Though the tall male with brown hair, tattooed legs and glasses is not very polite and makes it seem like we are bothering him by coming in. We came here and my fiancé has a gluten allergy. First we waited 5 minutes to even place an order which was fine but then the worker John came over and was very rushed and rude with us. We had asked the employee John if they could use a new/clean knife or blender to accommodate for a gluten allergy and he had straight up said no. We then asked if he could do anything to accommodate a gluten allergy and he said "for what exactly?". We walked out and decided to go somewhere else where service is friendly and accommodating. They have gluten free items on their menu so didn't think it would be an issue here. I recommend not going here for the poor service but especially if you have food allergies please don't go here because they don't care and won't even be willing to accommodate you at all. read more

Went in yesterday as we have tried this place before and it was sooo good. This time was not a good experience. I ordered just a celery juice with lemon and my daughter ordered strawberry and banana We waited for quite some time, service was very slow, when our juice came up the guy set them on the counter, called out my order and walked away. My celery juice was red. And my daughter strawberry and banana was so chunky with chia seeds ( which she didn't ask for) and she couldn't get any juice up the straw. I waited about 10 mins for the guy to reappear and asked him if my juice was celery because it was red. He said yes, it's red because of the juice in the blender before mine. He said probably could be beet and walked away. I was shocked that he would even teply that way. So what you're saying is that you don't clean or rinse the blenders in between. My cousin ordered the Peanut Butter chocolate protein and when I tasted it was exactly like a peanut butter cup, amazing!! It's great they offer both whey and pea protein options. The average one smoothie or juice order takes 15-20 minutes and is usually taken with a great deal of disdain and disconnectedness from a couple of the regular employees, one of whom is assistant manager. whoever manages this location must be a complete jerk because most of the employees seem unmotivated to provide even a slightly better than average level of service. SOO slow!! Sometimes I want something healthy so I drop in. It took 36 minutes to receive my order because the three girls working here we're focused on mobile orders even though I was sitting in the shop. Never once did they thank me for waiting or give me an order update. I decided to give it another go and place an order on mobile. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes, but the app kept saying in progress. Off all the Nekter locations this one is by far the worst. The last three times I have ordered from here. It is taking me 30 minutes to pick up my bowl. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just not friendly. No one acknowledges you. I usually place mobile orders and have to track someone down to retrieve them. They really need a window so they can actually see the line of people waiting to pick up. If they are busy and can't get to you, they should at least acknowledge you. One of my favorite things ever is an açai bowl and let me tell you Nekter never disappoints. This location however is pretty small but I did get a high top table and was able to connect to the Wi-Fi and have a work meeting. It was quiet for the most part, there was a group of teenagers that came in towards the end of my meeting, and was kind of rowdy, but still was able to get my work finish. I love that the smoothies and bowls are not overly sweet. The fruit whirled into the smoothies and topping the bowls is summer ripe and exceptionally fresh. The texture of smoothies and bowls is smooth, without a hint of ice or stringiness from the fruit pulp. Everything is made to order. The shop is relatively tiny and although they have WiFi, it doesn't really have a vibe that beckons you to linger. Most of the customers occupying the bistro-style high top tables were awaiting their orders, as opposed to eating and having conversations. That being said, your order will likely take longer than it would at a Jamba Juice or some other McSmoothie joint, but the the flavors are more refined. I ordered a protein bowl. For $1 up-charge I replaced the dollop of peanut butter with homemade almond butter. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized they mistakenly used peanut butter. Not a huge deal, I'm just not a fan, so I just scooped it off and tossed it. However, if you have a serious food allergy, I'd recommend you steer clear since they prepare the food in the back, which means you wouldn't see obvious errors. Received my juices after waiting two hours. Two of the juices were bad. The counter was not clean and bathroom was dirty. Left a review and Danielle the owner called me back and stated she would not remake the juices and would not listen to any feedback. Then I receive a text message from Danielle stating I was disrupting customers, what a lie, I asked after an hour and a half how much longer it would take to receive my other two 16-ounce juices, the manager said another 20 minutes. Will be disputing with my credit card to receive the money back. This store still is blaming the customer for all of the issues, I am so glad that the corporate office has made this situation right. This place is pretty good. It's currently the only acai bowl place you can get in the Ken Caryl/Columbine area of Littleton. The acai bowls are priced around $8-10, which is great and you get a pretty decent sized amount for what you order. Keep in mind these are all made to order so its about 15-20 minute wait regardless. If you want fast food, go to mcdonalds. . . . They also have really good smoothies and feature seasonal ones like for summer there are watermelon ones. If you are in a hurry, I would recommend downloading their app and placing the order about 20 mins before you arrive. They will place it in the fridge and all you have to do is tell them your name for the order. The dining area is small but there's a cute little outdoor patio that all the shops share close by if the weather is nice. read more
