After my first review, the Owner, Ryan Lynch, started texting harassing me, insulting me, threatening me, my family, home, and workplace over one bad review... to the point that I had to contact the police for my own safety. Look at the low rating google review responses on this and the other Redi Imports locations for more examples for how this owner treats his customers. The technician felt the need to find and turn on my auxiliary light bar, and leave it on until I picked up the truck, max my climate control, when I had asked for diagnostic on a low speed suspension noise while turning. When I confronted them about the lights, they were completely unaccountable and dismissive. They also didn't do the state inspection that I had asked for in my online appointment, confirmed with the secretary, and which had clearly just expired. Will not be returning. This company came highly refererd however, i called made appt had my car towed to thier supposed to be Open NEW greece location on the date i was instructed to tow it thier, by thier staff! car gets thier the place isnt even operational get it re-towed to the railroad street location they wont take it because of rear panel body damage and no tags "this isnt a body shop" i didnt even send it in for body repairs mechical issue only now im stuck with a 450$ plus storage by day tow bill and havent recieved Anything from thier company execpt a huge FUCK YOU..I HOPE EVERYBODY ELSE is treated better and fairly they did me bad, i hope this place burners in hell, my mom just passed two days before mothers day ect what a way to start my day!! read more

I am not always good about scheduling appts until it's too late or last possible minute. They have squeezed me in and took excellent care of me on more than a few occasions. Dealt with front end Tech, Ian, many times, and got great service, to include a couple of the mechanics. However, after spending over $5,000 in the last six months on my car for repairs, all done by Redi-Imports, I went in to schedule so me more work. This time the owner, Ryan, was there. I greated him, shook his hand and proceeded to tell him what I needed to be done. He immediately looked down at his phone as I was talking and started typing. I started to talk slower since what I needed done was very important to me. He looked up momentarily and started typing again, acting like he was paying attention to me. He finally looked up and said they make $160an hour (which I was well aware), there's no guarantee that they can fix it and if the car has that many continuing issues, I might just want to sell it. Redi Imports failed to properly torque the brake caliper pins causing brake failure on my way home. When I requested a return for the labor of the work I was told by Ryan, the owner, the he would not refund the $210 because 1) I supplied the pads and rotors (not the caliper and/or pins) which there was no shop warranty on customer supplied parts (again, it was the factory pins that were not torqued) 2) the work was eventually completed "like how insuance works" and 3) He wouldn't make any money, but offered a $65 coupon for future service. Ryan Lynch (being the owner/operator) believes sending me home with a dangerous car, then leaving me without my vehicle for three unplanned days, and rescheduling my work day to fit his shop's schedule is just an "inconvenience" that's he's "sorry" for. And not a complete failure of service deserving of a refund in attempt for customer retention or at least some satisfaction. When I told him this via our email correspondence, he still would not refund despite me "bullying" him and stated that I was not welcome at any of his shops. Why would I want to go to a dishonest mechanic shop that doesn't know how to use a torque wrench? Ryan also failed to order the manifold gasket that was needed for the requested carbon cleaning. In hindsight, I am very glad he did. Also, on the second pickup the squealing of the stone in the other brake was ignored. I heard it on Friday, but assumed it was the caliper becoming unhinged. The owner, Ryan, is so afraid of the truth he'll make you sign away your rights to complain in order to get your car back from him. Had a car serviced at the shop and it broke down before getting home. Ryan had it towed back to the shop "at no expense if the problem was caused by us". They called to say car was ready. they than told me they could not complete job due to rusted bolt's on rear tire's.If they would have called and told me that I would have had them fix it while it was there.Long story short they half-assed aligned it and charged me full price.Very disappointed with the service. IF there were minus stars I would use them !! I am not going into detail except to say I have never, never been so disrespected by a shop owner as Ryan Lynch has been to me. I had an alignment done improperly twice (2X) AND I am very patient when dealing with an issue, probably due to my extensive background in business. Had to get a realignment due to crooked steering wheel. Four months later and less than 4,000 miles, I had a completely worn out tie rod end! His own employee confirmed, after showing him the worn out part, "they don't wear that fast!" With a worn out tie rod end, alignment should NEVER have been done! When brought to their attention more than 2 weeks went by with no response! After several phone calls and visits I was told Ryan Lynch, the owner was very busy implied by his clerk the reason for no response. Still NO response until I finally got their attention by threatening a bad review! WOW . . . finally got a return call BUT couldn't even get a word in edgewise! He, the owner was belligerent, continually talked over me on the phone as I was trying to explain the issue. HE hung up on me, mid sentence after informing me I have been black listed! Worse yet, the alignment cost . . . $125. MORE THAN most area shops. BUT when brought in for the corrected alignment, my X3 was HELD HOSTAGE and would NOT BE released unless the demanded additional $75 be paid! I had my vehicle serviced at the Webster location recently and had been a customer of theirs for years, since purchasing my C300. I have never had an issue with them until the last couple of times, but this last time was the worst. I needed front brakes, 2 rear tires, and a couple of sensors. I picked my vehicle up 6 days later to find out the tires that were put on were the wrong ones that were to be ordered. I called to voice my concerns, I spoke with the owner, Ryan and he was extremely rude and treated me, a longtime customer of his like garbage. Saying he "wasn't in the mood" to talk about it ... definitely not the right thing to say to a customer ever! When I asked him if anyone knew of the tires being ordered incorrectly and if he looked the car over before calling to tell me it was ready to be picked up, he said "someone pressed the wrong button when ordering the tires and that he oversees 26 employees, and is trying not to hire a manager at that location and the girl that works at the front desk is doing the best she can trying to make it in a man's world", very chauvinistic thing to say to a woman who is just trying to do the same thing. It was one thing after another with the excuses and with him being a bully and extremely rude to me. There were other things that were said to me along the lines of that "it wasn't his problem" if my car was there for 6 days. Mind you, not one time that my car was there did I question how long my vehicle was going to be there for AND not one time did they tell me how long it would there for. I understand things have changed over the past few years, times are tough, things are delayed, not enough employees but there is no excuse to treat a longtime customer like garbage and to talk to a human being the way Ryan spoke to me. *Unfortunately, I had to put a rating in order for this review to be posted. At this point, I'm having Ryan (owner) do all the work on my car, no matter what. It started back a few years ago when Ryan provided me with a second opinion on some problems with my VW. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL... during my experience with Ryan, I was insulted and talked to like a child. Long story short I took my car there for a part to be fixed I paid upfront the amount I was quoted for the repair which was guaranteed by Ryan. Unfortunately due to some issue, the part could not be repaired after I already paid in full. I was told I would get a refund, but it unreasonably lower than what I paid. When I confronted Ryan and asked for clarity I was told " I'm not losing money over you". " it's not my fault you don't know how cars work". All I wanted was to receive most of my money back since I was assured it would be fixed. During the phone call, Ryan was completely being hostile which is unacceptable. At the end of the phone call, I was told " if you don't like it then take me to court" and Ryan hung up on me. I expected more from this shop. Completely unprofessional and it doesn't make sense why I couldn't receive most of my money back after my car wasn't fixed at all. I've been in the car scene for a while and this is by far the worst experience of unprofessionalism I've encountered. If you want to get work done on your imports just go to CDI. read more

