Was hungry. Saw this place and decided to try them. Parking: a small busy lot due to a medical Marijuana store. Atmosphere: bright and clean Service: ok. Food: spicy chicken sandwich. Very juicy, crunchy and flavorful. 2. Curly fries. They were good but were Luke warm. 3. Mango green tea light and refreshing. Overall I enjoyed my food and would go ban.

Here is a wing with my credit card holder for scale. Unacceptable
    Ashley C.

I ordered 6 wings, the wings were not even half the size of a credit card. Pretty disappointing for almost 13 dollars. This is completely unreasonable. I called to resolve the issue--due to a language barrier I was unable to properly place a complaint. I would appreciate it if they just raised their prices instead of cutting corners. At This Point, it's Really Giving Low Budget.

Yummy! I had never had red beans in a beverage before. It was an interesting combination of matcha, Bubba and red beans.. Kung Fu milk tea is the pretty good! Fast service. They only have take out at the time which was good. Neat place!

After visiting a few times, this has quickly become one of my favorite drink spots. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a deep menu and I highly recommend spending some time looking at it before you order! You can customize your sugar level, ice level and in some cases can add in items like bubble and jelly. From hot beverages to frozen slushes, they have just about any tea/coffee drink you can imagine. When you place an order through the store's app they have your order ready with a to-go bag for easy transport. If you're into phone apps, I recommend you download it to save time on ordering and to gain access to their mobile coupons- it's an excellent way to save extra money and try new stuff!

Went in to get a matcha boba tea and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Also was delicious I recommend... they have so many options!

Words fail to describe how ecstatic I was to find out a Kung Fu Tea had opened up less than 5 minutes from my apartment! There is ample parking in the front and the back as well, so no more jostling for parking in Chinatown if I ever need to satisfy my cravings. This location also has TKK fried chicken, what more could I ask for?! WiFi?! They have that too! I will definitely be a frequent guest, and maybe finally hit black belt on the Kung Fu Tea app?

A new Kung fu Tea on city ave with a brand new look, different from any other. A very convenient location on a main road which is easily accessible. They serve combo meals here, comprising of chicken, biscuits, and fries. They also serve all their other menu items and drinks. However, one of my favorite drinks to order at a bubble tea place is the Thai Tea. And although they advertised it as well as posted it on the menu, like many other KFT locations, they didn't have it in stock. We got the chicken combo with curly fries and it tasted great. All in all, the new location on city ave has a unique vibe, more expansive menu, as well as open seating. They also sell merch!

Fried chicken with bubble tea? Must be kidding, right? Somehow I'm addicted to their wings and passion fruits green tea :) recommended!

This kung fu Tea store is cool concept! Selling fried chickens and sandwiches. Wings and passion frutes green tea is the best combination! Will come back on grand opening day for BOGO promotion.

I love that you can add any toppings such as boba/bubbles, aloe/jaya jelly and so on. You can also adjust the sweetness and the ice level (70% sweet is still yummy and I feel less guilty about the sugar). Loved the ambiance. It would be great for a date or just to meet up with friends. There is great seating inside and it also is located in the middle of Manayunk so you can also go on a walk along the water with your boba. They have a cute, picture-taking wall feature. As far as the actual tea (no pun intended) it is nothing to write home about, it's not bad, I'll definitely go again but it's not "super awesome amazing"...my husband also noticed and commented on this. That being said, the location is convenient, nice to stop in after an afternoon of thrifting and window shopping on main street. It's a cute airy place (because in this age of Instagram, cute is important) to hang with a friend. It's also super close to a park so grab a tea and sit out there. The service is quick, the menu is clear and easy to order from (because sometimes bubble tea menus can be overwhelming or confusing). I'm not sure if this is always the case but when I went, there was no outdoor seating. I did wish there were a few little tables and chairs out there though.

