We ordered two coffees, with cream and sugar but came without any spoon, so we used dining fork. No one offer the refill when the cups were empty (but they charge $4 for bottomless coffee), so you had to flag them. They have many staff working for the size of the place but they seemed to have very inexperience servers, despite they are nice and courteous. I am still eating, they cleared all other plates. My husband was drinking the coffee, they took away the saucer. I think they need to train the staff for better service especially your price is on the higher side for breakfast.
