I've been here about three times and all those times I've had a great experience. The two ladies at the front desk were nice and easy to talk to. If you bring in your item for repair early in the morning you usually get it back by the end of the day. It's nice because I can't afford down time when my tools break down. The company said that they were not able to send a replacement for giving me gooey top coat. Explaining that they could not replace the the top coat because the serial number was "about 2 years old". Also explaining the top coat has a shelf life of 2 years when I purchased it 1 year and 2 months ago. So I bought the class that was last year. Due to myself being an educator for Manicuring, I thought let me go see what the class was about. I was unable to get that day off due tom my schedule being changed. Kupa Inc. was notified. With the class we were to recieve bits. I asked if they could be mailed to be being as though I lived in San Diego at that time. They said That I would have to pick them up from orange county. I even offered to pay for postage. So i just threw money at Kupa Inc. Looking at the reviews I don't think I'll do business with them again. Tuck your tail Kupa with all these negative reviews. CONSUMER WARNING I purchased this Kupa light in early February and it just crapped out on me during a client appt. the other day. I tried to call Kupa about it, and spoke with the rudest representative who was unwilling to help rectify the situation, and then an even ruder manager. Neither of them were interested in replacing, repairing, or giving me a decent discount on buying a new one. I was offered a $25 gift card, which just feels insulting considering how expensive they are. So after a pointless and frustrating conversation, I reluctantly said I'd take the $25 gift card because it's better than nothing. They took my email and information, AND THEN NEVER EMAILED IT TO ME. So my classmates and I happened to come across a bundle they had for a red drill, 10 bits and sanding bands last week... Hours after our order, we unexpectedly get refunded. Upon inquiring about why, they first claimed that it was a glitch or website error.. it's clear that before we got refunded, they changed their website and removed the bundle... when I explained my knowledge of website maintenance and updating and that I know this has to be manually set either way... they decided to respond condescendingly saying that it was a code type of sale for only 25% off to enter and admitted that their IT person messed up. But we DIDN'T have to enter a code at all, the bundle was set so literally all you had to do was click to add to cart. That part literally has to be manually set. But they clearly don't care about facts with an "oh well" type of response. So it's their customers fault when they have internal issues and they feel they don't have to honor sales or bundles on their website if they remove it before refunding ppl who already made the purchase. I thought this is a reputable company name with a good products. But unfortunately when I opened the package, one item the mani pro glow nail lamp machine that they shipped to me is cracked from side to side. I called the customer service, the girl who claimed herself as a manger named Sara accused me that I broke the product. ‍ And keep saying they can't issue a replacing or a refund they have to receive the item for evaluation. I paid $374.95 for a nail lamp, so the way Sara said mean their products is so easy to break? They shipped me a broken product and accusing me breaking their products, this is sound ridiculous and the rudeness. I shipped their product back. at first I wanted an exchange, but now why would I paid $374.95 for that kind of product from the company that is hard to deal with from beginning. She said, do you know how many lights we have been selling? I was just laugh my heads off. I've had really good experiences at Kupa. I've attended their day course on the basics of e-filing and attended one of their demo days. They put a lot of attention towards their education. Also, my passport wasn't holding a charge so I took my e-file for repair. They had it complete in 2 hours. I spoke with them and found out it was my fault using the wrong battery charger unit but they still repaired it for me under my warranty. I do recommend doing the extended warranty and stopping by their corporate office for a demo day. It's a worthwhile investment with their e-files and customer support. read more

I had an issue with my mani pro passport and I contacted the receptionist she told me to bring it down and if I needed I could purchase a warranty in store. I had read so many negative reviews that I was skeptical About coming down here to get my e-file fixed, but I came anyways. The staff was very friendly and they fixed my e-file in less than 40 minutes. There was a shortage with the power line so they switched it out and change the bearings in my motor. I've ordered twice from them now, and each time I've waited OVER A MONTH for my packages. First time I ordered drill bits. 2 weeks after ordering, hadn't heard anything from the company so I contact them only to be told someone had lost my shipping papers so my package was never sent. They say we'll ship it today. Couple days later and it's still not arrived. Contact them again, learn that my package still have not left the facility and continue going back and forth with them until my package arrive a week later. Now I decided to give them another shot and order a mani passport on Jan 28th, it's now almost March 1st and still have Not received my drill. I've called over and over. My company placed an order with a credit card online on April 13, 2019. We have been using Kupa for years and were happy with the product. On April 23, 2019 we called and we were told there was fraudulent activity on our credit card so they couldn't send out our order. They didn't refund us our money until we called. We sent emails after emails and didn't get a response at all. I now the Director of the school get involved and I called the company I am then told when asked can we now place and order with the company on the phone. "NO, at this we can't trust your credit card and you should just place your order again online. " Who speaks to long time customers this way, and the fact that we had money on the card and they only returned our money to the card after we called , has me fuming and very frustrated.
