A must do experience if you like bar hopping. The owner was very knowledgeable about the club life. All the staff were friendly.

Tea Around Town - Tea Around Town Houston Experience

My sister and I did the Houston Tea Bus on May 15th. I was very disappointed, as it wasn't a "tour"…read moreof Houston at all since the attendant told us that their microphone wasn't working and that they couldn't let us know anything about what we were seeing on the "tour." I do think that we should get a refund of some sort.  Another gripe, there weren't enough staff to serve us. We got a small sample of one flavor of tea, then had to wait about 15 or more minutes before we were served another bit of tea. In the meantime, we didn't have anything to wash down the sandwiches. I think you should give a bottle of water to each of the passengers in the future.  The staff was friendly and courteous and overall it was fun. The bus was beautifully decorated both inside and out. There was enough food to satisfy in the Petite Tea for a lunch meal. Great idea for a business, but work out some kinks.

We spent…read morethe evening touring downtown Houston, indulging in an array of light appetizers and exploring a diverse selection of teas, a highlight being the exquisite rose cherry blend. Admittedly, tea tasting wasn't something I would have sought out on my own, but the experience was a revelation; it allowed me to discover a newfound appreciation for the complexity of different flavors. Beyond the tasting, there was something special about the atmosphere, dressing up, singing along to the music, and soaking in the local history of the city. It was the perfect blend of sophisticated and spirited fun. I cannot recommend this experience enough for a Galentine's outing or any meaningful gathering with friends.

The Wave is a great service and if you're looking for a good time, call them instead of Uber…read more I started taking The Wave after I was introduced to it by a friend who went out multiple times a week and he had the membership so it was a great value. For $15 per person, you get an "All-Access" wristband which gives you unlimited rides all night. This is cheaper than a cab and if you plan on going to multiple places, cheaper than Uber. The Wave allows you to bring alcohol on-board so you can pre-game a little bit before you arrive at your destination. This is great if you have a large group of people because it really gets the party going. Riding this around closing time is a treat even if it takes a long time to get home, depending on the number of pick-ups/ drop offs the driver has to make. Drunk people dancing on stripper poles tends to be the highlight! The Wave can be reserved and has a small bar to store booze if you choose this option. I love The Wave!

They picked us back up very near the venue and both rides we were riding with one other couple. Although this distance was not far, the total was $20 and parking for the event closer to minute maid was $60-$80. We had pit passes for the show and were standing most of the time. I was not feeling like walking and the wave couldn't have been a better solution. I secured our reservation on the phone and the vans were nice, clean, and comfortable.

My recent experience with Greatland Tours on a trip from Houston to L'Auberge was **shockingly…read moreunacceptable and completely contradictory to the polished "About Us" statement the company promotes.** For a business that claims to use top‑of‑the‑line vehicles, professionally trained drivers, and exceptional customer service, what we encountered was the exact opposite -- a trip that felt unsafe, disorganized, and downright disrespectful to the loyal riders who depend on this service. When passengers arrived at the pickup location at 7:45 AM, there was no staff member present--only a posted note instructing riders to pay the driver. The bus that eventually arrived was an extreme downgrade: a small, visibly dirty vehicle clearly not intended for long‑distance travel. The first step was broken, making it difficult and unsafe for elderly and disabled passengers to board. **I would bet that 80% of your ridership consists of elderly people, which makes the lack of accessibility even more unacceptable.** Inside, the conditions were equally unacceptable. Seats were cramped so tightly that passengers had to squeeze between rows. Several seats were broken, there were no footrests, and the peeling faux leather rubbed off onto passengers' clothing. To make matters worse, the bus had **no restroom**, forcing everyone to rush into a nearby Taco Bell before departure because there would be no stops during the 2‑hour, 10‑minute ride. Even a car trip of that distance typically requires a restroom break, let alone a bus filled with seniors. The bus held only 38 seats. The first pickup nearly filled it, the second left only a couple of seats open, and by the third stop, passengers with reservations were turned away. Tension rose quickly, and understandably so--loyal riders were shocked by the drastic downgrade in transportation and the lack of communication. Adding to the frustration, prices have increased to $25-$30 with a card and $35 without, yet perks upon arrival at the casino have been eliminated. Riders headed to the Golden Nugget are no longer dropped off there and must find their own way, even those using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs. All of this placed the new driver in an unfair and uncomfortable position, simply trying to follow instructions while passengers expressed justified concerns. In the end, we paid more only to receive deplorable service. It raises serious questions: Should this bus--or any like it--have been on the road? Did it even pass inspection for safely transporting passengers? This experience was inhumane, unsafe, and far below the standards Greatland Tours claims to uphold.

We were so worried about having the nicest, cleanest, and best bus we could find. I first spoke to Mason, the owner, on the phone and asked if I could please come see the actual bus we'd be reserving in person, as we have previously had a stinky bus experience. The VIP 40 person shuttle bus was beautiful. It was brand new, smelled great, nice quilted black leather seating, and a large TV in front, as well as smaller TVs every few rows through the rest of the bus. Our driver for the day was George and he was awesome. He was easy to communicate with, as in spoke English well and also was smart and quick on his toes. He was observant that we were doing a tour so he slowed down as my boss was talking about an area and asked for clarification when it was time to turn around half way through the tour and head back to our development. The whole tour was seamless. We really loved the customer service that came along with this shuttle reservation. We will continue to use these guys for all of our future needs, which will be often!

First, who ever answers the phone is freaking rude. He talks with some kind of accent possibly a middle eastern type. Sir, who ever you are STOP talking to people so abruptly and rude. No one! And I mean no one likes to be talked that way. Secondly, the person who picked us up was very unprofessional. He never helped with our luggage and expected us to put it in the trunk. Also, no welcome speech, he was just very cold. He treated me like he was doing us a favor. Oh, he was constantly on his phone throughout the whole trip. How freaking irritating. I found this company to be very unprofessional and not a company that you would want your loved ones to use.
