A must do experience if you like bar hopping. The owner was very knowledgeable about the club life. All the staff were friendly.

Tea Around Town - Tea Around Town Houston Experience

The reviews for this aren't the best, and while I wouldn't go as low as 2 stars, I think 3.5 stars…read moreis fair. It's definitely on the pricier side for what you get. We booked for a Saturday and arrived right on time, although the bus itself was running a little late. We were seated right at the front, which was actually pretty cool. I really loved the tea-time setup, and my mom and I especially enjoyed the sandwiches. The desserts were just okay and nothing particularly memorable, while the teas themselves were a bit disappointing. There are essentially only 3 employees running the experience-a driver, a tour guide, and a waitress which doesn't feel like enough for a full bus. Since we were seated toward the back, our waitress kept running out of tea, and by the time she would make it back to us, it was already time for the next tea. The biggest letdown was the actual tour of Houston. As a Houstonian, I know quite a bit about the city, but I was hoping to learn some deeper history or interesting stories behind the places we were seeing. Instead, a lot of the tour consisted of pointing out restaurants, which felt pretty underwhelming and not really what I expected from a Houston tour. That said, the bus itself was perfectly pink and, surprisingly, not tacky at all. It's actually really cute and would make for a fun girls' brunch or a cute outing with your mom. I just don't think the overall experience quite matches the price point.

I usually do not give bad reviews because I believe every business has a chance for improvement but I was really hoping all the bad reviews I saw after I and my sisters booked this bus tour was untrue. Unfortunately there was no lies told as we also had our own fair share of experience which completely ruined my birthday experience, left a sour taste in my mouth and had me screaming NEVER AGAIN!!!!This experience caused me extreme sadness especially with our waitress Nathalie being overly rude. I can't believe they hire someone like that to work in their organization. Anyways it is a poorly managed company because, First of all we booked the 2:30 Luxe package for March 15 2026. This was part of my birthday weekend celebration. Please do not waste your time. Even if you insist on going don't waste your money on the Luxe package. It is a marketing scam. We got a text that morning that the take off time was rescheduled to 3pm. Anyways we arrived on time. And note that there is nothing like priority boarding. Everyone just gets in. Secondly the customized tumblers were not available neither were there take out plates as promised. There were only cheap styrofoam cups. When we asked our server Nathalie about the tumbler she was Extremely Rude to us. First she tried to offer us mocktails as compensation and we told her the mocktails are already included in the Luxe package. That is when she then proceeded to raise her voice at us. She basically told us that "she does not own the business, and we should not argue with her (which we did not at all), and we should decide if we want tea or not, answer her yes or no and she does not have time for this". We could not believe our ears we just stared at her. Of course we could not accept anything from her after that, who would? However the second waitress Imani was very professionally and polite. Even with the air conditioning in the bus not working right she was sweating and still making sure everybody was doing ok. She apologized for her colleagues behavior. Now, there was suppose to be some entertainment and a tour experience with narration. Yeah, there was nothing like that. No music, No singing. This was just a hot uncomfortable bus ride filled with rude staff, disappointment and false advertising. I will not recommend even to my enemy. Please note that there are other fun things to do in houston with $214.34. Plus we paid $30 for parking per car. Also we were suppose to get a 3 tier sandwich tray we only got 2. This was a total disaster. I need my refund from this terrible experience. Please read all the reviews before deciding. The good reviews are from a long time ago or those people are paid to write good reviews. Because every review from 2026 is as is. They need to do better or shut down this business.

For $15 per person, you get an "All-Access" wristband which gives you unlimited rides all night. This is cheaper than a cab and if you plan on going to multiple places, cheaper than Uber. The Wave allows you to bring alcohol on-board so you can pre-game a little bit before you arrive at your destination. This is great if you have a large group of people because it really gets the party going. Riding this around closing time is a treat even if it takes a long time to get home, depending on the number of pick-ups/ drop offs the driver has to make. Drunk people dancing on stripper poles tends to be the highlight! The Wave can be reserved and has a small bar to store booze if you choose this option. I love The Wave!

