She answered a ton of my questions with great knowledge and detail, and was extremely helpful in giving me a better understanding of mold and the situation in general. She spent A LOT of time, in contrast to other two mold testing companies that only spent 20mins max. Not only were they more professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions, they also charged me very reasonably for the amount of time and effort they put into their air testing.
