100% my guilty pleasure. I was introduced to this place by a friend and am excited to stop in for an order of peach oolong tea with bubbles whenever I'm in the vicinity. The ambiance of each place is somewhat different, with some being home-in-the-walls and some having a place to sit and drink but rest assured no matter which one you go to, the drinks will be delicious. Service is typically fast.

I needed a place to charge my phone before watching a play at the Paper Mill Playhouse. This place was perfect, comfy chairs, convenient chargers, open bathrooms. I also tried some milk tea boba & it was delicious! I got no sugar and it tasted perfect.

Good place to get bubble tea. This is chain so they can found in multiple locations. This store is in nice town of Millburn, Nj. We start coming here, we use to go Starbuck religiously, but recently we start going here. They have so many great drinks. Service is quick. I am out in less than 10 minutes. Hardly ever wait. I recommend this chain, not necessary the location or this store. But, There is nothing wrong with this place, if you are in Millburn check this place out.

*Amended Review * Prior to today, the recent service was terrible, but the young guy at the counter today made up greatly for the other staff who could use a weekend getaway for customer service training at their affiliate in Las Vegas (Spring Mountain).

Hmm what to say about Kung Fu Tea.. First time i've tried it, i really enjoyed my bubble teas so it didnt really matter to me which branch to buy it from. However just to review about this Millburn Kung Fu Tea in specific, i must say I like the place. The moment we stepped in we were greeted and acknowledged right away. Their store is in a pretty good location however parking could get difficult. I like that there's a free 15 minute parking outside, perfect for to go orders. The store here has a good size, pretty well maintained and clean (with a gender neutral bathroom too!) Staff are nice and bubble teas taste very good! I like that kung fu tea in general comes with a plastic seal rather than removable lids. I prefer this as i like to order extra teas to bring home and drink for later. This just assures me it wont spill and i dont lose a single drop lol I wish we'd get our own Kung Fu tea in town!

I have a new found obsession for bubble tea, which might make this review biased.but I don't care. Its bubble tea. Not too many ways you can screw up here.. I got the Oreo bubble tea with 50% sugar. Next time I'll bump it up to 75% because it could've been sweeter but it was still delicious. I like my bubbles with a slight chew and these were perfect.

Black Sesame Oolong Milk Tea with boba

Kung Fu Tea is always a classic, reliable spot. This time I got the black sesame oolong milk tea with boba, half sweet, which might be limited time only. The sesame flavor was nice and strong (almost a little too rich for me). It also made the drink creamier which is good. Oolong flavor was not as strong but it was still there. Sweetness level was ok too, but since it was so rich, maybe I would go with even less next time. Like almost all KFT places I've been, the boba was slightly too mushy for my liking. Not terrible and better than having boba that's too hard, but it also isn't the best. The flavor of the boba is great though - has that sweet brown sugar flavor. Somehow when mixed with the oolong or black sesame it even tastes a little floral. The staff was super friendly. This was probably the least crowded and hectic KFT that I've been to, so everything was quick and of course, covid safe. Store was clean and pretty large compared to others I've been to. I can imagine parking being tough if you go during busy hours for the area, but I didn't have an issue at all. I haven't been to the gong cha in the area yet, but I'd like to compare. I typically like gong cha better because of the higher quality but KFT does have more variety

I finally made it there the other day and was shocked at how substantial the place was. It was no small bakery, but was a full cafe and gourmet shop as well. Though I did not try their savory sandwiches, breads, salads, or spreads at that time, I did purchase some of their sweets. First, the Chocolate Rugelach were some of the best I have had. The delicate, flaky cookies were like little croissants and were ribboned with a rich chocolate spread. Their version also had hints of vanilla, which I really enjoyed. I also got one of their large Chocolate Chip Cookies, which was thin, but packed with gooey bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate. It also had a light sprinkling of Maldon sea salt on the top. It was super decadent! Liv Breads exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to revisiting to try many more of their items.

First off: Service. I told the employee that this was my first time there, and they were more-than-happy to help me make a decision for my order. Patient and walked me through. Second: The Food. Let's get into it. 1) Cassava Latte ($7.50) - I was so pleasantly suprised at this drink; described as "(i)nspired by the Filipino dessert cake, made with condensed milk and coconut." The first sip, and I was intrigued! It was perfectly sweet, and the perfect mix of that coconut-dessert taste that cassava typically delivers! It tasted genuine, if that's possible. 2) Sinigang Croquette ($5.00) - This was interesting. Described as "Pork and Gabi (taro) shaped into a patty, rolled in Japanese bread crumbs, and deep fried. Served with our in-house sawsawan (dipping sauce)", it hit all the right notes. To be honest? $5.00 for 1 felt a bit steep. I'd pay $7.50 for two, though! 3) Boy Bawang Shio Pan ($7.50) - This was the most curious of all my purchases. Described as an "(i)n-house salt bread rolled in garlic and corn crumbs, filled with roasted garlic butter, topped with corn cheese whip. Inspired by the popular Filipino snack: Boy Bawang. THIS ITEM I SING ITS PRAISES. I am an absolute lover of the Boy Bawang Garlic Flavor Corn Snack --- much more pungent than anything Corn Nuts could ever offer. This Shio Pan absolutely delivered with its roasted garlic flavor! And as soon as you take a few bites ---- you get hit with that roasted garlic butter --- and let me tell you, they are not shy about their filling! Absolute master class --- but it's only for a limited run. You should definitely try! Third: Ambiance - The Cafe is quaint --- and has a seating area that could maybe fit between 18-24 people? It's just along the side of the business, but I managed to get a table for myself. Ayala, you did not disappoint! Can't wait to try your Sisig Flatbread for the next round!
