Mandy is so sweet and she's always working behind the counter. I believe she is one of the owners of this Kung Fu tea. So glad this location is close to where I live. The coconut milk tea is my favorite! They are very fast and never really get too busy. One thing to keep in mind is there is a $5 minimum if you are going to pay with card. Only thing I wish is that they were open a little later, and offered quick snacks like popcorn chicken :) lol read more

Thrilled to have one here. My favorite is the Grapefruit Green Tea with Bubbles (Boba) no sugar. Yummy, great thirst quencher. The workers are very nice & so far, it's been fast service. The place is clean, and not too crowded. I tried the Oreo milk tea, and it was delicious as well but even at 30% sugar, it was far too sweet for my taste. If I order it again, I'll go with the 0% since the Oreos sweetened it enough. Highly recommended. read more

Great place to get out of the monotony. I friend of mine introduced me to this boba thing which quite frankly I thought was disgusting. But I like to adventure and try new things so I talked to myself: it won't kill me if I try, I guess lol. For my surprise it was pretty good. Products here are fresh. The ambiance is vibrant, energetic and fun. They have board games to choose like jenga, operation, uno and others. Another peculiarity I noticed was the fact that there's some instruments like a piano, electronic drums and others. Not sure if the do karaoke or what but for me is definitely an A+ more fun. There's free WiFi. Love the modern touch they put into the decor. Big shouts for that, really nice! Prices are super affordable, amazing location. Totally recommend the mango tea and the passion fruit slushy, may favorite. They offer for your convenience a variety of ways to pay: Apple Pay, cash and most of the credit cards. Hate to say it but their boba tea wasn't good. First time here so I got Taro as a safe bet... and I was still let down ... no flavor all sugar. I'm not saying don't go here but if you want authentic boba tea there's a really good Vietnamese place next door. read more

During the school year, I studied here frequently. The people there are really friendly, although not the "small talk" friendly. If you are a "boba snob" than this isn't the place for you. However, if you just want a tasty drink with tapioca, look no further. They have lots of different kinds of drinks, but I've only had the milk tea with tapioca. The biggest complaint I have is the music. Once I walked in and there was rap music with very explicit lyrics. Others times I've walked in and Taylor Swift was blasting. My fav drink is Oreo milk tea. The honey milk tea is not bad too. Some of my friends suggested the winter melon milk tea. The space is big and the store has board games for your group to play (cards,...). However, some of them mixed up and missing some parts, so I still suggest you to bring your own board game. read more

I had never tried milk tea before but my daughter said I HAD to so here I am! I had the taro milk tea with "pudding" a variation of boba. I should have went light on the pudding because there was quite a bit but it was delicious! I could drink these things EVERY SINGLE DAY! I think I'll try the Oreo milk tea next! read more

Normally love this place, but their customer service has gone WAAAY down.... I wanted an orange yogurt which was good last time and so did my husband. First off, the girl was kind of short with us so maybe she was having a bad day. They ran out, which hey... things happens... so I said I'd try the Caribbean... she was like why not the grapefruit... I'm like nah I'll try your carribean please... she makes a face and talks to the guy about price which he seems annoyed with her to be honest. Then she says I need to pay a dollar more.. ok well in my opinion you messed up we've already paid.. let the dollar go as a show of keeping the customer happy. But whatever... we pay .. but then our drinks are definitely not the quality I remember. I swore by their orange yogurt drink and even let my husband take it and there was an absence of yogurt flavor. Sorry but if your going to have higher than Starbucks prices... then have the quality to back it up. read more