I brought my 2019 BMW X3 in for front Brake Service and routine oil change. I decided to bring it to REDi as their rates were more reasonable than the BMW dealership. After picking up the vehicle I noticed an intermittent, high-pitched squeak when using coming to a stop. While it took a few trips back to REDi, they were committed to resolving the issue, which took them replacing first the brake pads and then replacing the rotors with a different manufacturer. This place is awesome! I just had a carbon cleaning done and tire install on my N55 E90, and as someone who is totally obsessed with cars, these guys could not have handled it better. The N55 has a strange dual-path PCV with ports in the head that can cause issues during blasting, but clearly this was not a problem for the techs here because my car is running super smooth now. Seriously, I just stood there and listened to my car idle for 5 minutes because I was so satisfied by how smooth it runs. Customer service here is great too, all of my concerns were addressed, even ones that I would consider to be primarily from me being obsessive and annoying. They even gave me a sheet with the tire balancing before and after my new tires! I would not hesitate to bring my car here again, and honestly I never want take my car to shops. These guys are the best, full stop. Especially if you're obsessed with every tiny part of your car like me. read more

After a ginormous quote for a serious repair from another shop, I gave Redi Imports a call for a second opinion. Ryan helped me figure out the most cost effective way to fix my car's issues (it is 10 years old so I am not invested in putting in top of the line replacement parts). Call ahead to setup a day and time to drop your car off - they'll give you a day when they'll actually be able to get to work on your car, instead of just dropping it off and being left carless for a few days until they can get to it. Fantastic, clean, honest and very reliable shop! I had stopped into Redi for another job as they share the building with PAD Auto detailing. After finding out that Redi did work on imports, I inquired as to an issue I was having with a strut mount on my car. I spoke to Ryan who was more than helpful and informative. He was able to work with the folks at PAD Detailing to coordinate getting all the work I wanted to have done wrapped up in the same day. I found Ryan to be very honest, and quite frankly can't remember the last time I dealt with a mechanic / service writer that actually told me a couple of ways to save money on the repair. He didn't try to oversell me on anything or tell me that I needed more work done than necessary. The prices are more than fair and they do solid work. Was told twice that we would be contacted, and never received a phone call on either day. Very nice staff, but I was very frustrated with the service this time around.
