I moved to Coarsegold from the Bay Area and hadn't yet identified a new dentist. It started the night a veneer fell off, front and center of my smile, the night before flying out for an important event the next morning. Panicked, I reached out to Dr. Ohanesian and to my amazement, he texted me back (at 11PM!) and had me come in before normal working hours in order to squeeze me in. He completely saved the day! I just went back to take care of a couple of things and just can't say enough regarding how kind, patient, compassionate, funny, and what a great dentist he is. Making a living is of course important, but he is clearly not in it just for the money. This man clearly loves what he does. He has integrity. He encourages saving teeth when possible instead of more profitable alternatives, goes at your pace financially, and is super respectful --He goes above and beyond to best serve his patients, and every member of his staff is equally nice! I was skeptical at first because of the location (and the fact that my ex-husband is responsible for the medical insurance and my children have Medi-Cal/Dent-Cal). Anybody who has this coverage for their children would understand how hard it is to find decent dentists. Before I found this group, I had been paying cash to my personal dentist in Clovis (to take care of my children) despite the fact they had this coverage. However, some financial difficulty forced me to utilize their dentical coverage. To my surprise, the first time we stepped foot inside we were greeted instantly. It was clean and organized . The waiting room is a bit small but it didn't matter because I was not even done filling out the paperwork before they called back My eldest daughter. As soon as I was done with the administration part, they took me back along with my youngest daughter. So I thought "Wow, the staff is great what about the doctors?" As soon as the x-rays were in the doctor arrived. There was a couple doctors there and both were wonderful with my kids. They answered all my questions and were attentive to my youngest's anxiety. One of my daughters was able to have a small cavity filled right then. Because I had been paying for my daughters dentistry for quite some time. Any fillings had been filled in with the ivory white instead of the silver. I really didn't want that in their mouth because I believe it looks horrible. Unfortunately that's with Medi-Cal paid for at the time. I Explained this to them and they actually used the ivory with no extra charge. This blew me away. Great and caring Office. I started coming here myself, the office deserve more reviews. Give them a try!

This goes beyond poor scheduling. This is taking money from an elderly patient and failing to deliver the service. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication. If there were delays or issues, explain them. Instead, there has been silence. We have contacted the office repeatedly and even escalated to corporate. The response has been the same. Indifference. No accountability. No resolution. This feels less like a one off issue and more like a broader culture problem. They are now refusing to issue a full refund, despite not completing the work after five months. At this point, we are pursuing every available avenue: * Filing a complaint with the Dental Board of California * Filing with the Department of Consumer Affairs * Preparing a small claims case * Filing a complaint with BBB * Spreading the word on social media like google and yelp If you are considering this office, especially for anything beyond basic work, be cautious.

Avoid at all cost! Horrible care! I initially went in for a check up bc it's been years since I…read morelast went. I wanted to do teeth cleaning and possibly filing and they said they could get it done on the spot. They wanted to get X-rays for my wisdom and offered to take it out at the same time too. Which is ridiculous bc this was literally only 15 mins after check in. Then the young Indian dentist who was working on all 3 patients in at the time came in and worked so fast on my teeth. He cleaned it and added fillings and now I have pain daring back 2 months. He finished within 30 mins doing a cleaning and filling and I now have sensitivity pain from my teeth.

I expressed concern over possible infection, the excruciating pain and being unable to take necessary medication for underlining medical condition. This was all ignored and told to come back in 5 days. Unacceptable. Their quality of care has gone down in the last year.

I will have to pay out of pocket since this unprofessional, unethical place already has billed my insurance for their "exam" . This place will gladly take your money but will fail your child in their dental care. I will not be returning here with my child. Shame on this place for disregarding the children they use to profit from. I'd give 0 stars is I could.