As an overall, short review, I'll say that this place is great. The boba is soft and chewy and the drinks they make is tasty. The staff is nice and friendlier than other boba places I have been to. The only thing I don't like here is the milk tea because I don't taste enough tea in it, but it's not enough to bump my review down to 4 stars. If you want a more detailed, VERY LONG review, scroll down. So I was a UTA student as well as a TCC student in Arlington. Bethany's and the other place near TCC (I always forget the name!! Is it like pasture or something??) were the go to spots. I was frequently going to Bethany's since it was closer. Living in Fort Worth made it difficult to get boba unless I had school that day. So there were plenty of times I craved it and couldn't go because the trip was too long. But now, NOW, I have a place to go to. So not having to drive to Arlington is already amazing! Now, as far as the drinks go, they have all been very good. I've already visited 4 times on 4 different days, during the soft opening and grand opening. I've bought several different drinks with multiple types of jellies. They have all been exactly what I ordered and asked for with no mistakes, however, I really don't like the milk tea. I want my milk tea to taste like tea and many other places make it too sweet and I can only taste the milk. Here, however, I don't really taste either. It tastes watered down. Maybe the tea is watered down or maybe it's because the ice melts and waters it down? However, that is me being picky. But i will say, i do really enjoy the oreo milk tea. I think it masks the watery taste and I tasted more tea. But I've only been there 4 times and ordered the oreo milk once and the milk tea twice. It could just be the person making it and again, I'm really picky. I'm not sure. But so far, that has been the only things I haven't liked. The mango flavor is great. The matcha flavor is great, passion fruit is amazing, it's all very good. The workers are also pretty good. The thing is, no matter where the place is, anybody who is a new worker is going to have a learning curve. This is true with any opening. But I actually haven't felt like the workers didn't know what they were doing. The leaders have done a very good job training the workers and the only time I saw them mess up was when they were really overwhelmed. During the grand opening, they were very, very diligent. The workers are very hard working and have all, so far, been very personable and sweet. They all have very friendly smiles. The reason I bring any of this up is because I don't find this at any other boba place I've been to. Not that the other places have been rude, but they aren't this friendly either. I can appreciate pretty, smiling faces. Lastly, I think the price is important to talk about. 4 dollars for a large is steep, but it's also an average price for what they serve. This is the price I see everywhere, and it actually includes more volume than other places i have been to. You then have to add 50 cents for every addition, like boba, jelly, etc. So it can get pricey if you like a lot of things in your drink. Do I think the price is fair? Not really. Do I refuse to pay that much though? No. Having to drive to Arlington cost gas money, even if the boba was cheaper. So it all levels out here. But if it also gets me good service, a friendly atmosphere, and smiling workers, I don't mind paying this must. If that is the price to keep this joint open, I'll pay it. It's not like I get boba daily. I've only gone frequently lately so i can get a feel of the place. So I will get over the price and the fact that you have to spend at least 5 dollars to use your card. That's just me though. I love this place and I'm going to come often when I feel like some boba because it's available close by. It's also by the amazing pho place that is one of the best nearby, if not the best. Really chic boba spot! Very clean and they play Asian pop music. The taro slush is creamy delicious. 100% recommend. Their menu is very fairly priced and you have to spend at least 5 dollars to use credit card. read more

I can't believe the customer service here. The picture shown of this boba drink was a pretty pink color and when we received our drink, it was a nasty brown. We offered to pay the difference for the new tea and the women refused. I am sad to say a place that I have wanted to try for a while had some of the most passive aggressive employees. Great place. First time they helped me order and the recommendation was spot on. Next time the switch from tapioca to Jelly bubbles was great. If I could get them no stars I would ! It was my first time going there because I always go to fruitilicious by berry street. I heard this one had recently opened near my house so I decided to try it. Today I went because they were having free 4$ boba if you signed up and decided to go. The girl that was working there was so rude. I told her I had an "award" on my app and she said it was over ? but on my app it shows it had a few days UNTIL IT expired! and she just looked at me like I was dumb. ? I STILL decided to order and pay . I wasn't please with my order so I told her if I could exchange it and she said no. Fruitilicious has better service! also if by any chance you do not like it they will exchange it with no charge (obviously dont take advantage) Large classic milk tea extra boba is my GO TO!. This has become the new hub for me and my friends. The service is good and the environment is nice. There are games to play while you chat and drink your tea. We always play Jenga or uno. The most common drink is the king fu milk tea boba and it's what I usually get. One of my friends gets wow milk with Oreos and no boba which is basically just milk and Oreos. I have been to other locations in the metroplex and love their boba tea. I find most boba teas are far too sweet , so I love that you can get the option to control sweetness. The milk tea is classic, but another good one is Taro. They have a lot of games and it was nice to see tables playing cards, Jenna, etc. read more

I was excited to see a boba tea location on this end of Fort Worth. I was upset to find this place had terrible service. The manager Jackson had a bad attitude and refused to resolve the issue when my drink was made incorrectly. He instead takes the drink away, which is still full, days no refunds can be offered or a replacement drink and walks away. This is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I am extremely disappointed as I wanted to like this place. I will never come here again. read more
