haven't had kung fu tea in a while and this definitely hit the spot. especially on a hot day. the strawberry yogurt lemonade was tart and sweet. they do have one tablet to order for yourself and one register. there were only two employees that were working and the people in front of us had a large group which contributed to the long wait. one member took our order once he noticed the group was taking a while. delicious tea and would come again to try other items. they do have a ramen station which i think it's really cool but it made the place smell like ramen. read more

Prior good experience, not this time. I ordered a Pina Colada slush it was sweet and refreshing. The service was the problem- it tooted 30 minutes to get my drink- when I went in there was no one else in line- after I finished ordering about 5 -7 more people entered. There were two employees instead of making mine they waited until all of the people ordered individually and then started working on each order. What an awesome spot for a quality boba tea shop! When you have a "Kung Fu Tea" in your area, it's a sign that the area is getting hot! This particular area is filled with shopping and restaurants but rarely do you see a dedicated boba tea shop. I used to have to drive to Cary or Raleigh to grab my boba fix but luckily this location is not far from where I live and work; which can be quite dangerous when it comes to my sugar intake--but you only live once! Stopped by after dinner for dessert. The customer service was wonderful and super friendly. My taro slush was on point! They sure didn't cheap out on the pearls! Totally quality meets quantity! I wasn't particularly wowed by this place because of how dry the barista was and because the menu seemed pretty standard, but I think it's a solid option for bubble tea. I stuck to a pretty classic option and got large oolong milk tea with bubbles. It tasted great, that said it's honestly a hard-to-mess-up drink so I expected nothing less. 30% sugar level was just enough sweetness for me, I don't think I would get it up to even 50%. Tuesday, 30 September @ 4:10pm I went to the establishment. I stood at the register for an inordinate amount of time only to be ignored by the staff. The 2 women continued to have a conversation at the sink completely disregarding me and my wife, the only customers in the store. At this time of economic uncertainty, I'm not sure how the owners/managers will be able to encourage customers with a staff not seeking to greet new customers. read more

I have been to many other locations of this chain and this location was amazing. It was incredibly clean and the staff was very friendly. They have a much more readable menu compared to some other locations and our service was quick and accurate. Will definitely be stopping in again soon. read more

I actually like how spacious it is compared to the first KFT that opened. The service was okay too, it wasn't particularly memorable, but it wasn't rude. I like that I can adjust the sweetness levels cause I personally think all the drinks are too sweet at the normal sweetness. read more

The drinks were not as good as they are advertised. Very disappointed on how long it took for 4 drinks to be made. I got here around 5:30 and did not get my drinks until 6:15. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is in a rush. Overall the place was clean and aesthetically pleasing. read more

Although it's been busier some times more than others, the staff is always diligently working to ensure all orders are made with care and as quickly as possible. Great boba tea place. Great selection of drinks, and even snacks. The employees are nice and welcoming. My favorite part about this place is the ambiance. The furniture is minimalistic and makes you relaxed. They play modern and trending music that's not too loud. The only complaint is that sometimes the drinks can take a while to make. Even when the store isn't busy, drinks can take up to 8-10 minutes to make. Sometimes even more. Other than that, great place. Definitely recommend. Unless you're in a rush. read more

As an expat in Asia the past 10 years, bubble teas is one of those that I crave daily. I was super excited to find Kung Fu Tea near my new place. There were ample of parking outside in the afternoon. I ordered a mango milk tea with bubbles without sugar. The drink itself was extremely sweet! The texture of the bubbles are tender with just the right chewiness; however, it tasted like high fructose corn syrup, not brown sugar. The mango milk tea itself has no tea taste. Again it's just loaded with more artificial sweetener. Maybe next time I'll give the basic black milk tea a try... read more

I was very excited when I found out Kung Fu Tea was opening a location in Raleigh. I frequent the Cary location before and this location is a little closer to me. We ordered 5 drinks via the app. And all of them came out by the promised time. The boba, nata jelly, and herbal jelly were all solid. The tea was on par with the Cary location. Service was awesome! We were greeted with smiles and was told about their grand opening promo before we left. We had a big order of 16 drinks. This was around 5:30-6pm. I do understand that it was close to your closing time but that doesn't mean you get to messed up the drinks horribly. All the crystal bubbles, were mixed with regular bobas and the regular bobas were hard and really the worst I have ever had. We drove three hours for this BS which is really upsetting. I love the Kung Fu Tea chain overall but this location makes me sad. All the locations carry Oatmilk and Vegan milk options except for this location. I have been 8 times in the last two months and every time they say they are out of stock of oat milk even though their store is next door to a grocery store... why is so hard to include Vegan people? Because they don't have vegan milk I am limited to just a few option of the menu and all my friends can enjoy the full menu. Sad:( read more

I have been to Kung Fu Tea before, but this was my first time going to this particular location. While my Taro Slush was great as always, the service was very slow. For 2 drinks, we waited 20+ minutes and had at least 2 different parties that ordered after us receive their drinks before we did. When I went to the register to ask about an update on my order, they advised that they were backed up with orders and not until I told them that people after me had already received their drinks did they go check to see the progress on mine. While they were very apologetic, it definitely makes me hesitant to come back. read more
