The honest diagnosis and quick time for this were invaluable to me - he even did not charge me a fee for his time to diagnose and attempt a simple fix for my laptop. I also brought in another laptop for memory upgrade which he was able to do while I waited in the shop. His prices were most fair and even beat those on ebay too. I also was pleasantly surprised to find that he had refurbished laptops for sale at reasonable prices. Bottom line for me is that for any PC or laptop issues me, family, or friends may have - it's going to be Doctor Polo's for sure.
