her colleagues. I won't even speak on how notorious this deplorable behavior is. I'll never return to this place. I felt belittled and exhausted from an already stressful week. If I could give her -10 I would.

I purchased the middle of the road pedicure (deluxe) and decided to get gel polish, so I paid $60. This was a bit more expensive than I was anticipating, but the time they spent on the pedicure made it worthwhile. My only complaint: let me know if/when you're going to take care of a ingrown toenail. This caught me off guard and I started to bleed - it hurt! I did a simple polish on my nails. Again, because it was gel, it was quite expensive. I want both my nails and feet to last, so I went for it! YOLO Overall the store front was clean and well staffed. They had some music playing on the TV. I would go back again!

I was going to be taking the place of a client who had last-minute canceled on a stylist named Heidi. The consultation time with her was very short. She asked very minimal questions, but I was told by the lady at the front desk that she was "very good" so I trusted her. However, I was wrong to do so. The overall experience at the salon was pretty pleasant. She made good conversation with me and I was provided with water. I walked out of the salon pretty happy with my results. I thought that my bangs were a little bit short, but I didn't mind that much since that happens almost every time I go in to get a touch up knot my bangs. mind u i barely have bangs they are basically long curtain bangs that i like to have because i wear my hair up a lot and i like the look. anyway, day goes by I have a headband in because I was doing chores all day. I come home take my headband off and am shocked. I was left with choppy, uneven, way too short bangs. I am not sure how she was able to style them so I couldn't tell when I left the salon, but it's safe to say I will be stuck wearing that very same headband until these grow out to a reasonable length so that I can fix them and they won't be too short. Safe to say this is one of the worst touchups I have ever had and that I will forever be scared to go back into any salon and ask them to touch my bangs ever again. I'm sad to leave, I don't like doing this. This place was recommended by my mom, she saw a different stylist who wasn't available this day , not sure if it would've been a better decision to wait the next day she would be in work or if I should've never came into the salon at all. I was hoping this would be a much better experience, considering their prices are very reasonable and it was a pretty quick cut. But sadly, I have learned my lesson and will probably stick to cutting my own hair despite being FAR from a professional.

I had hoped for a relaxing break - especially since I paid extra for the Deluxe Pedicure - but it was anything but deluxe. Ruby, my nail technician, rushed through the entire service. There was no time to soak in warm water, no attention to detail, and little regard for making it an enjoyable experience. I only know her name because she introduced herself to another client. She chatted with the technician next to her the entire time and only spoke to me when trying to upsell. When I mentioned I didn't want my nails done or polished (extra), she literally snapped at me. Halfway through the service, her manager asked her to help another client. Without a word of explanation or even a "thank you," she got up and left, and another technician, Hanh, took over. No one acknowledged the switch or offered any kind of apology or explanation.
