This is probably one of the "sweetest" Kung Fu Tea I've been to. You probably thinking, if it the "sweetest", why the three stars? My apologies, when I say the sweetest, I meant their sugar level in drinks. I bought a Oolong Milk Tea with no ice tonight, and holy moly the drink is too overly sweet. Now let me clarify I have gotten the same drinks in Chinatown, on Cottman Avenue, and Cherry Hill location, NONE was this sweet! I'm gonna try with ice next time and see if is better though. Service was a bit slow but there is only two personnel in there. The cashier was taking orders and making the drinks. She wasn't unfriendly or anything. Fast and very friendly workers. This is my go to spot My little one was sleeping in the car and there was no spot I called and ask them to bring it out to me and without hesitation the lady said yes. Never crowded inside. They have a few board games and tables available. Little background music is being place. A nice atmosphere to get some work done if need free WiFi. The drink was very good. While running errands I was in the mood for bubble tea and found that there was a Kung Fu Tea between my stops. I walked in and found the place to have a nice open layout, tons of space, and immaculately clean which I appreciate from any food establishment. Ordering was easy, waited less than 5 minutes and I was back on the road with my passion fruit slush with regular boba and mango popping bubbles and my coveted macarons that I may or may not share ;) The passion fruit was as good as it always is at any Kung fu tea, the vast macaron flavors are great indulgence but can get pricy pretty quick. All in all, glad to know this location exists and hopefully they keep it up! read more

Awesome chill place to be. I can enjoy my drink with free wifi or I can enjoy the drink with my daughter. This place provide cards and some other games like jenga and guess who. The bad side is i think they need to buy new sets of games. Those are either old or missing pieces or broken. The cashier who took our order seems alright, would be wonderful if more smiles were there, but at least we didnt get attitude from here or cashiers that don't feel like working for their job. SO we had been looking for to go packaged Onigiri. We had checked our local Asian markets and some not so local. Unfortunately we had no luck finding them anywhere. I got in to conversation with an employee at the 7 cup boba tea place we love on street rd and she mentioned that Kung Fu Tea had them. We had finally completed our mission when I checked their website and saw them. This place is literally not even 5 minutes from our home and we had been traveling everywhere lol. 9/10. Always delicious, always fresh. However the staff can sometimes be...... less then friendly.. and that's okay they probably own the place. They don't need to be overly friendly...it doesn't change my business and doesn't change how often I go here lol but it would be nice if they were a little bit more understanding of people who may be or not familiar with the menu? Drinks are ok, but the worst part was the horrible service/attitude I got from employees about giving me what the app described. This is not the first time I've ordered by the kft app, but it is the first time my order has not been honored by a location that claims to be part of the kft franchise. In the photo, the description clearly states it comes with mango jelly and you have to physically click "no jelly" to have no toppings. Well, according to this location, even though they participate in usage of the app, they claim they don't listen to the app. When I arrived and noticed my drink did not have the jelly in it, I had asked why because you can see in the app it is supposed to come with the drink. The employees refused to honor my order according to the menu description and they all just kept standing there saying "we don't listen to the app". Well if you don't listen to the app maybe your storefront shouldn't be listed on the app because you're basically lying to your customers in this situation. The least that could have been done was to honor my order this first time and calmly inform me that next time I would have to add the topping, but no, absolutely no respect as a consumer was provided. Professionalism was non-existent. There are plenty of other boba franchises in the area that have much better service; personally would forgo returning to this location. read more

Drinks made perfectly every time, and very friendly staff! Highly recommend Matcha Milk Cap or Taro Milk Green Tea.
