    Cheese curds

If you like burgers and heavy metal, this is your place for sure. If you just like burgers, this is your place for sure!!! The atmosphere is great and lively! The heavy metal is a good vibe even if it is not your genre. Conversations can be had. There is indoor and outdoor seating and you can make reservations. I ordered the Plague Bringer with an impossible burger patty. It has crushed garlic, hot sauce, pepperjack, fresh jalapeños, tortillas strips and garlic mayo! All of these ingredients were well-balanced. The fries are crispy and fresh cut. They are one of my favorite places to eat fries. There are also house chips which are amazing. The cheese curds were good but I work In Wisconsin and I'm used to getting a huge plate to share, theirs is more like a single serving but maybe it is on purpose so you can enjoy their delicious burgers. The server was great and attentive. If you are in the Schaumburg area and want a really good burger. Head over to Kuma's - you will not be disappointed.

Was as advertised. Heavy Metal vide with huge burgers. Was here by myself while on a work trip. The waitress recommended a beer and was spot on. I order the "award winning" Slayer. Was a hefty burger on a bed of fries. Topped with Chile and some other amazingness. I would not bring the kids here but I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I would not hesitate to come back.

Such a good burger! Can't believe I hadn't tried this place before especially with there being one in West Loop. I need to stop by there next. Anyway, this was a while ago I visited but I do recall the service being good. A good friend of mine and I came in after exploring a pop up that was around the mall. The burger was big, juicy, and full of great toppings! The fries were also solid. I also enjoyed my cocktail that was fruity and just right.

Excellent service! It is pricey for a burger but that is because they give large portions! I ate half of my meal only. All the burgers come with a pretzel bun. I wish it was toasted. We got it served cold. It is also dense as well. They are very creative here. I would love to try more. I ordered garlic aioli on the side. It's not the best. I do not taste much garlic. I only really tasted mayo. There's other great sauces to choose from.

The burgers at this place are extremely extravagant, I think one of the comments here claimed it's an assault on your taste buds and I have to agree based off of what the menu looks like. i can't confirm, though, because I got the world's simplest burger ever out of fear, lol their homemade sauce is very delicious, though, and if I'm ever in the area again for work again, I would consider coming back. The burgers are huge, so it is very filling, I couldn't even finish it and I was very hungry. The surface was great and very attentive as well! The one qualm that I do have is that every single one of their burgers is on a pretzel bun, the only alternative option being a gluten-free bun. I'm not sure I agree with that bun choice (pretzel bun) because for the first few bites, it did take away some of the burger flavor and I eventually took off the top bun.

Reliably good food. If you order from DoorDash they usually do not have the burger of the month listed. Also customizations are limited on some food items I. DoorDash as well. I wanted to order the chili, but it wouldn't let me remove the cheese. Generally there is a decent amount of parking. Inside there is music, but not loud enough to need to yell to be heard. For some reason the cash register didn't work with my Apple Card. I was able to use another card, but just a heads up.

This place was awesome! It's a heavy metal inspired atmosphere with a creative menu to match! The burger options, well there are just so many to choose from it's hard to decide which one to try. I went for the Clutch -Jalapeno Bacon Jam, Cheddar, Pepperjack, Swiss, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion on a pretzel bun. Wow that thing was huge and freaking delicious! My hubby went for the Neurosis - cheddar and swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, horseradish mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion on a huge fluffy pretzel bun. He loved the burger and the fries (he'd gladly eat a whole plate of those). Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely have to go back again lots more to try!

My all the music all the food life philosophy came together nicely when I was introduced to the experience known as the heavy metal burger bar! My server Kevin raving about my Sebastian Bach t-shirt as I was sat confirmed I was the best dressed person there. Flattery gets you somewhere when its specific. He asked me if I was having the Skid Row burger. WHAT?! Something to know about me - I always check restaurant menus before I choose a restaurant. I had not seen a Skid Row burger on the menu when I previewed Kuma's Corner online menu in deciding to choose this place among the offerings my dining partner had provided. Well, turns out there is a QR code menu aka a hidden menu. I had planned to have the charity burger which at the time of my visit was to benefit a victim of (ignored) school bullying. Worthwhile indeed. And another plus for this place, that your food has that potential to give back directly to someone in need. And I did take the charitable burger as planned but love that there is a more expansive menu and wanted to make sure I tell you about that hidden menu! Get the Skid Row burger muthatruckas! When next in the area and in need of a burger I will be "bach" as Sebastian would surely say.

