I can't speak highly enough about the employees who work there and the micro-needling experience I had. They were extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had about microneedling and creating a tailored treatment plan for my hyperpigmentation and acne scars. When I went in for my appointment, my facialist was super kind and welcoming. Aishe the owner is awesome! She is really honest, caring, and PATIENT! She recommends different treatments based on your need, and is open and honest about her thoughts. My microneedling sessions on my butt for stretch marks I can see is slowly working. After the first session, the skin quality was smoother. After the second session, the overall appearance has been lessened! Will go in for 3rd treatment and keep going until satisfied -- but each time there has been an improvement! And stretch marks are hard to erase. She also saw a couple of old scars I had on my thigh and immediately said she could fibroblast them with the plasma pen, which ended up working and healing beautifully. I thought my scars would only improve with steroid shots (I usually scar pretty badly with thick skin, and had these injected with steroids 4-5x already. The fibroblast helped SKIN TEXTURE to flatten and smooth the scar, almost making it appear gone in terms of texture!!! read more

I've never done a medical grade facial before and I found this one on yelp in my neighborhood. And it was one of the few spas that I saw in Manhattan that had both dermalinfusion and jetpeel. I had questions before making my appt and got a response right away. And my questions answered. I have sensitive skin and hormonal breakouts and I was concerned if dermalinfusion would be too harsh. But I was pleasantly surprised because it was suction with serum. I didn't get sensitive after it or red. Staff is very nice. The atmosphere is very calming. It is a bit pricey for a monthly facial but most medical grade facials are. I felt like my face seemed really clean afterwards. Not all my black heads on my nose were gone but a good amount. I also have some really old and stubborn ones so it makes sense. Some larger black heads on my face weren't gone but it was like 2 in random spots. Glo Laser might be small but they have the newest and best laser I've been under, as a Jewish guy I have extremely persistent hair that refuses to go away and I had better results from their machine after one treatment than from other lasers after 2 or 3. Laser hair removal ?! Sounds pretty scary, but when you think about being hairless forever, the fear simply diminishes. I got the full body package and just had my first session yesterday and all I can say was ... AMAZING. Sai, did the process for me and I just love her. With the way she speaks and the stories she tells she makes the whole session fly by. I personally can't tolerate pain so I was grunting and squirming a lot, but all Sai and I can do was laugh. She makes you feel so comfortable on the bed that even the littlest of pain goes away. Regarding the place itself, it's so cute and chic!!!!
