The chain is addicting and I cannot get enough. I will say the menu can be complicated and hard to navigate because there are just so many options!! I am a coffee drinker so I would never have gone to this place without encouragement, but the menu has some incredible mixtures of goodness - including coffee. I would definitely try them again. KFT Mobile Orders are pretty much always quick and easy. Closest bubble tea spot to Pike County. No issues, walked in and picked up the order and was out in a minute. I suggest downloading the app for rewards. Didn't dine in of course because of COVID but the order was exactly what everyone in the car asked for :) Only complaint I could make is to the developers of the app (not so much to the owners/managers of this franchise) - why isn't Rosehip Milk Tea available on mobile order??? This is the closest Bubble Tea place to our home - a drive of one hour. Ha! Yes, You could say Boba is one of my favourite pleasures in life! I was super excited when I started seeing posters for this place before it opened. I opened up just a little while ago and I went there today! It was great! Nice and clean, staff were really friendly. The menu is right on the wall and they were happy to explain the choices for me, made recommendations. I ordered the taro milk bubble tea and it was REALLY good. I also love how you can customize your drink, such as the ice amount and the sugar amount. Usually bubble tea has a lot of sugar in it, but here, I could ask for it with no sugar and then sweeten to taste. I am definitely going to come here often to sample the menu. Prices are on the high side, which was not unexpected, and is average for the cost of bubble tea where I've gotten it anywhere else. p.s. Cash only. Try it out, goes great with milk type teas. I also recommend the hot kf milk tea. It's hidden in the corner of the shopping center. The employees were very friendly and excited to have a customer. Apparently they had a soft opening a few days prior. I've been to this franchise before in Manhattan and I liked it. I had a large milk tea with bubbles. The tapioca bubbles are marinated in sugar so they're very tasty. My girlfriend got an iced espresso drink which tasted amazing. The employees bragged that the espresso machine cost thousands of dollars. I think it was worth it because the iced latte was better than Starbucks. The machine grinds the beans fresh and gives it a great depth of flavor. read more

Bubble tea in Middletown, NY?!? Yes please! I've come to this location twice now and overall I really like this place. The seating area is a bit small in the front but they usually have plenty space in the back and they offer free wifi too so you could potentially study or get some work done here if you're so inclined. On my first visit, I ordered a coconut milk tea and honey green tea, and on my second visit, I ordered a honey black tea. The coconut milk tea was a really excellent recommendation and I've always had a soft spot for tea with a dash of honey. Both times were pretty good but the sweetness is somewhat inconsistent so it's hard to know what you'll end up getting if you start asking them for 50% or 75% sweetness. Their boba bubbles are also dense and flavorless. I remember the best part of taking one of my friends for his first bubble tea experience was his comment on how he was drinking tea "with delicious bubble clouds inside." Haha. The bubbles here are less like clouds and more like day old gummies though. It's really the only place of its kind in the area though, so when you need a bubble tea fix, this place hits the spot. If you've never tried bubble tea before, then you should definitely try it! My comments are more critical from years of multiple bubble tea options but Middletown definitely needs more businesses like this one. So enjoy! read more

There are a lot of options here. It's a Taiwanese franchise and they have everything but Thai tea flavor which is a tidbit dissapointing given the vast amount of flavor offered. There's yogurt tea, coffee, non milk tea, latte drinks that they call milk caps, slush drinks (frapps), punches that are like flavored cold no milk sweet tea, and classic tea w no milk. You can have it warm, hot, no ice, less ice, icey, the options seem endless. The space is clean, the lady that runs it is really nice and offered me option to try the different toppings. The nata jelly tastes like coconut. The pudding Is not very sweet but milk based. The herbal jelly is supposed to be Good for your stomach, but I have no idea what's in it. You can even adjust how much sugar you put into the drink from 0% up to little, half, less (70%) regular and extra (120%) The options and combinations here seem endless. Middletown seems to be the place to go for the most city - like authenticity of cultural foods and this is an add to the HRV finds. Would love to try all the drinks but how can we try new flavors if we can't get a simple drink exchange if we don't like it. She made a argument that you don't go to a place order food and when u don't like it you tell them to take it back.... which is FALSE. Not that I make a habit of doing that and I usually do not return or ask for exchange but if I really don't like the food or drink I have never had a issue of getting something different. Only place in Middletown that sells boba. Expensive but what can you do when this is the only place that has it. However, it is good. I keep coming back. My favorite is the matcha sesame milk tea! My friends love the peach tea with boba and the Oreo slush. Add extra Oreo and you'll be happy.