    Ozzy burger!

Amazing food! Delicious, hot and creative! The Ozzy burger was one of the best burgers I've had in a long long time!

I didn't book the reservation, so I was surprised at this metal bar. Like- heavy metal, Hannibal on the screens and loud metal music, all the waitstaff is perfectly dressed - METAL! It was super fun, Chrissy was an awesome waitress and we had a great time. The burgers aren't are all named after metal bands, and they are really creative, they are also over $20 each; but they are worth it. Fried pickle app was fine, nothing exciting- I had one of the "only around for a few days" special burger- Chaos & Carnage. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food & beers. If this sounds fun- go! If it sounds scary, you might need a chaperone.

What happened to Kuma's!!!! Ordered a hamburger with waffle fries and regular fries. The burger I ordered medium and it was pink. The fries were NOT cooked or seasoned. This was the worst meal I have ordered all year. So disappointed

Sourvein burger is beyond excellence. Kuma's punch so delicious. 100/10. Ambience is the best!

I came to Kuma's Corner - Schaumburg with a friend that I hadn't seen in a while. He wanted to go to Kuma's Corner, since it was one of his favorites and I had never gone before. When I walked in I was immediately hit by a wall of noise. The restaurant was two-thirds full, when I arrived but the music was cranked I to eleven. Because of this i had trouble hearing my friend two feet away. Based on the suggestion of a fellow Yelp Elite, Sherwin C., i tried the macaroni and cheese with pulled pork. It was OK, but not super flavorful. Our sever did not give us a lot of attention, but she was very overworked. There are better places to go than Kuma's Corner.

We ordered some drinks (no one got alcohol) and some appetizers. We got the Low Carb Yuka Fries and while that is not my bag, they were good. I was pleasantly surprised. We also had the roasted red pepper spread, which everyone enjoyed. Two of us ordered the Ultimate Steak Sandwich. I opted to removed the caramelized onions. The other person let them on. I also removed the garlic herb sauce but replaced it with a chimichurri sauce. That really kicked it up a notch and was good for dipping the fries in. They're fresh cut fries, so they were good on their own, but the chimichurri again kicked it up a notch. We also ordered the chicken bowl, the avocado salad, and the Greek style lamb chops. We all loved our food and were too full for dessert. It's a quaint little place, cozy for intimate conversation or a night out with family and friends. I think the night was made a little more fun when a couple came in and was seated at a counter height table and were making out all night. It was a lot and gratuitous. The table next to them were visibly uncomfortable and that made it all the more enjoyable to witness. Dinner and a show. Who knew?

The deal is half off apps, but if you enjoy an adult beverage, the house-brewed drafts are also half off. M-Th 3-6pm, dine-in only. At least that's what it is right now. I feel like it changes, so maybe call beforehand to confirm. I only got pics of the nachos this time, which really doesn't do it full justice because they're bigger than they look in the photo. Food is always good and consistent, there's nothing really to complain about regarding service or prices, and parking has always been really easy, though that could be because we typically go on Tuesdays. I imagine weekends could be a little bit busier, but the place is pretty big, so even if you have to wait, I don't think that you'd be waiting that long. The vibe is also casual and low-key.

I had been here with my daughter about 12 years ago and remembered enjoying it then. We all had burgers and craft beer. My friends went with the Mad Max (burger of the month) and I went with a peppercorn and blue cheese burger. It was thumbs up for all of us on the burgers as well as the beer, which was unique and delicious. I took no pictures that day and just enjoyed the outing with friends, but I was especially impressed with the taste of my burger. I abstained from adding any of my usual condiments, and decided to try it as is, with just their sauce. Best decision ever! The sauce was amazing and the burger was cooked a perfect medium. Like many restaurants, Luck Monk offers their regular menu, plus flyers on their specials, including beers and cocktails. Four days later, I went right back there again on my own, to formally review it with photos. I had to go with that same peppercorn burger, because it was just so good, and to make sure the first time was a fluke. It wasn't. I tried out their chili as well, which was also good. This chef knows what he is doing. This stand alone restaurant is easy to get to, and has ample parking. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and looks high end, though I found the pricing to be reasonable. It would be a great spot to take clients for a business lunch. It's elegant looking , but unpretentious. The hostess and servers are wonderful. I highly recommend the Lucky Monk!