C'mon, how good can it be?", but as soon as I tasted the food, I was blown away. Truly one of the best Bahn Mi sandwiches I've had in the area, and I've tried a huge amount of em across Philly. Worthy of five stars and worth the trip out to the neighborhood if you're in another part of the city. Fu Wah still has my heart, but this place is incredible.

To the point - it was ok but not that great…read more Mi n Tea caught my eye with their Gettin' Fancy Banh Mi, so I'll start there. I got the filet mignon medium rare and did not remove any of the standard offerings. First bite was just a carrot overload, they say the carrots are pickled but that acidity just wasn't there so it was just carrot flavor. The filet mignon is fried but didn't have a crunch or much seasoning to it so it relatively tasted like a meat was present. The "House special sauce" had such a minuscule effect on the sandwich until the end middle of the half. The bread was standard Banh Mi baguette style roll but wasn't anything remarkable in regard to crunch, softness and taste. Overall I give the Gettin' Fancy an unfortunate 3/10 "The Classic" held up to it a name, it's very much a classic Banh mi, we initially thought the "belly cuts" were going to be more of a thick pork belly but was deli slice thin. Not a big problem but the sandwich lacked depth, I found myself hav3 similar flavor experiences between the two sandwiches which wasn't great but I think that comes from the overuse of the vegetables which overshadowed the meats for me. I give "The Classic" a ok 4/10 The Bulgogi Bowl was pretty good, I think the heavy hand of veggies work here. I do however wish the beef itself was a bit more seasoned as again it just felt like a cooked beef meat and lacked the flavorful addition it so desperately needed. The Bulgogi Bowl gets an ok 4.5/10 The Furikake Fries were the star but mainly because nothing else shined. The furikake seasoning was just thrown on top of truthful really well fried fries. They had a great crunch and were a bit airy, very small but still satisfying. The season didn't do much, I wish that added maybe a garlic oil and tossed them in the seasoning instead of just sprinkling it on top. It came with spicy ketchup which we actually, it's nothing too crazy, very true to the name. The Furikake Fries get a nice 6.5/10 We got 3 drinks but I forgot to snap a picture, forgive me. We got the Matcha Cloud Latte, Mi n' Tea Milk Tea, and some coffee but didn't try that so I can't judge. The milk tea was terrible, very standard Milk tea with zero personality, and the boba was very plain which barely any sweetness. The only grace I will give is that I did order the sweetness level to 75% so maybe the 100% is better but overall it wasn't creaming in the slightest, and was soooo watery. The Mi n' Tea Milk Tra gets a sad 1/10 I'm not the biggest matcha fan but I thought the Matcha Cloud Latte was pretty good. Same 75% sweetness but it was still pretty good. I'm not too well versed on matcha so I don't have much to say, overall giving the Matcha Cloud Latte a solid 7/10 The service was good, not the biggest space, very standard cafe, but not much seating. I was really looking forward to the Banh mis but they ended up being Bad and Mid.

You can go on their site and place the order for pick up. That was very convenient and easy. It's right on Main Street in manayunk so you already know the parking is not the greatest. I actually drove by the place. I had to circle back around and I got lucky and found parking. It's actually right across the street from Winnie's to be exact. It's a very small and quaint place and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful. I got the brisket pho, eggplant with garlic sauce and shrimp, chicken wings and Vietnamese coffee. Overall, I was not impressed; disappointed in the lack of flavor. Their wings were with tamarind sauce and the sauce was not good so I did not use it so it left the wings very bland. All of the food really didn't have any flavor and Pho is supposed to have great flavor coming from the broth. Even the Vietnamese coffee was just OK. I've had better of all the above. I'm not sure if I will go back here. I'm a flavor person so that's what I would need to be sold. Maybe this is a bad batch day.

(Well not really, but you catch my drift.) The two standout dishes are mapo shrimp with tofu and double cooked chicken. While one often sees double cooked pork on menus, most restaurants don't do chicken. DJ's rendition is the best I've had.
