I was told my card would be removed. Today, they charged my card for the $60 monthly charge. I called about it, I'm not pleased with the level of customer service they offer. Which is close to none since they don't have an office on site. I then received an email stating I had been moved out and after review of my account I would not be getting my initial $30 deposit back. I left the place clean, minus a few pennies and nickels as I was told. So I'm being charged $30 for pennies and nickels? I left the unit the way I moved into it, which was dirty and full of cobwebs. I recommend you find another facility for your rental needs. So because I did not sweep, and there's nowhere stating to sweep upon move out I lose $30? Who the fuck charges $30 to sweep a 4x8 spot. Crooks!!!! Do not use this facility. That also state its normal practice to give a deposit. This is the first and only place I know that required a deposit. I managed a facility in California and we never charged a deposit. And we were a multi state multi facility storage.

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them.