They picked us back up very near the venue and both rides we were riding with one other couple. Although this distance was not far, the total was $20 and parking for the event closer to minute maid was $60-$80. We had pit passes for the show and were standing most of the time. I was not feeling like walking and the wave couldn't have been a better solution. I secured our reservation on the phone and the vans were nice, clean, and comfortable.

This was my first time using your service, and my wife and I were genuinely excited about the convenience of not having to drive to the casino. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by significant issues with the bus's air conditioning. Nearly an hour into the trip, the driver informed us that he had contacted his supervisor about the malfunctioning air conditioning. We were told that we could turn back, but no replacement bus would be provided. Given how far we had already traveled, no one felt it made sense to return, so the trip continued in extremely uncomfortable conditions. After spending five hours in the casino, we fully expected that the air conditioning issue would have been addressed before our return. Instead, we were told that the system was known to be completely nonfunctional. This was especially concerning because the bus was filled with senior citizens, including my wife and me.

My recent experience with Greatland Tours on a trip from Houston to L'Auberge was **shockingly…read moreunacceptable and completely contradictory to the polished "About Us" statement the company promotes.** For a business that claims to use top‑of‑the‑line vehicles, professionally trained drivers, and exceptional customer service, what we encountered was the exact opposite -- a trip that felt unsafe, disorganized, and downright disrespectful to the loyal riders who depend on this service. When passengers arrived at the pickup location at 7:45 AM, there was no staff member present--only a posted note instructing riders to pay the driver. The bus that eventually arrived was an extreme downgrade: a small, visibly dirty vehicle clearly not intended for long‑distance travel. The first step was broken, making it difficult and unsafe for elderly and disabled passengers to board. **I would bet that 80% of your ridership consists of elderly people, which makes the lack of accessibility even more unacceptable.** Inside, the conditions were equally unacceptable. Seats were cramped so tightly that passengers had to squeeze between rows. Several seats were broken, there were no footrests, and the peeling faux leather rubbed off onto passengers' clothing. To make matters worse, the bus had **no restroom**, forcing everyone to rush into a nearby Taco Bell before departure because there would be no stops during the 2‑hour, 10‑minute ride. Even a car trip of that distance typically requires a restroom break, let alone a bus filled with seniors. The bus held only 38 seats. The first pickup nearly filled it, the second left only a couple of seats open, and by the third stop, passengers with reservations were turned away. Tension rose quickly, and understandably so--loyal riders were shocked by the drastic downgrade in transportation and the lack of communication. Adding to the frustration, prices have increased to $25-$30 with a card and $35 without, yet perks upon arrival at the casino have been eliminated. Riders headed to the Golden Nugget are no longer dropped off there and must find their own way, even those using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs. All of this placed the new driver in an unfair and uncomfortable position, simply trying to follow instructions while passengers expressed justified concerns. In the end, we paid more only to receive deplorable service. It raises serious questions: Should this bus--or any like it--have been on the road? Did it even pass inspection for safely transporting passengers? This experience was inhumane, unsafe, and far below the standards Greatland Tours claims to uphold.

We were so worried about having the nicest, cleanest, and best bus we could find. I first spoke to Mason, the owner, on the phone and asked if I could please come see the actual bus we'd be reserving in person, as we have previously had a stinky bus experience. The VIP 40 person shuttle bus was beautiful. It was brand new, smelled great, nice quilted black leather seating, and a large TV in front, as well as smaller TVs every few rows through the rest of the bus. Our driver for the day was George and he was awesome. He was easy to communicate with, as in spoke English well and also was smart and quick on his toes. He was observant that we were doing a tour so he slowed down as my boss was talking about an area and asked for clarification when it was time to turn around half way through the tour and head back to our development. The whole tour was seamless. We really loved the customer service that came along with this shuttle reservation. We will continue to use these guys for all of our future needs, which will be often!

First, who ever answers the phone is freaking rude. He talks with some kind of accent possibly a middle eastern type. Sir, who ever you are STOP talking to people so abruptly and rude. No one! And I mean no one likes to be talked that way. Secondly, the person who picked us up was very unprofessional. He never helped with our luggage and expected us to put it in the trunk. Also, no welcome speech, he was just very cold. He treated me like he was doing us a favor. Oh, he was constantly on his phone throughout the whole trip. How freaking irritating. I found this company to be very unprofessional and not a company that you would want your loved ones to use.
