I on the other hand, am an equal opportunity coffee enthusiast. I have tried many coffee shops in the area and honestly this shop is the best. No one so far has beaten their espresso (I've had many of their different lattes with oat milk, 1/4-1/2 sweetened: pecan pie, honey, mocha moon, and various holiday additions). Their Americanos are also the best in town. Their simple breakfast food is top notch for a coffee shop as well. My husband says their brisket and egg taco is the best he's had so far. I cannot do gluten, so I've had their GF kolache, blueberry bread, both amazing. I've also tried their paleo bar and a vegan chocolate gf donut and those are very good as well. The baristas here are all very nice and customer service oriented, they'll remember your name if you become a regular and always welcome you when you walk in to order.
