Blew my mind how bad my drink was. I got the Cocoa Cream Wow which is apparently their best drink and I kid you not it was just milk and boba. No way they are selling this for 6.50 just for the medium. The brown sugar was non existent. The only thing I'd say they got is good quality boba but you can get that easily at other boba spots. read more

The tea here is always amazing. The service here is terrible. The sign clearly states that opening time is 11:00. At that time we tried to enter but the doors were still locked. When the young man finally opened the door late he was condescending and said "I'm still seething up". So I continue to wait until he set up. Not sure why they do not come in earlier to get everything ready to go by their opening time of 11. Also, another worker finally came in also at around 11:10. The store and ambiance are nice and the menu is good. They were even having a strawberry shortcake, promotion a while back. The only problem here are the employees. Not gonna lie, I was already disappointed off the bat when the only non-dairy option for milk teas didn't include any oat milk or even soy milk. What they did have were what they referred to as their Milk Strike option which used Lactaid milk. The thing about Lactaid is that it's still dairy, but processed in a way that the lactose is not as prominent to allow better digestion for those who can't tolerate lactose. As I inquired the options with the employee at the counter, she was also very dismissive of answering my questions, making it evident she was annoyed by my need for a good non-dairy option and something that didn't have unnecessary flavoring. I decided I would give it a shot anyway. They only have 4 options though and they were all flavored. Nothing just plain like milk tea, which is my go to. The closest option they had was Chai Tea which in my mind was supposed to just be milk tea basically. So I went for a medium size. Nearly $7 for that size. Yikes. I thought, ok well I'm sure I'm gonna be blown away then. The complete opposite. I have had many milk teas in my 34 years of life so just by LOOKING at a drink and how the consistency is shown by its milk tea color and appearance, I had a bad feeling already. Another factor is how the boba itself was very separated and easily diluted in the milk tea. Typically, you would see a good pooling of the syrup that consolidated the boba together to indicate a warm, soft experience of boba. Ultimately, the boba was cold and actually slightly undercooked. I was revolted. The milk tea was excessively sweet to what I assume was due to their "chai tea" flavor profile they were trying to accomplish. I couldn't even bring myself to finish my entire, already underwhelming amount of milk tea boba. I pretty much forced myself to continue drinking even after the first unpleasant sip. This place has the advantage of basically being the ONLY boba shop with all these sugared up options that gives customers a thrill if they don't know any better about better boba options. Yay! Finally boba tea the way it's supposed to be! The boba is super yummy, tastes fresh, I literally devoured my medium while waiting for our last drink (Get a large). You can find various teas, milk teas, milk cap topping, jellies, coffee, and u can control sweetness level which is standard in legit boba tea places but uncommon here in EP. If u think other places taste better then I'm sorry, no offense, but you may not have had bubble/boba teas in large r metropolises like LA, Houston, NYC, and so forth. What has happened to this place? This used to be my favorite boba shop but things have really gone downhill. I would order once a week when they first opened, but I have found myself visiting less and less. They are always out of stock of something. The boba has been undercooked the past few times. Not to mention a lot of the customization has been taken away. The tea itself tasted stale the last visit, like it's been in the cooler for days. And, oh boy, have they upped the sugar. It doesn't taste like tea anymore. As for service, a few times I noticed that the workers store their items on a table in the already small dining room table. Once I noticed that a friend of the staff was sitting there and chatting with the employee the entire time while the tables needed a cleaning. I have also noticed that there is always someone new at the register. It looks like turn over is a major issue with the business. This doesn't make for good customer service. I really hope things turn around for this place. read more

I was really happy to see this Kung Fu Tea when my family visited El Paso last week. The weather here was so hot, just like Las Vegas, so I did not hesitate to give it a try when we were outing at the fountain. Back in Las Vegas, I have been a frequent KFT goer (usually on my way to pick up my kids ^_^), and enjoy many items on the menu. The classic KF milk tea is always me and my husband's favorite, while my kids enjoy pretty much everything with Taro. It feels so good to have some tasty refreshment in such hot weather. The employee there was so nice and patient to my kids. Parents would understand how much we appreciate that, lol. Enjoyed our visit to this KFT, also had a great time in El Paso. They weren't very busy and seemed to really be struggling to accurately fill orders. I had to wait behind one person and two other people had ordered and were waiting for their orders. Both of them were given incorrect orders. My order was also incorrect! I ordered a large honey milk tea and a large wintermelon. They tried to give me a large and a medium. They switched the medium and I confirmed both items with the employee to make sure I was getting the right stuff. I got home and the honey milk tea was great, but I'm not sure what they gave me instead of winter melon because it tasted terrible. Teapioca is way better and not as pricey.
