Decided to try Kung Fu Tea for the first time tonight, placed our order online and picked them up. My daughter got right outside the door before 3 of the 4 drinks fell out of the cup holder and on to the sidewalk directly in front of the door. The assistant manager refused to remake our drinks. She said if they were spilled inside the store she would have remade them but that was a lot of supply cost. I pointed out that was a lot of cost for 3 drinks that never made it to my car. If you want the best drinks, tapioca, and flavor, this is not the place. If you just love milk tea and tapioca, this place is "aite". I come here often because there are like two boba shops in Fort Worth and this happens to be closest to me, but this is no Starbucks of milk tea. (I think that's what Kung Fu Tea is going for anyway) What I mean by that is that a place like Starbucks gives you pretty consistent results and a great atmosphere or "experience" which is why they can justify you paying $5 for a drink. But here they lack consistency, overly sweet drinks (I always order half sweet and less ice), and they're always running out of tapioca or something for instance they ran out of black tea the other day, which is why I give this place 3 stars. If Fruitealicious was closer, I'd choose them over Kung Fu any day. read more

I would like to start off by saying that i specifically made a yelp account to review this Kung Fu Tea location. Have been here a couple times and they NEVER HAVE BOBA. We thought it was a coincidence the first time we went and they didn't have any since it was later in the day. Went again around 3pm and still no boba. For some reason, their system will not recognize special offers and they will not honor the special and would rather take the loss of a potential sale. We usually go to the Grand Prairie location and love the service over there. Been going to the go location for a couple years now and have never had any issues. I ordered a Jasmine Milk Green Tea with Boba. This is something I have ordered before and I am familiar with the taste. I noticed that my drink tasted like pure milk and I asked for a remake. The manager had a hard time even wanting to make it and stated to me that it is supposed to taste like milk and that it was made right. I explained to her that I have had this drink at other locations before and it doesn't taste like that so if she cannot make my drink like I ordered I want my refund. She finally gave my money back to me with an attitude and stated she was trying to explain to me how things are done and that the drink is supposed to taste like milk. I stated to her that a drink like this should not just taste like milk because it has the tea. She was very combative and argumentative and did not want to provide me a name and neither did the employees. She even had the audacity to tell me that the customer is not always right. I did state to her she was vey disrespectful because she had no reason to make this comment and she should learn to speak to people with respect. She stated to me she didn't care. I won't be coming here again as I felt very threatened and not welcomed and the service is sub par. If I could I would leave no stars. Man. Praise the Lord FW finally got a decent boba shop!!! This place is stellar! The staff are so so kind and friendly. The tea is fresh, and you can watch them as they make your drink. I've been about three times now with some friends and all of our drinks are always delicious! I recommend getting a milk cap on your drink! It's a sweet and salty cream that they pour over the top of your drink just before serving. They also have some board games available for you to play. I am pretty picky with bobas, and this Kung Fu Tea location surprised me! The owner was very nice and gave me a sample cup of boba to try after she heard me talking about it. It was delicious!! This is definitely one of my favorite drink places to go. I tried their Kung Fu milk tea with 70% sweet, matcha red bean slush, strawberry milk slush, and mango snow slush. They have cute decoration and walls perfect for Instagramers. It's a nice place for getting together, studying, or chilling. There is also board games available. The prices here are slightly cheaper than the one in Grand Prairie. The staff seems to be still in training but that's fine since this is a new store, so just be patient with them. I love this place! I've been searching for a good Bubble place and have finally found it. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining drinks (which were made pretty quickly). Before today, I would've given this place 5 stars, since they're usually consistent and I get drinks from there fairly regularly. I enjoy the boba and the place is cute inside. However, was disappointed in my experience today when I called them to let them know my order I took to go was wrong (I had gotten back to work and figured this out). I had ordered regular boba and mango jelly toppings but was missing the mango jellies. Whoever I talked to said multiple times she remembered putting them in my drink and I repeatedly told her that they were not in it. I've gotten this drink before, I know what it looks like. I have pictures as proof. She said I could come back and they could remake the drink or give me a 50 cent refund. First of all: I'd waste more money on my gas and going back is inconvenient because of work. Second: she repeatedly insisted she remembered putting the mango jellies in there. That's what upset me.
