I'm a big bubble tea fan especially when it comes to gong Cha. This location is in Chinatown so it's close to other food options and they are consistent in the quality of their drinks. This is a small location without any seating so I hope they expand at some point. But the service is always fast and the staff are all nice.

Walked here after Juneteenth celebration at the African American museum. Luckily we parked in a garage and didn't have to worry about riding around, looking for parking. Staff greeted us upon entering and we ordered Brown Sugar Milk Tea Thai Tea. The Thai tea was good the brown sugar milk tea wasn't so much. We were expecting it to have a sweet taste but it was lacking enough sweetness for my liking.

In celebration of their one year anniversary, they offered buy two get one free from the top 10 items. The guy who took my order was very friendly and thorough. My order came out fast. Gong cha is my favorite tea bobba tea in the city because you can customize the sugar level, ice content, and the toppings. There are several posters explaining how to order the drinks. I always get the bobba in my tea because it is fresh and not hard. This store encourages Yelp reviews. It offers free large size drink when you buy medium size drink and you write a review on Yelp. The store is clean but not big there's no seatings inside.

Great location, fast order, drinks are always great here. cant go wrong with gong cha! not to mention, they got earl grey tea which isn't very common!

Been to a few gong cha's in socal, and this location was consistent with what I was expecting. Earl grey milk tea with the 3 J's: Has boba, pudding, and grass jelly. The earl grey flavor was good, and there was a fair amount of toppings inside. Regular sugar level was perfect, but the boba was a bit undercooked and tough to chew. Milk tea with boba: perfect in regular sugar level, and the tea was strong and not watered down. However, the boba was a little hard.

My go to is the Lemon Aiyu. So refreshing and love the white boba and Aiyu jelly! Now they are offering, if you write a Google review you can get your medium size cup ungraded to a large.

Came to the soft opening and was surprised to have such a welcoming experience. Matt Andy and Owen were all excellent workers and helped with the experience! The store is small for to-go drinks and it's located close to the Chinatown arch. I got an oolong milk tea which I love and they got it perfectly. Will come again during their grand opening!

Nice and speedy boba experience! There's not much room in the actual building. It's just enough room to stand and wait for your drink and no chairs for seating, but the service is quick and the drinks are always great! I got the seasonal pumpkin pie milk tea with milk foam and pearls and enjoyed it. Will be back to try more!

YUM!!! Wonderful boba place on the edge of Chinatown (still a part of Chinatown though). There was only one person working at the time my friends and I went and she got our drinks out in a timely fashion, I was pleasantly surprised! I think they do seasonal drinks and I wanted to try one the strawberry creme brulee drink caught my eye more. I will definitely be coming back here for a boba fixing next time I'm in Chinatown. There's not really any places to sit inside, just an open area where you can chat while waiting for your drinks!

Usually a Gong Cha fan but I can't say it's good when it's not, I was so excited they opened one in Philly but the quality of the drink is not on par with NY or anywhere, I love them because they usually have a stronger flavor of tea leaves...but this tasted like a used rag with milk and sugar. I am sorry but...back to Kung Fu Tea!

I have tried Gong Cha at other location before. Today was the first time I tried at this location. Their milk tea is alright to me but I do like their coffee milk tea, which is what I normally order. My daughter also love their lychee slush! Not a bad bubble tea place. Just a personal opinion, I think their large seems slightly smaller compare to other competitors though. But I would go back if I'm in Chinatown again.

Refreshing boba in the heart of Chinatown. Recommend the passion fruit green tea with boba

My friends and I were waiting for gong cha to arrive to Chinatown. It finally made its debut while offering bogo for the top 10 favorites. I got the earl grey milk tea and the green tea milk tea. Both of them had great flavors! The early grey milk tea actually came with three toppings: pearl, herbal jelly and pudding. My favorite topping is the herbal jelly, hands down! They charge you an additional fee for each topping for other drinks. The place is actually small and there was no seating during their grand opening weekend. If you plan on returning, don't forget to sign up for their rewards program.

No label or writing indicating my sugar and ice levels. This should be the milk green tea 50% sugar with white pearls
