I tried the tandoori chicken, butter chicken, raita, roti, and paratha. I love the paratha bread. The quality of the food is good but all of the chicken was too spicy for me and they do not ask you what spice level you want, as most Indian and Thai places do. The music was also so loud that I wanted to leave soon after arriving. Even with earplugs in, it was uncomfortably loud. I had the food wrapped up to take home. They also used to have kheer on the menu but they took it off before I had a chance to try it, bummer. Overall, it is not a good fit for me, but others seem to like it. read more

This place is amazing. My family and I go there almost weekly. The main server is amazing, and very helpful with any request you have. The food is absolutely amazing. We are big fans of the pani puri, mysore masala dosa, as well as any of their chicken curries and their potato and lentil curries (I'm blanking on the names at the moment). Their paratha is also delicious and their sauce selection they give you with the dosa is amazing. Everything we have tried on the menu has been absolutely fantastic. I saw a review on this mentioning loud music, I have no clue what they were referring to honestly. We come often and I've never had loud music a single time I've ever been in, it's usually very quiet and very family friendly. This might be the best Indian food I've had! My husband and I stopped in for lunch while driving through the area and we are extremely glad we did. Their lunch menu is simple, pick a vegetarian or protein dish and there are two options with in the side you pick. We chose the chicken instead of goat and that was that. $15 for a large portion with two handmade flat bread (looked like a type of tortilla) and a side of onions,carrots and lime. I've eaten Indian food all over the place, including in London where I grew up, and this is some of the very best I've ever had. Totally authentic to the spirit of Indian cuisine. They have different specials throughout the week, including chaats, idlys, vadas and dosas on Tuesday/Wednesday, and biryanis on the weekend. It's a slightly smaller menu at any given time than you'll typically find at American Indian places, but that's for good reason - EVERYTHING they serve is fresh and outstanding. Even the tandoori chicken is the juiciest I've had in my life. One of the few places that doesn't seem to really ask how spicy you want things - they just make it the way it's supposed to be. So be aware of that. Please give this place a try - it's fantastic. read more

Went last week with a friend for lunch and it was very good. We had the lunch special, she chose the vegetarian option and I had the chicken. A little spicy on the chicken, but excellent food. My friend is actually Indian and she said that the food is very authentic. We met the nice lady cooking and she was friendly, service was good too, plus prices were fair. The food here is AMAZING, not only for this area but also overall. I have been here twice and will continue to come back. The staff is very kind and patient with those who may have not tried the specific Indian dishes they have on their menu. Had dinner for a second time here and it was just as face meltingly awesome as the first time. It was my first time having goat, and the meat was, spicy, and delicious. Delicious. We were excited to see a source of authentic Indian cuisine open up given the one middling option that is available in the area. Having lived on the east coast for a couple of decades, the one thing I miss most being back is access to ethnic cuisine, and particularly Indian food. So we were stoked to try it out. Did not disappoint. Yes, the menu is currently limited, but it meant we tried some things I wouldn't have normally ordered. The biryanis were solid and worth the stop on their own, especially the mutton. But the star of the show for me was the Chicken 65. I'd never had it before and I was blown away. Tender and flavorful, I could eat it every day. Our server Lax was a joy and his earnest enthusiasm and attentiveness made the otherwise somewhat spartan ambiance feel like luxury. For our main courses, we enjoyed the chili chicken and Hyderabad chicken dum Biryani. The chili chicken is perfect for spice lovers, and the biryani was so tender that the chicken fell off the bones. The food was well prepared. The rice was perfectly cooked and the chicken was moist and fell off the bone well. The seasoning was balanced and the smell was mouth watering. The only thing I would change is adding a symbol next to the items that are spicy hot and perhaps adding some dishes with seasoning but less heat.
