Love the place but it takes to long to get your drinks, even if there's no one in there they take the DoorDash orders and delivery orders over yours. And don't try calling it in to save time because if there's a line and your drinks done it will sit there and get watery because you have to wait in the slow moving line. Attend to your customers that are giving the effort and show up not to the third party companies they get to cut the line and them pick up. But like I said it's like Starbucks, $6 for a cup with water and ice in it with some flavor and a sample cup of ice cream for $5, wow wow and don't go crazy on the toppings since they put about 6 pieces of fruity pebbles on them. read more

My first time here, but not my first time at a kung fu tea establishment. This place is quiet, clean, unique and the staff is super friendly! I love the Polaroids of the customers hung up on their wall, you can definitely tell they value their customers. We came in while the place was empty, and got our drinks super fast! We forgot to get some boba on the side for my toddler, but when we asked for it, they kindly gave it to us no charge and asked if we wanted a cap for the small cup. Very accommodating that they'll do boba on the side since the convoy location refuse to do it, nice touch. When I go see my family in east county, I will gladly skip going to convoy to avoid the long line and crowded parking lot and come here instead. They also have puffles and other goodies! This shop is great! I'm so happy they opened in Santee, so I don't have to drive to Convoy for good boba. The drinks are delicious and the boba is cooked well. Customer service is always great. The only downside is the parking lot is very small, shared with a few other shops as well as a Goodyear Tire store, and is always crowded. It usually takes me 10-15 minutes to get a spot. I will be coming back again and again to try new drinks. Don't forget to download their app to get rewards! read more

Really cute place. It is really small and have to get here early if you want a Spot to study. Staff is very friendly. Keep in mind that the tea is sweet. I usually get half or little for their sweetness scale. They ask you how sweet you'd like your drink. You can pick either: extra, regular, less, half, little, or no sugar. I love Boba. I try every new place that comes along. This place is clean and has great service. The drinks were good, but I was disappointed in the boba. There was a weird artificial taste and it left a nasty after taste. It bulbs me out because everything else is great. They also don't have Thai Tea or Vietnamese Coffee, which are two of the best jobs drinks. I say stop by Pho Ca Dao instead. It's in the same parking lot and their boba is amazing. It's fresh (takes hours to make) not those instant ones that many of the shops popping up all over town use. read more

Went to this place after having sushi. I had never really noticed it before and wasn't even sure what I was walking into. But this place is amazing! I got the coconut milk tea with boba and while I was waiting they gave me a sample of the winter melon milk tea, which I highly suggest! It doesn't taste like melon at all and I thought it would, that was why I didn't get it in the first place. This will be a regular spot! Mmmm boba!! We've been here about 6 times now and have been happy with every visit. My go to is the Kung Fu Milk Tea with boba and a little less sweet (they ask how sweet you would like your beverage). We have also tried their Wow Milk and a few different slushes. Each beverage has been exactly as we had expected; delicious with perfect consistency and fresh boba. They only serve lactose-free milk (Lactaid) which keeps my tummy happy!! I use the KungFuTea app that processes payment for our orders and helps us to earn rewards. I have had no trouble at all when using the app at this location. They have board games for customers to use while in the store. It's nice to slow down and spend some time enjoying your drink while playing games with friends/family (friendly strangers?). The parking lot isn't my favorite, but we've managed to make it in and out unscathed. read more

I've tried a few different boba tea places before and my go to is always a banana smoothie with boba and I have to say this is by far the best banana smoothie i've ever had. I also really love that you can choose how sweet you want it because not everyone likes the same sweetness. The employees were very nice, welcoming and my drank came out within 5minutes. This manager was one of the rudest I have encountered when I requested a refund on a boba order I had made a mistake on. I will definitely not be giving this place my business again.
