Milk tea before drinking

Current as of 10/20/2024 - Workers don't have a care about doing well and give off the worst vibe. Ordered a medium milk tea and wasn't filled all the way. This happened once before.

I love coming here for a refreshing bubble tea. My classic go to is the taro slush when it is hot outside. I always make sure to get less sugar because the drinks are all sweat to begin with. Great ambiance. Also they have board games if you come with friends or family.

Better than Taekwondo Tea, because Taekwondo Tea doesn't exist. As far as I know. What to get: Lemon Black Tea What not to get: Herpes This is a popular international chain that is literally everywhere - all over North America, at least. And seems to be on, or near, every college campus. I really like this location. Excellent KFT location right next to J-Petal, which is even better, in that it's not a chain and has amazing crepes and such. What a wonderful Plaza this is - being able to get such good corporate Bubble Tea right next to such delicious desserts. The only other location of J-petal is in Brooklyn. Whereas Kung Fu tea is absolutely everywhere but that doesn't mean it's any less delicious. In terms of drinks, what you should get from Kung Fu tea is the Lemon Black Tea with tapioca, which is by far my fave drink here (but a lot of people don't like it), or perhaps an Oolong Honey Milk Tea, a Honey milk tea or a Taro Milk Tea. Getting hot milk teas really works here. Locations in warmer climates don't tend to make the hot drinks very well. In terms of off-menu drinks, I also highly recommend the Very Berry as a black tea and the Pineapple as a black tea. I don't really like the green teas because they come out too sweet but if you like sweet stuff that doesn't really taste of tea (like your mother) then you might. And the Grapefruit isn't bad as a green tea. My new fave off-menu drink is the Winter Melon Milk Tea as a Black Tea, because it magically comes out tasting like Sharetea's Okinawa or any Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Give it a try if they're willing to go off-menu for you! Anyway you should come over later because I'm Kung like a horse and I can Fu for Tea or Four hours.

I travel a lot for work, and it's hard to fulfill my boba cravings on this side of VA and WV. I'm sooooo glad I can always pass by Harrisonburg knowing there's a handy KFT to stop in, and even get some work done. The flavor is identical to the store near my house, and the service is consistent. The music can sometimes get a little loud, bit enjoyable environment to kill some time and work.

- my go to drink is honey oolong milk tea - when i went in on parents weekend, there was only one employee working and a massive influx of customers; due to this the service was very slow :( - drink was made fantastically although the lid was not sealed completely, leading to some spills also visible in the picture

It's supposed to have bananas in it, but there was absolutely no banana taste whatsoever. The quesadilla was even worse. It was basically empty. Each piece had maybe two tiny pieces of chicken, and the cheese didn't even cover the whole thing. It felt like I was paying full price for something thrown together with barely any effort or ingredients. For how expensive it is, this is honestly ridiculous. The quality is nowhere near worth the price, and I left feeling like I completely wasted my money. I won't be coming back to this or any other location.

Then finally after further investigation I found out it was cancelled by the merchant. This seemingly happened because they were too busy. Further more I called them and asked if they had my order, the manager replied and said they couldn't even find it in the system. She said "we got asked about that one a couple times, but couldn't even find it in our system." How do you not find it in your system if only the store and customer can cancel...?

The dining area is very clean -- spotless tables, bright windows, and tidy floors. The staff was warm and welcoming, and our order came out quickly. We stayed for a bit to catch up on some work, and the WiFi was strong and reliable, which was a huge bonus while traveling. The whole space felt comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. If you're passing through Harrisonburg and need coffee, food, or a chill place to sit for a while, this Panera is a great stop. Will definitely swing by again next time we're in the area!

Ordered in the restaurant and the service was ok but the salad was missing a lot of things. Today I ordered online to pick up. A salad with chicken and tomatoes as well as other things. Picked it up and there's no chicken or tomatoes. I asked for both and I was given them in separate containers which was great. When I spoke with the manager who was cleaning tables, she stated that it happens when they're busy. No apology, just excuses. The restaurant was pretty empty and I ordered when it was pretty empty. It's homecoming tonight in this town, no one is at Panera creating a busy restaurant. This was their second chance.
