We are so glad we did! We loved it so much we returned our second night, as well! First, while many places closed at 9pm, Noble Twist closed at 10pm. Second, the hostess and bartender were welcoming, kind, and professional. Third, the ambiance is clean, modern, and open. We loved the classy, but not pretentious, vibe since many of the other spots in town have more of a dive-bar vibe. We sat at the bar to watch games on the TV, but there were plenty of tables with chairs, as well. The drinks menu is fabulous! I got a different cocktail each night and loved both. First, the Partridge in a Pine Tree. Second, a Dirty Gin Martini. Both were flavorful, high quality, and boozy. My husband tried the IPA the first night and the Pilsner the second. He loved both! Best of all, prices are reasonable for quality beverages! The menu also had wine and food, but we did not try either. Next time! Noble Twist Taphouse is our new favorite drinking spot in Saugatuck!
