I had a couple things for him to look at - a fan in our laundry room, loose wires left in cabinets by previous owners from a sound system, and an EV charging unit that was installed on the side of my house. My goal was to repair the laundry fan, tie back the loose wires and make sure they were safe for our baby, and to get the EV station working so I could use it. I cannot speak on the actual service since I did not choose them as my electricians. I needed two recessed lights replaced with two Phillips hue recessed lights - not a big job. I sent out a message through Yelp to multiple electricians, as Yelp lets you do, asking for quotes from these different businesses. The general quotes were around $130-$200, which is reasonable. This business however, quoted me $430 which I found offensive. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of a young woman who may not know much about lighting or what this specific job should cost. Then this conversation followed, and toward the end after he responded again I had to ask him to please leave me alone. Very sketchy, and doesn't seem trustworthy. I needed to get some things handled after a tenant moved out and another was scheduled to move in tonight. They reprogrammed a new remote for one bedroom ceiling light/fan, replaced one puck light, tried to fix another remote and fan and ended up replacing the whole unit. I asked Arman to fix my garages electrical outlets (none of them were GFCI and none of the junction boxes had covers, so just a lot of exposed wiring). He also added an exterior outlet on the back of my garage, and ran power to the middle of my backyard so I can install some landscape lighting. Arman came in with a competitive price compared to some of the other quotes I received. He arrived early to my house at 9 AM on a Sunday, and wore a mask! I showed him the work we wanted done and he made some very helpful suggestions on outlet placement so it wouldn't look to awkward or ugly on the back of my garage. At 2 PM he gave me a call and walked me through all the work that he had done-- everything was cleaned up, functional and the quality of work seems very high. He even went above and beyond and fixed the outlet that my garage door was plugged into without me having to ask, which was a very nice addition. I recently purchased a Tesla and I needed someone to come out and install the sharing port.
